    Excellent service and fantastic drinks. The Crab beignets were amazing as was the beignets dessert. Unfortunately, my filet...not sure...not the best cut of meat.

    I thought the wine list was terribly expensive compared to other restaurants in the DC area that I’d consider comparable. There aren’t many bottles for less that $300.

    The customer service was awful. The food way overpriced for what I received. My steak was extremely dry and the stuffed potato did not impress me. After I finished my meal, it took my server 15 minutes to come by the table to check on me. He asked if I would like my plate boxed to go. I immediately stated no thank you.

    Bourbon Steak has a lot going for it with great service, crispy fries appetizer and a great wine list. Previously they offered an amazing Australian Wagu steak that was incomparably delicious, but unfortunately is no longer available. Also unfortunate are the poor remaining steak offerings including a mediocre wagu ribeye, tough and overcooked NY strip, and tasteless bone-in ribeye ordered during the latest visit. The prices are exorbitantly high, frankly over the top for even those that can afford them, and a terrible choice when the food is much better (and cheaper) at any other upscale steakhouse, including better fare and better value Longhorn. Perhaps capitalizing on the Four Seasons “poshier” venue keeps the prices high, but better value and steaks are available almost anywhere else. The wagu Australian was worth the crazy price, but until that returns, stay away.

    Bourbon Steak house was awesome, tomahawk steak was amazing. The drinks were really good. The service was on point, the manager stopped by to speak with us and informed us about some upcoming special events. Great place for a date night or a night cap.

    Went there for our anniversary as although we have lived in DC for 20 years, we hadn't eaten there. I made reservations for outdoors but they moved us inside because it was "hot". We actually had drinks outside and it was the best part of the night. For the record, two beers and a margarita were $50. The menu is quite limited, but we had shrimp cocktail, two salads, petit filet, sea bass, side of asparagas and the sundae for dessert. It was all ok, but the bill was $260, $310 with tip. In summary, it's a hotel restaurant with nothing special except for the price.

    Great service with phenomenal staff. Ambiance was loud could have been because it was Saturday. Food was good but went in with high expectations and left a little disheartened. Not Bourbon Steak fault but if dining is an experience the noice level didn’t contribute to the experience.

    Lovely outdoor setting with excellent service! Gratis french fries and dip outstanding! Molten chocolate cherry sundae outstanding! Gazpacho and salmon excellent. Very nice wines by the glass. Heirloom tomato salad and lamb chops not so good.

    Usual high quality service and ingredients one expects here. But a little off this time - oysters Rockefeller came out cold and Porterhouse ordered medium rare came out cooked med to med well. Tuna tartare and Beignet dessert were fantastic, as were the wines suggested by sommelier.

    We came here for a special occasion and love a good steak. Nice place, quiet. Service was good. We got appetizers, wine which were all very good. The steak (porterhouse for 2) was a huge disappointment - it was not warm and lacked flavor. It was frankly terrible. Not sure what happened with timing but it had clearly been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. The sides came and were excellent. The dessert was also excellent. For advertising itself as a premier steakhouse, the steak was a huge letdown. For that price point I’d expect better - we won’t be coming back.

    Bourbon Steak’s service is top notch. Enjoyed the ambiance, food and wine. However, in the summer months as you dine outside- just be mindful of the mosquitoes and ants. Because of them crawling all over me, the staff accommodated us to make sure that we were comfortable. We simply moved inside with no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

    We were not guest at the hotel but chose the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We were the first seating at 5 o’clock and enjoyed a round of drinks before being seated. The wait staff were very attentive and each course was delightful.

    For the cost I was disappointed. The cocktails were the first huge letdown. They lacked the complexity that one would expect from a restaurant of that caliber. Our appetizers (bone marrow and tuna) were good but nothing special. I would say the same for the dinners. I had the lamb and my husband had a Kansas steak. It was ... good but just nothing that I would ever remember or want to go back and have again. The ambiance was very nice. We ate outside and it was decorated for their Liberty of Color, it was beautiful! Our waiter was fantastic and everyone who worked with him was very nice. I would not recommend Bourbon Steak simply because I don't think the food or cocktails are worth their cost.

    Food was excellent. Drinks, wine, beer excellent. Waiter was excellent, very hospitable, great service. We were made to feel so special celebrating our anniversary with the delicious complimentary champagne served by the AM, the note on the table and kind wishes. Thank you! This isn't a complaint, just constructive feedback: a little confusion with the food deliverer, but we got an extra side as the result and almost 2 extra baskets of bread, so it worked out. Just seemed there was a minor communication glitch. No harm done; we were embarrassed for him.

    Outstanding food great service great staff even better location I'd recommend if you're visiting Georgetown to make a reservation and don't hesitate who definitely enjoy the quality of the food they're feeling this of the staff and the overall value

    Perfect spot for a special occasion! Food was high quality and fresh, drinks were unique and tasty, and ambiance was perfection. Not a place I would visit on a random night for dinner as the prices are pretty steep, but for a celebration, it is worth every penny.

    The food and service is always outstanding at Bourbon Steak, but what made this night stand out was our sommelier. It was one of the special father-son "steak escapes" we do when we can sneak out on our girls, and my son ordered the Miyazaki Wagyu striploin. I had gotten a terrific Kistler Pinot, and when the sommelier came over I explained to him that my son was just learning about wine and was there anything he could share re: my selection...and he said: "are you sure?" and proceeded to lead us on a tour of reds and the unusual characteristics of Wagyu and told us about Boralo (which I wasn't even familiar with) and how it was a perfect match for the fat content etc. We thanked him, and then a few minutes later he quietly brought a glass for my son and walked him through how to taste it with the meat and what to look out for. He was so engaging and informative, and his small kindness transformed what was already a great meal into a great memory of a perfect night with my son. We got cigars and spent the rest of the night sitting on the dock of the Washington Canoe Club and talking about our meal. Thank you. Cheers.
