Our server was old school great! Food to perfection. Everything lovely. It’s pricey but worth it.
The service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond. Especially Courtney.
The truffle Mac n cheese is intense but delicious. I had the wagyu which was stellar.
Very classy, fancy vibe. Loved the live music!
Beyond impressed with service and everything else. Bravo!!
Had a very nice dinner for my wife's Birthday. Food was excellent. Was a little disappointed that we were provided the same number of French fires as tables with 2 people, but they were still very good. Steaks were great, and sides were also excellent. It was a little loud from the crowd noise, which made it hard to talk to people on other side of table. Jazz music was also excellent.
Food and service was outstanding! It’s very expensive but worth it for special occasions. This was my third time dining here. Lighting was a bit too dark for my tastes.
Outstanding as usual
Food was delicious and very well prepared. Excellent whiskey choices. Very nice evening out.
Everything was great, except we weren’t aware of special menu for the day. We’ve been there a few times and were ready to order items from regular menu.
Excellent food but still had the limited Valentines Day set menu on Feb 15 which was a turn off.
Service was amazing. Food was incredible! Justin made sure Valentine’s Day was one to remember. Best steakhouse in LA.
Food and service were great. Nice ambiance. We had the fixed course 2020 Valentines menu and nothing disappointed.
Their steaks are amazing. Better than Mastros and Cut. Service is very very slow and not up to par. The place is very noisy. Very hard to have a conversation. Food is great!
Decent service, little pricey for what you get. Ruth Chris and Fleming’s steak would be a 10, Bourbon would rate a 6. The shrimp cocktail was nice size, the sauces are to complicated. Need better bread. The complementary fries were nice, the sauces not so good. Bake Potato was big and great, the bacon add sucked. Good drinks, good desert. Nice Waitress.
I have taken family, friends, and guests to Bourbon Steak House on Brand Boulevard in Glendale CA numerous times in the past. This time was probably the final time. It was the last night of Dine LA, the service was excellent as usual, but the food--specifically wagyu beef, vegetables, and dessert were mediocre at best. I have to guess that the original chef has been replaced, and perhaps even the restaurant has been bought and sold to another corporate entity since I began dining there. The famed wagyu beef was riven with gristle and was surprisingly tasteless. Sad to say, but we're moving on to another steak house.
Excellent service and delicious food
Outstanding as always. Dine LA menu was more than I deserve. Thank You.
Appetizers and sides were mediocre- we had the shrimp cocktail that came with very weak cocktail sauce and a weird mustard sauce. The duck spring rolls were pretty good, but nothing special. The A5 wagyu steak was very good, but not as good as I've had elsewhere. The bone-in NY was meh. The desserts were great! Banana tarte tatin was amazing and the lil fresh made donuts were insanely good. The place is beautiful, and our server was so so good. She knew everything. The sommelier left something to be desired, though the wine we ended up getting was delicious, she didn't seem so knowledgable when I mentioned the types of wine I like. Anyway, the place is good, not great. For the money I spent ($300/person) I'd go to one of the Beverly Hills steak houses next time.
