Outside dining was very nice. Tables were large and spaced out. Steak and whipped potatoes were wonderful.

Everything was just about perfect. Wendy was very attentive and gave us even more than we asked for. Wine - Chateauneuf du Pape, Pittsburgh Rare steak, desserts (absolutely filling). She even took great pictures.
We actually enjoyed this dinner so much on Thursday evening (10/1/2020) that we decided to go back again on Saturday (10/3/2020). Mark, our server was awesome. Attentive just the right amount to make a six top experience over the top. Although I really don't like having an automatic tip added to a bill at all - especially adding 20% on a $2000 check that had $1000 worth of alcohol with expensive bottles.
My wife and I love Bourbon Steak. We were married at that Four Seasons property. Everyone is so nice to us. We feel so special when visiting. The precautionary measures taken at both the Resturant and hotel are tops. The service is best in the business. The cuisine is the most consistent and always perfect. We look forward to visiting again and thank everyone for our wonderful evening.
Have been many times and it is always superior food. IT once again did not disappoint. And while the service is always great, it was amazing this time! They brought the fries and my friend merely asked if they were all with duck fat (she is a vegan) - and they said yes. We said no problem at all. She had the rolls (I ate ALL the fries :-). They then showed up with some fries the chef specifically made for her - without duck fat. We both were so surprised, and impressed! We didn't ask for them - it was a non- issue. BUT - she was very happy to get to have fries too. Thanks!

I was waiting for Bourbon to reopen from the shutdown, and it did not disappoint in any respect. In fact, it may have been the best meal I've ever had there -- food, service was fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back soon!

They did a great job. Service was awesome til the end. Food runners did a great job. Expensive even for an expensive steakhouse. Apps were interesting but they didn’t hit it out of the park

Beautiful outside patio for dinner. Well spaced out. Lots of protocols for dining. Food and service were superb. We had the Filet Mignon and would highly recommend. Definitely will return!
Shrimp cocktail, tuna tartar, Wagyu ribeye, creamed spinach and truffle mac with a trio of sauces. Amazing all around!!
We had reserved for a table outside on the patio, the setting was nice, peaceful, definitely felt good for social distancing. There were a lot of bugs and no candles (candles would be helpful) though they did have bug spray. Service was very good for sure. Definitely was disappointed with the food however. Especially the food for that price. Split the grilled octopus with a friend, then had the lobster salad which definitely was not was I expected. Barely resembled a salad (where were the greens? no lettuce) there some green beans. The lobster meat appeared as something out of a can, pieces small and suspicious didn't seem like fresh, whole lobster meat at all. Too much mayo. I felt pretty unhealthy and would not order again. Where was the lamb burger and the lobster pot pie we had heard so much about? Not available. At our table the person who was most pleased with his dish was the one who ordered the burger. Wines were good. Didn't wow at all, I expect much better. Will be back for the lounge and perhaps to try the lamb burger and pot pie. During COVID dining out is such a special treat and should be a memorable experience.
Perfect Chophouse solution with For Seasons elegance. The Sommelier has extraordinary wines by glass + 1/2 bottles and magnums. Great knowledge off old world wines . Great experience. Great COVID protocols for safety
It was extremely hot - that isn't anyone's fault, but for such a high end restaurant, I would expect fans or something of the like.
The food was mediocre at best - especially for the price.
And service wasn't anywhere close to where it should have been, again for the caliber of the hotel + price of the food.
The food/service is amazing. I love the outdoor patio seating. Due to COVID-19, somethings have changed but I'm sure they will return to normal one day.

Phenomenal experience! Both food and service were outstanding. The attention to detail was amazing, including multiple people acknowledging our anniversary and our server bringing us “mocktails” for a toast because he noticed I was pregnant. Will definitely be back!
Awesome experience here tonight! With all things considered, about dining out and being in public right now, the team there did a great job making us feel safe and welcome. More than adequate spacing between tables, plenty of coverage over faces and hands, as well as socially distant conversation when confirming our orders or asking us how our experience was, made for a great night.
Always a good time here, and even with the current situation of the world, I would recommend going and checking it out. Worth the trip outdoors. If you’re craving a burger and a bourbon this is the place for you.
