    Poor service, it was not good quality steak, it was just peace of meat, the worst cocktails ever, bad attitude of waitress and manager, very bad experience. Noise was very loud. Do not recommend this restaurant.

    We had an amazing experience here!!!! Our server was awesome. In fact, all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was great as well. We were too full for dessert but our waiter still brought us out the butter cake- which was incredible. He even took our children to the kitchen to scoop some ice cream with the pastry chef. They felt like VIP! It was an awesome experience and we can’t wait to come back!

    Very busy for Thanksgiving but seated on time and good service. The food was excellent and plentiful. The foie gras stuffing was outstanding. Best stuffing ever.

    Very pleasant experience. The service was phenomenal and they went out of their way to accommodate a shellfish allergy. Not much on the menu if aren’t able to eat fish or red meat- but it I a steakhouse after all. The vegetables were wonderful and full of flavor. Overall, a very nice evening.

    Steaks were excellent!! Sides amazing - the chopped wedge was watery - really the only negative mark from the whole dinner. Service was good - lacking at times to refill wine, however overall we had 11 people and they were spot on.

    The service was outstanding! I had heard so much about Bourbon Steak. Unfortunately, for the prices you don’t expect to get a cold steak or a flavorless Lobster Pot Pie. Disappointing is putting it mildly. Overrated and overpriced don’t waste your time with so many great restaurants in the area 👎👎

    One of the great meals ever. The bartenders made me feel special from the minute I arrived. AND the meal : Alaskan King Crap app Bone Marrow side dish Amish Chicken Perfect potatoes And 4 desserts for myself and staff. Can’t wait to return.

    My wife Stephanie and I went to Bourbon Steak for our 5th wedding anniversary. We were treated like royalty from the welcoming staff to the general manager ensuring every touch was special ie, personalizes menus, welcome champagne and amazing food and service.     Nice experience overall, but with some awkward moments like when the waitress tastes the wine before me without my authorization. I’ve never seen a waiter do this before, they always bring the bottle to the table, open it in front of me, hand me the cork and pour some wine for testing. The main course came extremely fast after the order rushing the whole experience. Food was good, meat temperature right to the order. Management came to table very professionally after my concern with the food coming so soon.

    I had been looking forward to dining at Bourbon Steak for quite some time, but unfortunately, I found that all the hype surrounding it was much ado about nothing. The prices on the menu were incredibly steep, and while I expected to be paying for exceptional quality food, a pleasant ambience, and top-notch service, I was sorely disappointed. Speaking of the ambience, the restaurant is situated in a ballroom-type lobby at the Marriott hotel, complete with a large silk floral displays . While this may sound impressive, it didn't contribute to the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the presentation of the dishes left much to be desired, as they simply plopped down pieces of steak onto the plate without any attention to culinary plating style or skills All in all, I cannot recommend Bourbon Steak nor do I plan to return. There are certainly better options out there that offer higher quality food for the same amount of money or less.

    First off for having Bourbon in the name the bourbon selection was very limited. The service was great once seated. We weren’t seated until 25 minutes after our reservation time even with checking in prior to our time. We had a lot of different food and overall it was pretty good, not excellent but pretty good. The dry aged bone in ribeye wasn’t very flavorful. We had to send our scallops back because they were very tough and over done. Even the second set wasn’t over the top by any means. We did enjoy the mixed drinks.

    Took 35 minutes to get our table even though we had reservations. lso a considerable amount of time into getting out order. Although the servers we very polite and kind, is not the type of service you expect for this kind of high end restaurant and for a $65 stake.

    Somewhat more than disappointed with our experience at Bourbon Steak. The service started as relaxed and attentive and as the restaurant became more crowded, became slow and neglectful. The space which looks cool is not functional as a high end restaurant. Many of the tables have couches as some/all of the seating, which while stylish, makes it difficult to actually sit at the table and dine. The "background music" is loud enough to drown out conversations so people just talk louder. And the acoustics of the space make that worse. It is extremely difficult to actually converse over dinner. Finally, restaurant management has to learn to say no to over booking or to people who come in without reservations. Throughout the night, the staff was constantly bringing in more tables and seats making the space claustrophobic and even louder. On the whole the quality and the preparation of the food was quite high, but did not make up for the shortcomings. The next time we are in Miami, we will be looking for somewhere else to spend several hundred dollars.

    Very nice and stylish decor, service OK, but as time went by, the music got louder and louder to the point that conversation was not really possible. Food was mediocre. The special, rizotto with crab and lobster packed flavor and cream and lobster. The steak was ok, but I've definitely had better.
