Located in Glendale, Bourbon Steak - Los Angeles is Chef Michael Mina’s modern, American steakhouse offering a timeless dining experience. At once classic and contemporary, the restaurant accomplishes all the traditions expected from a steakhouse with a flair of excitement. Bourbon Steak features a Piano Bar a buzz with newfound libations. The glamorous dining room boasts tableside services including a Japanese whisky service. Menu highlights include MIchael Mina's signature Lobster Pot Pie, as well as hickory wood grilled steaks and seafood.

Please note the Dress Code for Bourbon Steak - Los Angeles is Business Casual. Guests are requested to refrain from wearing shorts, caps, athletic attire and sandals during Dinner Service.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the right choice for our son's low-key 16th birthday celebration. The service was attentive and always helpful; the food was delicious – we tried a number of menu items, standouts were the Delmonico Rib Eye and the Brussels Sprouts, with kudos to the Salmon as well. The birthday card they presented to my son, from the staff, was a nice added touch. It's an "occasion" restaurant, for sure, but when the occasion arises, we'll be back.

The complementary fries are really good; especially, the dill fries.

The octopus was just ok. I wouldn't order it again...kind of tasteless, very little octopus and too much potatoes!

The filet mignon was one the best I've tasted.

The lamb shank was NOT good! Too much fat, very little taste, the meat was tough (I was told it was braised for 24 hours...more like 45 minutes!), and the tabbouleh was under-cooked.

The dessert: the chocolate cream pie gets an F. It was not fresh and not much substance to it. The banana on top of puff pastry (with ice cream) was really good.

Everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional. Great service.

Such a wonderful birthday dinner at Bourbon Steak over the weekend. The staff treated us so well, the steaks were exceptional, and the truffle Mac n cheese (with shells, rather than macaroni) is a must.

Ribeye steaks weren’t the best we’ve had. Way more fattier than I like it. The black pepper was overpowering the taste of the meat. Lobster pie was delicious. Ahi was delightfully fresh and tasty. Sides were tasty (mac and cheese, asparagus). Best old fashioned cocktail I’ve ever had. Exceptional tea service. Great service by waiters. Pleasant ambiance.

The Japanese whiskey ceremony was not as elaborate as before. The piano music was rather chaotic, not as smooth as in the past. The creme brûlée we were served for dessert was barely 1/4 of an inch deep, it was like scraping the mixing bowl. All of this was not consistent with the price of the meal.

Incredible service and exquisite meals. Their attention to detail and our needs was impeccable. Complimentary wine toast for our anniversary as well as dessert. My husband, who is very picky with his steaks, was won over by the Australian tomahawk ribeye and immediately abandoned our go-to steakhouse for BS. He's already planning when we can go back.

Great place , excellent service, food was delicious all around & the bar was fully stocked. Could not believe they had Licor 43 at the bar very hard to find in L.A. bar scene. Will be back again for sure.

They have some new staff that makes service a little slower and bumpier than in the past. I mentioned this and their amazing manager was so quick and caring following up with me. I have to say the managers dedication and consideration was so impressive that it made everything feel like we got super star treatment So if you ever get a little slower service please be patient because this restaurant and management go out of their way more than any other restaurant/bar/venue we’ve ever been to in Los Angeles in the last 8 years It really takes a lot to knock my socks off and with the managers outreach I am beyond impressed and can not wait to dine here again. Doesn’t hurt that their ribcap is the best cut and prepared steak I’ve ever had 😍

Food is out of this world. Great service, just s little slow. Always delicious cocktails. Everyone loved the appetizers. One person got steak, and 3 got fish. Everyone was happy! Will definitely be back.

We have always loved Michael Mina's restaurant. This one is our favorite so far. The service was professional yet very friendly as well. We started with several cocktails and bourbon flight. The dining experience was smooth. The steaks there were heavenly.

From the outside you may have other thoughts about this place, but inside is very nice. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, the noise level is low so you can have conversation. It is mainly steak and seafood. The price per plate or entree can range from $30- $120 off the menu. It's pretty romantic place to go, it can be considered a high end restaurant and would recommend for a very nice dinner or to impress a date.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, but we were disappointed. The waygu and filet were average and over-priced, although the ribeye was very good! Caesar and wedge salads were a let down. The wedge dressing was virtually tasteless. The French fry appetizer and sundae dessert are great!

Awesome Food, Drinks were too strong but everything else was awesome. My wife and I ordered a couple of Cadillac Margaritas at the bar waiting for our table, they were way too strong so we didn't drink them. I had a Bourbon flight and that was great we really enjoyed the Bourbon and the Food was great I had Eye of Rib medium rare, my wife had the filet both were cook great.

Went for Valentines Day they had a Pre Fix Menu, the food was amazing and we paired it up with wine. All in all it was a perfect date night , great ambiance, exceptional food.

It was a very nice place, beautiful decor but very classy and romantic as it was Valentine’s Day. The steak we had was a bit over cooked but the salad they had with some cheese was delicious. The wine was great but for the same dish and same setting you can go to downtown la and pay 50 less

Very pleasant staff. Vary attentive servers. They make sure that you get everything that ask for and more. They give us fries on the house I guess it is different every night. And you're not gonna feel that you are being rushed.

Went in for the last day if dinela and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service! We had a super late reservation, but our server was more than patient with us while we ordered and ate. The major downside was the steak themselves. They were overly seasoned to the point where I could only eat a few bites. Others in my group ate more by literally scraping the seasoning off. Signature cocktails were outstanding!
