   We enjoyed our food and the staff was very friendly. However our table was at a couch and right next to the service island which had a lot of activity and noise both distracting from the ambiance of the evening.

   Bourbon is the epitome of what a Michelin restaurant should be. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. If I dropped a fork (per Burnt movie about a chef pursuing Michelin stars), I'm confident this staff would have noticed immediately...LOL. Food was perfection--rib cap and filet perfectly cooked to requested temperature and the truffle fettucine had such a subtle taste to it that was just amazing. This is the reason why we always go to Bourbon for our very special occasions (my husband's birthday) as well as everyday dining. Anabel: You should be extremely proud of your staff and restaurant...thank you for always being part of our special memories. Thanh

    My husband and I visited with our grandkids. The staff treated them like kings. We order the kids steak for them, the veal chop and the tuna for us. Everything was delicious.

    Bar service for diner and drinks.. even at the bar the table service was outstanding! Staff and especially the bartender were top notch in preparation and service. Oyster were exceedingly fresh and tasty. DelMonico Ribeye was perfect!!

    The place is beautiful and service superior. Unfortunately their cuts of beef are anything but prime. I had 2 ribeyes ($82, both ordered at a medium temp and both perfectly cooked), the first was so tough that I had to saw the meat rather than cut it. Finally, I gave up and ordered another cut. This time the server, eager to please, brought the raw cut to the table. There was virtually no fat. A strong signal that this was hardly prime. More like "select". I ended up not eating much yet still had a $200 dinner.

    Food and drinks are top-notch. We did a few different cocktails, apps, salads, entrees, and desserts and everything was excellent! Recommend the tuna sashimi and the steak tartar. Our only negative note; the tables are packed in pretty densely, so the environment in there is a little less private. Certainly not a deal breaker. If you want something more intimate, I would recommend scheduling a later dinner closer to 8:30-9:00 PM.

    Excellent restaurants however they have added tables in main dining room creating a cramped seating area. Tables very close together resulting in noisy dining atmosphere taking away one star from the dining experience

    Steaks were mediocre at best and were not worth $120+. Meat quality itself seemed very low for the venue of this level. Temperature for 2 out of 3 steaks we got was way off, although they did fix it immediately which was great. Service was good, very attentive staff. Overall overpriced for the quality.

    NYE party. Lobster bisque was good maybe a bit too creamy. Ribeye cap was perfectly medium rare but the skin was over charcoal-grilled. was too dry. Desserts were really fair. However, the waitress was friendly and knew the manners of wine serving for our Bordeaux and burgundy wine. Had live DJ for NYE but no one led the countdown, guests in restaurants did it on their own. interesting. 1000+ for two ppl. Fair valueformoney

    No comments Christmas eve! No way you make a reservation for 170 a person with no one drink as a glass of champagne o a wine! And with taxes and an obliged tip of 18% you end to pay 1245 just for 5 people for just 2 course and not good at all desserts!!! 3 Desserts for 5 people, as simple as puddings… It is not fair there was other Tables with people casual dressed … but the restaurant talked about formal dress because it was supposed to have a formal Christmas eve dinner! waiters didn’t ask what cook meat was for whom and they mistakenly delivered the medium rare to the one asked for medium.. which is quite different in a New York strip cut!! Side dishes were also not good… spinache in crean. Ok But the.. cream of mac and cheese -for older people?? No children who take this kind of plate!! On top potato Puree! Hey we have teeth!!! we dont need so lots of creams as side dished! Where were the asparagus?? The baked or french potatoes? Where were the cesar Or garden salads???? No tablecloths for a dinner of 1200 for 5???? Horrible!

    Ending ruined the entire night... Food, service, ambiance were all amazing. Unfortunately, the night was stained by what occurred afterwards. After the meal, I went to collect my car at valet, after 20 minutes of waiting I went back to the Valet office to ask when can I expect my car to arrive. I was then told, "your car keys have been misplaced and we are trying to find them it shouldn't be much longer." Excuse me? Not knowing if maybe they took my car on a joy ride or possibly stolen (i've never experienced valet 'losing' keys before) I walked to the valet garage just to make sure my car was at least there. My car was there, windows down, doors unlocked, keys IN the car... Absolutely dangerous and unprofessional by the valet staff that stained what was a wonderful dinner. I told the valet office, showed the keys and they said they'd let management know so it does not happen to another car again. I don't know if others have experienced this at any valet service? Beit a fine restaurant or mall? But it gives a poor outlook on the establishment.
