The waiter was a little rude, he didn’t listen well which resulted in 1 of the orders being wrong. But I enjoyed my first time there for my birthday

My waitress was phenomenal and the entire stage was wonderful😊
Food quality could be better for price.

We LOVE bourbon steak. Every time we go the experience is unmatched to any other restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff and the sommeliers are so professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and even in covid times the ranch is cozy and warm! Thank you for yet another great night!

Back patio was great. The seafood tower was not very substantial and not super fresh ....but very high price ....in general it is overpriced for the quality of food. The service and atmosphere were great.
The waitstaff was wonderful but the reception ladies were very rude.
The food portions were good and it came out fairly quickly. However for the price, the food was not amazing.
Bourbon did a great job of keeping us warm and well-taken care of. It was a special night, beautiful ambiance and delicious food. Fantastic service!
My friends and I were eager to try Bourbon steak. Personally, I think the place is over-hyped. I regularly enjoy $60-$70 dry-aged ribeyes at Del Friscos which I believe are far superior to the $96 dry-aged New York Strip steak I had at Bourbon Steak. Price is inflated due to it being in a hotel lobby bar, and the atmosphere feels exactly like a hotel lobby bar. Also, lighting is so dark that you cannot see the steak well enough to cut off the fat and gristle so you end up eating and chewing more than you normally would want to eat, which also takes away from the experience - expecting a mouthful of tender high quality meatStaff was very friendly and knowledgable, but the food isn’t worth the price.
Service and food were outstanding. Be prepared to pay hefty prices for what is offered, but this is to be expected given the location and ambience of this restaurant. Definitely a great experience for us!
We waited almost 40 minutes just to be asked what drinks we’d like. Food and beverages took very long to come out. Any additional condiments that we’d request would never come until waiter was reminded.
Made reservations and told them it was my birthday. When we got there they had a birthday card on the table where all the staff signed. We got complimentary bread and fries. Overall the experience was great.
Very disappointed in the ambiance and food here. For a $300 meal I expected a much better experience. The dining area is very outdated and I didn’t have a good feel from the time we seated. Let’s start with the appetizer- the Octopus was dry and flavorless.
My husbands steak was very undercooked and extremely fatty, he’s has Wagyu plenty of times but this was much fattier than normal. Very upsetting for a $100 steak. I had the Halibut which again had no flavor at all! Our waiter was nice and by no means were he responsible for our terrible experience. Will not return! Sorry to hear that Seasons is closed, enjoyed their brunch much better. Crossing Bourbon Steak off my list
While dining during a very popular weekend you expect a longer wait time in general. In this instance it just seem much longer 2 hours to be exact to wait and still not have any food. It just didn’t sit well with me. While normally sitting outside in the cold would be an issue but the staff was very accommodating. Overall great vibe but slow chefs.
I went for my 23rd birthday. The service was great and the food was good. The vibe in the restaurant was beautiful. I went with three other friends and I am assuming they do not attract a younger crowd. They treated us normally with respect per usual. We decided to order champagne this time, Dom Perignon. We drank it, then I had to go to the bathroom and asked my brother to escort me. I came back to a table surrounded by servers, security, and hostess. That completely drained our comfort level could not even stay as long as we wanted.
Best steakhouse in DC by far!!!!
Took my lady here for dinner on her bday. I try to find new restaurants that we can experience together. This was a good choice.
Excellent experience as always.
Service was exceptional (as always). What stood out to me the most were the safety precautions taken amid COVID including temperature checks, social distancing, masks etc. While restaurants are required to take precautions I believe Bourbon Steak went above and beyond to ensure customers remained safe.
An excellent experience from beginning to end. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Ernesto and the entire bar team was amazing!! Gordon was the epitome of hospitality. Made my friend’s birthday extra special. Also, Angie(hope I’m that correctly) crafted an off menu cocktail with a house made raspberry cordial that changed our lives.
Great Raw Scallops with Caviar dish and Sirloin.
Great venue inside the Four Seasons in Georgetown. The ambiance and staff were excellent. We loved the complementary french fries and warm truffle butter buns which served as great appetizers. Our main entrees were not what we expected. My partner’s salmon was brunt/overly charred on the top and my steak and brussel sprouts were burnt/overly charred as well. The mac n cheese was delicious.
Maybe we caught the chef on a less than stellar evening. We expected way better for such an upscale affair.
Excellent service as always, good COVID measures to keep you safe.
Absolutely love this place!!
Bourbon Steak is superior in every sense!
The ambiance was superb and the service very friendly.
The best in DC. Please keep your standards high. 🙏
Glad to dining indoors again! Well spaced and low capacity in place. Clean safe well maintained. The food was delicious. Portions just right! Service absolutely the best. Waygu not incredible probably regular beef would be just as good and abit more economical. Luxury has its cost and this is still worth it.
Terrific as always. Such attention to detail and safety. Could not recommend more.
Excellent food and 5 star service. I highly recommend it.
The service and every part of the meal was delicious and fantastic. Sitting outside in the middle of January was better than expected. The table was well distanced, had a heater nearby, and the server even provided blankets. We felt extremely safe.
