Bourbon Steak is Simply Amazing.... I love to take my girlfriend out to this
restaurant and dress up... It is Truly A Great Date Night... The Service is incredible..
The Food is exquisite.... Some of the Best Steak you will ever have... and the Truffle
macaroni and cheese is Killer.
I would recommend this restaurant to all !!

Good experiences. The place wasn’t that busy. Food was great. Free fries at the beginning was pretty awesome. The only downside was the green light across the street and the yoshinoya that can be seen outside across the street.

Reserved for dinner since we were craving steak. We had the ribeye & wagyu from Japan & Australia. Our steaks were delicious, premium beef cooked perfectly. Waitress (sorry, forgot your name) explained differences between our steaks and was knowledgeable to answer all questions fired at her. Appetizers, side dishes, white chocolate sundae dessert, & last but not least their homemade candy which they give you at the end of your meal, were ALL delicious as well. Overall dining experience was great. Food & service was awesome.

The ambience is one of a higher-end restaurant with staff dressed very sharply. The food is equally high-end and the bartenders are skilled with cocktails. A sommelier is normally on hand not just for the wine but the hard liquor as well. With that comes a higher price to make it not a daily stop but not so much that it's only good for special occasions. If you're dressed well and in the mood for a good meal and willing to pay some money for it, it's always worth stopping by.

This is the first time I’ve eaten at the Bourbon Steak in Glendale. A few years ago, I ate at the bar alone at the one in Georgetown and had an incredible Kansas City Filet Mignon, so naturally I wanted to give this one a try.
My wife and ate there while visiting our daughter in LA.
It was superb!
We ate in the dining room in a booth at 7:30 (Open Table) on a Friday. The place was full yet we were seated immediately. We loved the room, the decor and the live piano. We had just gotten in from Tokyo and were ready for some excellent ribeye. We ended up ordering the Australian WAGYU bone-in 30oz. ribeye medium rare ($155 versus $325 in Hong Kong). My wife and I are bourbon drinkers and their bourbon list is quite good without being overpriced. I had two bourbons and a glass of Zinfandel, my wife had one bourbon with two glasses of Zin. We split the Iceberg Wedge salad which was actually very good.
I found the wine list a little pricey but not that horrible. I’d like to see more west coast wines in the $75-100 range, so we ordered by the glass for $13-15 per glass.
We also split a fabulous dessert.
The food was fantastic, service top notch and out total bill including tip was $335. Not bad considering the quality of the food and experience. We’ll be back!

We were there celebrating my girlfriend’s promotion from work. We’ve always wanted to try this place. I’m so glad we did! Our server Tony was excellent! We asked for the bourbon flight and the presentation was an amazing experience. We both shared the Australian waygo tomahawk ribeye and it was probably one of the best cook and tasing steaks I’ve ever had. Everything including the live piano was great! Look forward to coming back!

I was entertaining clients and ordered a lavish meal for all. At the suggestion of our waiter, I ordered the rib cab, medium rare. It was presented past well done. The waiter recognized how over cooked it was and took it back. The new steak was presented when our guests had almost finished. After ordering deserts the bill was presented. There was no adjustment on the bill, even to our waiter's surprise. After spending almost $900 in the restaurant, it would have behooved the manager (who was clueless) to make an accommodation for the error. When the waiter approached him and indicated our dissatisfaction, apparently the manager told him to offer a single desert instead, which made no sense given that we had already eaten desert and been charged for the same. The token empty gesture symbolized a total lack of regard to customer satisfaction. This was a classic case of penny wise and pound foolish. Even most American food chains would have done better to reach out to the customer, but this insular manager did not even bother to come out and offer a greeting. With so many other steak house options that offer better food and certainly more graciousness to their clientele, It is a big thumbs down for Bourbon Steak and diners are forewarned that should your food come out in an unacceptable fashion, do not expect anything other than to pay for it, regardless of how poorly it is presented. They have lost five customers.

They could do a better job on their salads; my bib salad was fine but my son's Caesar was off. I don't mind fancy food as long as it's delicious; his salad wasn't delicious. Everything else was yummy.

AMAZING experience. We ordered the cowboy rib eye and delmonico rib eye, the pigs and figs as the appetizer, and the truffle mac n’ cheese as our side. We also got the bourbon flight. Everything from sitting at the bar for a drink while waiting for our table to be ready to our hostess to our fabulous server Lauren exceeded all expectations. The food was rich in flavor and came out in a timely manner. Lauren did a great job explaining the bourbon flight and her service was truly exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant to couples, groups, or anyone wanting to treat themselves to a good night.

