Overall we had a great experience! We were sat about 25 minutes after our reserved time and our food took a little long to come out but I believe there was an office party happening so they were backed up all around. Even with that being said the considerations of our time and customer service was amazing and my meal was one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back for a special occasion!

Amazing staff, very tentative and knowledgeable. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The food was very well prepared. It was definitely one of the best meals I've had in the DC area

I was quite disappointed at my visit this time. I told them it was a special occasion and we have been there many many times and this time I regreted going. We called to say we would be late in fact 2 times so they knew we would be there (we have never not showed) but our reservation was such that there would be no one coming in after us any way. When we got there we waited for 5-10 minutes then were told a table would be ready they were just clearing it. Then they offered us a table next to an entrance to a bar or kitchen where people would be coming in and out and would be very disruptive. They then told us it was the only table in the restaurant available and insisted it was a good table. We dine out enough to know that comment was ridiculous. After telling them the table was not what we were looking for and explaining the problem they finally asked us to wait in the bar for a table. They didn't offer us a drink or anything and we waited 20-30 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

Started a group steak dinner club and decided to start with Bourbon Steak. Great steaks all around, service is unmatched. Had things that were off the menu (seared foie gras) that when requested were added to the meal with no issue.
lives up to the four seasons standard with service and quality.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Bourbon Steak, probably the best Thanksgiving dinner we've ever had at a restaurant in DC. Everything was impeccable, the food, the service, the atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

The oyster stuffing with the $120 turkey dinner on Thanksgiving was inedible. Even the servers admitted no one enjoyed it. Chef: Thanksgiving is about extremely well prepared food, not experimenting with new creations (yes I know you were trying for a Chesapeake Bay theme, it didn’t work). Maybe go with a traditional service with add ons to satisfy the chef’s whim to be creative?

Stuffing is bread, butter, onions, celery and seasoning...

And we felt bad because the portions of turkey were so big we weren’t able to finish our meals. Maybe a smaller portion with a second serving offer?

The food was very good but outrageously expensive. We were taken out by a business friend and we all had a hard time ordering so that we didn’t blow the budget.
We have all eaten at fine steak houses, such as The Prime Rib, but not stunned by the prices for a steak.
Bourbon Steak was not all that special.

Food is consistently amazing but service was a bit disorganized and flat. Had to wait for a while for drink order and to have main course cleared which for what Bourbon charges is a bit disappointing.

I went there for dinner, again, and was not disappointed but not blown away. From check-in to departure, without drinks, apps, or dessert took more than 90 minutes.

The service was pretty slow and the 48oz Argentinian bone-in ribeye was only okay. It wasn’t really 36oz of meat less the bone, and I wish they made the sides and toppings more obvious. (It was also served lukewarm).

The baked potato was pretty hard, and cool ranch fries were weird. But, the macaroni, spinach, and Brussels sprouts were quite tasty.

The staff at Bourbon Steak is second to none. Not a moment goes by that someone is not paying attention to your needs and wants.
We were seated promptly at our 7pm reservation on a busy Friday night. The wine and cocktail selection was great and the menu offered several intriguing options.
We both selected steaks for dinner, i went with the Waygu NY Pave which was crazy good. We started with the lobster cocktail which I also highly recommend. The other star of the meal was the truffle Mac and cheese, it is a must order.
Bourbon Steak offers a lot of nice touches. The fries that are served with your appetizer are amazing, crispy, crunchy and come with great dipping sauces.
My biggest complaint is about the seating arrangement, the 2 top tables feel like you are sitting a mile from your date. The distance between us combined with the noise made conversation almost impossible. Otherwise the food is great and worth the trip.

The food was WAY over priced. The steak was very good but not exceptional. The wedge salad was skimpy and not up to steakhouse standards. There are steakhouses that are far better value. Not worth the excessive prices. I don’t mind spending big but I expect great food and enough of it for my money.

Bourbon Steak Georgetown is a dining experience you need to get on (or back on) your calendar. The food is out of this world, there is a great selection of beverages (wines, beer, cocktails), our server Mark was incredible, the sommelier Chris was extremely helpful, informed, and patient, and we finished with three wonderful desserts. It's a must for anyone who is serious about dining out!!

Overall food was very good. Filet Mignon very tender. Flavored French fries and truffle rolls were excellent. Crab cake was the best I have ever had, greens were seasoned perfectly. The salted baked potato was a disappointment, no salt on the skin could be detected. The truffle mac and cheese was too oily. Restaurant was very dark, table next to us was using a phone flash light to read the menu.
