Featuring contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients, BOURBON STEAK offers all-natural, organic and hormone free cuts of beef and the freshest seafood available. Prior to grilling, all meats at BOURBON STEAK are first poached to mouthwatering tenderness.

Keeping with the nation’s capital’s emphasis on power daytime dining, BOURBON STEAK is one of the first Michael Mina restaurants to serve lunch.

Rockwell Group of New York composed a design scheme which reflects the elegant informality of Mina’s modern American cuisine, while also paying tribute to the classical stature of the hotel. Natural materials and crafted accents surround the space, from seeded and rubbed glass, to stitched leather and wood.

Went there for lunch meeting and needed a place that had good food, reasonable price, with a business atmosphere. Found all that and also enjoyed the lunch time smell of mesquite woof buring...which led me to purchase their signature burger. Awesome!

Every penny spent was worth it. I had the best rib eye steak (wagyu) of my life. I am definitely coming back! The service and ambiance were excellent.

All of the food was delicious. They even bought out a small baked Alaska with candle for the birthday guest. The staff here is attentive without being overbearing. Love this place for a quiet lunch with friends and family.

Everything about this steak house is great. If you want the perfect cut of meat cooked perfectly this the place. Appetizers were delicious and the wine list is exceptional.
Our waiter and our sommelier helped make the night a memorable one.

We went to Bourbon Steak to celebrate our anniversary with our children ages 14 and 10. Everything about the restaurant was fabulous. Our waiter was helpful and made great recommendations. The food and drink were first rate! I loved the brussels sprouts and my husband enjoyed the chowder. The steaks were perfect. My daughter is still talking about the apple dessert.

My wife and I eat here 5-6x a year. The last few visits were moderate for them, and the price -in both service and food. But for her birthday we went back - and the service and food were were fantastic, and a reminder as to why we enjoyed them so much here. Very attentive, yet not hovering. Ahi tuna app is always outstanding. the Lobster pot pie…crazy good. Wagyu flat iron - 100% of time is fantastic. Enjoy…get a booth by window if you'd like to reduce the noise.

Nice restaurant, great steak cooked well and comes with great fries and bread that are excellent. Overall food quality is above the other places. Waiter seems to slip a bit here and there but overall service good.

We loved everything about this place. 5 star service and food. Many of us enjoyed the seafood entrees, and the 2 who had the bone in steaks raved.

Our booth was perfect by the window. We were celebrating our 28th anniversary. The restaurant is a bit loud, but fun. We received a Happy Anniversary card and a toast of champagne to start. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. We would definitely eat there again if we visit the Four Seasons in Georgetown.

Arrived from dubai and had read reviews in tripadvisor so had pre booked. It was amazing, the food was to die for and the waiters were really helpful in choosing the wine to pair with the meal.

The reviews were spot on for this restaurant! I researched in hopes of finding the premier steakhouse in DC, and boy did I ever! Bourdon was incredibly awesome in every way. Our dinner was certainly one of the best meals and experiences ever. Their steaks are delicious, however, being the bread lover that I am, their rolls were awesome! From now on, every trip to DC will include dinner here at Bourbon! Rowdy from Tulsa.

Using OpenTable is great! It's easy, efficient, convenient, and reliable. Food FAB! I would suggest that a choice of available tables/seating, to include a floor map, would be a wonderful addition.

Let me start by saying I used to work for a different Four Seasons property, so I know what the standards and expectations are - and Bourbon Steak blew them out of the water - incredible food, wine, service (!!!) They really made us feel special and the food, oh man the food, was incredible. Of everything we got and shared, my favorite was the beef tartare and the truffle mac n cheese. Just an overall amazing experience and can't wait to come back to DC again. Definitely a Wow me!

We had a great meal, beef and sides were cooked to temperature, and the sides were excellent. The wine list was marked up quite a bit but some good wines to be found. Overall it's a great meal, be ready to drop some coin as it's a touch more pricey than the others in town.

Overcooked bread, under seasoned mushrooms, barely cooked spinach. Bourbon steak missed the mark on everything food. Drinks and service terrific but at more than $60 for a piece of meat that retails for around $20/lb and with so many other options around DC, we will either go elsewhere or just stay home the next time we want a good steak.
