Loud music took away from experience
A very fun atmosphere!
Two things we took away from this place: 1) Excellent service from Donnie! 2) the key lime pie was simple, yet the most complex & interesting mix of flavors we have ever experienced in a dessert & wished we had taken an extra one home.
Have visited before definitely seem to have upgraded their game.
King crab appetizer was ti die for and my cap rib steak was delicious.

The Cesar salad was very nice, not overdone with dressing, nice balance and taste. Ordered my steak medium rare, emphasis on rare and received the NY strip medium at best. My husband’s filet mignon was great! The steaks were never checked by the server for satisfaction when delivered to the table (cut in to ensure proper temperature). Server was busy, pored my own wine as my glass needed refill and it was not happening when needed. Water was served once, thanks that my husband does not drink water therefore, I had his. Service was generally prompt, however not necessarily friendly. Did see special attention to what appeared to be regular guests. A nice ambiance, may return for drinks, however I don’t believe that I will dine here again. A place to be seen, however the food nor service met my expectations.
Always the best steak in miami. Perfect handling of Covid issues. Amazing service. Chef Gabe and team are very professional. Guiseppe runs the front superbly. We go once a month at least and will continue to do so. Lobster bisque was best I have ever had

I am extremely impressed with all facets of this restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and my steak was cooked to perfection. We went for my boyfriends birthday and they made it very special and a wonderful experience!

Steak was not up to par.
We were very pleased with the ambiance and presentation of the restaurant itself. The service was outstanding, with very attentive staff and shockingly speedy delivery. No room for improvement.
Always superb
OMG what a disappointment. I am a big foodie and my girlfriend is a steak person. We went on a Friday night and it was crowded with little social distancing. They started with an complimentary order of French Fries with various dips which was the meal's highlight The Tuna Tatar I ordered was bland. I left half over. My girlfriend did not like her salad. The steak she ordered was Ok, but the lobster tail was miniscule. My chicken was OK. Desert of ice cream was very sweet. The service was slow and when I handed the waiter my credit card he looked at it as if to say is this valid. All this for a $365 meal including tip. Overall not a good experience.

Highly recommend this place
My wife and I have been married for 28 years. This was the best experience we had thus far. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. We had a grand time. Thank you to all staff for being on point every second.

My steak was under cooked twice but everyone else's was perfectly cooked. Also I asked for no cheese on my salad and it had cheese on it. Again everyone else's came out perfectly. We had a party of 6. Server was outstanding.
Bourbon Steak is our go to date palace on the beautiful grounds of Turnberry isle. The staff is amazing. Tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, ribeye and a flight of whiskey - can’t ask for much more than that!!!
Unremarkable food for the price
Website said dress code was formal/smart casual, but there were diners in pajamas (literally)
Booth near us had a dog at table (not kidding); no server or manager addressed
Service was good, but again, for the price, was underwhelming
The service was great, but for being a high end steakhouse, the food was mediocre. I got the ribeye cap medium rare asked for it on the rare side, but it came out medium to medium well. The taste was similar to a pot roast. Not worth close to the price we paid.

Service and food was amazing. You dealt with COVID perfectly. I felt safe there and amazing meal as always.
Overall one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Filet was hands down best I’ve eaten. Only negative was another person in our group had their filet over cooked, however they brought another that was perfect. Wedge salad was awesome. Even the kids Mac n cheese was top notch!

Peter my bartender was the jam. Very social and knowledgable. Steak was amazing as was the mac and cheese. Very enjoyable but the automatic tip added in i guess was mandatory as it was xmas
We love Bourbon. The food was great. Jason, our server was great. But on this occasion it was prix fix at $110 and that was just a bit much for an experience that would normally cost $70 a la carte. To be fair, it was our choice, so no harm, no foul.
First time here. Good experience, very good food. Pad your wallet. Seabass is excellent. Will recommend and return now that I know the lay of the land. Happy Holidays.

Donny was our server and he was amazing. It was my boyfriends birthday and everything turned out beautiful especially with the small touches from your team for his Birthday! It was a special night for him and I’m just glad I chose Bourbon Steak Miami. Thank you all and a special thanks to the Chef! The food was outstanding!
Terrible management. A table of young men were arguing and shouting at each other the entire meal. Management refused to do anything despite complaints from virtually every table.
