Dinner for 2 where both of us got the same steak, we ordered one medium rare and one medium. I got my medium rare but the medium steak came rare to almost blue. We let our server know and she took the steak to the back and turned it from almost blue to rare when we ordered medium. This was a major interruption in our date night as one had to wait for the other to receive their food and even when they did it was inedible to them since they almost gag when they taste rare steaks. We made the server aware of this again and she responded ‘you know, medium is different everywhere,’ whereas just saying sorry or that they were busy would have been a better response but throughout the whole experience our server made us feel like we were in the wrong. Not a single apology or reassurance that our experience next time would be any better. Don’t think I can ever force myself to go back there.

Great place for family and friends. We have been here multiple times and the service is second to none!

Last time we were in was a few years ago, and we weren’t impressed with the food. Service had always been good. We thought we’d give it another try since it had been some time… once again, we left disappointed. The service was great. Our server was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. But the food was not good. Appetizers, steaks and sides were all mediocre. The only item our table agreed was really good was the Ube dessert. We love the service and ambiance of this location- but the food keeps us away.

I’m sorry, but I thought the food was pretty lousy. Stale French fries, overly salty French onion soup and a sole that was “crusted” but looked and tasted like a fish stick. The service was subpar. Waited quite a bit of time before even being presented with a menu and water. Furthermore, yes the menu was prefixed, but I had to ask for a description of the menu items as is customary even at Denny’s. Will not return to this restaurant.

This prix fixe menu for NYE was one of the best ever done at Bourbon. The inclusion of the lobster pot pie, caviar plate, and countless yummy dishes was incredibly well executed, especially for an event night. The rib-eye, gnocchi, and the pie were all standouts. So glad we opted to come here for NYE.

Steak was like rubber and service was slow. Overall disappointed in the quality. Not what it used to be. Oh and the server forgot to validate the parking ticket.
