New years eve
Ok, let’s begin. So we got seated on time, off to good start, right? Nope. We waited over 10 minutes to be approached by wait staff. The waitress was circling around us , we saw her looking at us few times but never dared to greet us. Finally , one of the managers came to our table and asked us if we want something to drink. Weordered cocktails with him . After five minutes he returned and asked if we have any questions about the menu , so we discussed it and placed the order , again, through the manager. Simultaneously, we placed the order for the wine. 20 extremely long minutes later, still waiting for the cocktails, sommelier brings the wine. We asked him if he can check what’s going on with the cocktails as well, since it has been already 30 min since we ordered them. We became anxious. Finally they arrived. Huge let down in taste , we chugged them so we can move onto the wine. We ordered foie gras and bouillabaisse. Foie grass lacked in flavor, and fish stew was prepared with mushrooms, and that was basically all you can taste. Huge let down. For the main course, we ordered 18oz cowboy dried rib eye and two sides, mushrooms and spinach . We received only the steak and spinach. We asked the runner what happened to our mushrooms, he said he’ll check. After a few minutes, the same manager who took our order approached us and said that they ran out off mushrooms. Really? He offered us broccoli instead. No thank you. The rest of our dinner went by quickly, dessert was tasty , some sort of doughnuts with butterscotch sauce. Finally the bill arrived even though we didn’t ask for it. we wanted to order another dessert, but we gave up. The check was 470 dollars and they made us to pay additional 83 dollars by including 18% of the tip. 550 dollars for dinner for two, service slow and careless, food nothing more than decent , I don’t recommend this restaurant. We felt left out . Another proof that Miami needs to grow a lot in terms of fine dining experience.

Usually, the food , especially the steaks, are consistent in terms of temperature and consistency. However, this time the NY Strip was tough and over cooked (those who ordered the NY Strip asked for Medium Rare Plus and the Steak was more medium).

From the valet at the hotel to our server the service was fantastic.The food was delicious. The fries to start are nice touch instead of bread no charge.Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were properly seasoned. The Mac and cheese was divine. If I was to say anything negative the dessert was pretty small for the price and the flavor was just ok we had the molten cake. Other than that a great visit and we will definitely be back.
The dinner was extremely overpriced, appetizers and desserts was really bad!
Worth every penny. I go only and specifically for the dry aged wagyu beef and always exceeds my expectations!!

Attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Drinks and Food above and beyond our expectations. We had a fantastic experience celebrating out 6th wedding anniversary and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an upscale, fine dining, and drinking experience.

Excellent all around
From the moment we pulled up to Bourbon the experience was spot on, 10/10 they know how to do it right. I’ve been to other Michael Mina restaurants and maybe because it’s in Miami but I think it’s the best steakhouse in the country. It was my birthday and within a few minutes of being seated I was handed a birthday card that had a hand written note with sign Autieri from the whole staff. I brought a bottle that they perfectly decanter and served for me, the food and service was spot on, manager came over to hand me his business business card asking me to txt next time I wanted to go. Ambiance, music, decor the whole experience was top shelf. My new hangout for any occasion.
Bourbon Steak is an incredible experience. The service is top notch and the food is amazing. The Mac & Cheese is a must have in the menu if you’re into the cheesy goodness.
We had the most amazing experience at Bourbon Steak! Our waiter, Albert, was fantastic. I have never experienced that level of service anywhere. Upon learning that we loved to frequent the now closed Bourbon Steak Detroit, he pulled out all the stops for us. He was very friendly and made sure our experience was amazing. The food of course is absolutely delicious but it was the overall experience that made it unforgettable. Albert was able to arrange a kitchen tour for our 3 young kids and they got to pick out their own ice cream and toppings from the pastry chef. That was the highlight of their meal! Albert also sent out 2 complimentary desserts for my husband and I. He truly went above and beyond. We made sure to let the manager know what an exceptional server he has but he was already well aware. Thank you for the most fabulous meal we’ve ever had!!
Food and Service were excellent. We were dining during Thanksgiving so menu was pre fixe. I understand that being a holiday it's common to limit the menu and charge more, but nevertheless, I feel the price charged was excessive and should have been realistically about 25% less and still provide the restaurant with a fair upcharge for the holiday.
The bar is beautiful, as is the restaurant. The food was excellent. The steak tartar was one of the best I have had. For entrees, we had the lobster pot pie and the rib cap. The cheese plate for dessert had an excellent selection of cheeses, and the honey was amazing. Definitely will return.
From the moment you walk in the service is incredible. Food is perfection and the ambience is just gorgeous. All in all always a fantastic experience!
Food quality has declined since Marriott took over Turnberry, we used to think it was the best stake house in Miami but unfortunately it is not any more. The first bad sign was the new presentation of the wedge salad with tons of dressing and crumbled bacon, it used to be very light and the bacon was diced. We also ordered Brussels sprouts and they were presented with some kind of pork which was disgusting. Meat was fine but not extraordinary, finally at the time of getting the tab we were charged with 7 bottles of water! Which my husband was happily paying for until I notice, they took off 4 of them. Don’t think we are recommending again this restaurant

Lively steak restaurant, excellent staff, fun atmosphere. Loved the french fries with assorted sauces to dip in that come out on the table instead of bread. Our steak was done perfectly for us, medium rare. Crowd varies from being dressed very casual to dressed up.

It was a disappointing experience all around. While the service was attentive and the filet mignon a nice cut of meat ,the rest of the meal was poor. The salad was warm , the vegetables were over cooked . They serve french fries instead of bread which I guess might be ok on a bar. the desserts were an embarrassment of dressed up stale store bought. Even the service ware reminded you were in a marriott dining room run from room service.
Took my friend for their birthday. Steve was our waiter and he was phenomenal. Food was amazing and drinks were delicious. Definitely want to go back.
They did not accommodate our reservation time. We had to wait 25 minutes.
This restaurant has really declined; it's very poorly managed. We were sat an entire hour past our reservation time. The natives were getting restless, and rather than offer something from the bar, management left the hostess to the wolves.
In the past, we've come here for birthdays and anniversaries and always get a candle on our dessert and a card. This time, there was no such thing - they forgot or perhaps sent it to the wrong table.
Overall, service very curt; not friendly, especially for an establishment of this level.
The food was excellent, so at least the kitchen is doing a good job. Except for the [warm] dessert, which came cold.
Won't be returning here. Been to other Michael Mina restaurants in other states and never had any issues. Based on this experience, we won't be visiting any other Michael Mina restaurants in the future if this sort of service is acceptable.

Steaks were great however wife asked medium well and got medium. Mine was the way I like it !! I will be back for meat and fries !! Must visit if you near by!

The food are really average in quality especially their appetizers. The steaks are the only dishes that we ordered were up to expectations. Overall quite disappointed.