The staff is phenomenal and very personable. The piano player is great and completes the look and feel of the restaurant. I have been to this location more than a dozen times (in the past 6 months)... and I KNOW that I will come back at least a dozen more time this year. From the fries and the 3 different dipping sauces, to the tuna tartare, to the brussel sprouts and bone-in ribeye... Bourbon Steak never disappoints.

I have visited numerous steakhouses and eaten steaks personally at home or at events and have tried all types from select to choice to prime, to grass fed, dry age, wagyu USA, Australian, Japan A5, and even tried blue rare to well done. I had high expectations of Bourbon Steak based on its reviews on google and yelp, however upon my visit, I ordered a dry age rib eye Kansas City steak rare. The steak came to me with some sweet sauce (I prefer my steaks more on the salty side), the menu and waiter mentioned nothing of a sweet sauce, and upon cutting in, the steak was tough (knife could not cut it, I had to force my weight on it to cut through the steak) and it was full of gristle. I ended up eating just 30% of the steak before giving up and went for the sides. The restaurant ambience and overall experience was good, however I am deeply disappointed with the steak quality. I have had choice rib eye steaks from Whole Foods that were 10x more tender and flavorful this this Dry Age Rib Eye at Bourbon Steaks.

Overall experience was great. Food, service, ambience was outstanding. It was just difficult to read the menu with the dim lights. Maybe have some more table light for people that needs more light to read. Otherwise, everything was great!

This is a Michael Mina restaurant. As such, we made a point to order the dishes that were noted as a signature item. There were three but we only ordered two of them; Black Truffle Mac & Cheese and the Lobster Pot Pie (I can't remember what the third was). Both were tasty but nothing we felt we needed to have again. However, the price for both the Truffle Mac'n Cheese and the Lobster Pot Pie was not worth it to us. We enjoy lobster, but at that price we didn't feel it was the best way to enjoy such a special crustacean. The dinning room was full and packed so it did feel cramped; we were so close to the next table we could have shared dishes. In the end, we wanted a nice dinner out and Bourbon Steak did feel special and the food was well prepared and service was very pleasant. We would consider going back for a good steak if we were in the area but would skip the two signature dishes we tried.

Our meats were cooked perfectly. Even the scallops. Sides were less than impressive. Mac and cheese was nearly tasteless.

Service was very good.

My husband and I chose Bourbon Steak for our wedding dinner. It was our first time, just him and I. Everyone there was so wonderful! Our waitress was lovely and the live piano music played songs we both knew. Ambience, lighting, and staff were so welcoming. We told our waitress we just got married and the manager came to our table to say hello and thank us for choosing his restaurant for our first dinner. At the end they even surprised us with complimentary dessert! I love this place and we will be back (and recommend it to our friends). Thank you for making our night memorable.

I would recommend Bourbon Steak with reservations. The petite filet mignon we ordered was not as good as previous times we've had it. We ordered it medium rare, which it was on the inside. But, the outside was crispy, burned, dry and tough. Very disappointing. My husband (or I, for that matter) can cook beef better than the Bourbon Steak chefs.
The vegetables were delicious. The french fries assortment was served room temp - not hot as they should be.
The drink pours are very small - we shamed them into adding more liquor into our glasses.
The restaurant is lovely but very noisy. Service was pretty good. Parking is a challenge, even with the valet service in front.
Bottom line: it will be awhile before we return, if ever.

Found food over rated and dissapointing our lobster was raw ,undercooked and waiter didn’t take it off bill, only brought one desert free instead! We thought that was cheap for a fine restaurant like this claims to be 😰

I was excited to take my gf to Bourbon from my previous experience. I saw that Bourbon was part of DIneLA so I made a reservation. There was a fixed menu and both of us was going to order the filet mignon but the server said it was all sold out. I saw another couple with fitet mignon but maybe they didn't order from the DineLA menu set. So we ordered the skirt steak. It was cooked well but the meat was so tough. No fancy steakhouse should serve such poor quality meat.

I honestly love everything about Bourbon Steak. My boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner here this past Friday and our waiter was Tony. He was very attentive, sweet, and went above and beyond. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area on a date. Thank you Tony for explaining everything in our meals for us and asking if either of us had food allergies. You made our experience a wonderful one.

My friend and I decided to try Bourbon at the last minute since it was the last day of Dine LA. It was our first time dinning there for dinner. The service was on point. The guy helping us was a bit annoying since he was checking on us constantly. But overall the service was good. The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to take a significant other on a romantic date or a get together with friends.

Brought friends to dinner to get our steak fix
Ordered Filet Mignon charred Brocoli and a nice wine for main and had the cheese cake dessert.Service impeccable as always food served at a nice pace never feel rushed even when very busy.The apps were great the Steak unfortunately a tad rare for my taste and the sides done perfectly.Always a nice experience doesn't matter how often you dine at this restaurant
