BOURBON STEAK by Michael Mina offers guests an innovative American steakhouse and timeless dining experience with a twist. Our Executive Chef Drew Adams prepares pristine cuts of American and Japanese beef. Using Michael Mina’s signature process, the meat is slow-poached then cooked over a seasoned wood-fired grill to a mouthwatering finish. The bar at BOURBON STEAK features an extensive list of 20th century cocktails made to order, along with an extensive wine and spirits list. Additionally, the restaurant has a cultivated collection of small batch bourbons and whiskies it pours table side on its beverage cart.

Signature dishes include Sanuki Wagyu, Kagoshima Wagyu, Virginia NY Strip, Michael’s Lobster Pot Pie and a trio of duck fat French fries for every table. In the bar do not miss specialty drinks such as The Potomac, a variation of the classic dirty martini prepared with a house-made white truffle brine.

Food is always delicious, as are the cocktails. Service as a little slow but I think they were busier than they anticipated.

this was the last steak I had before quarantine... unfortunately I order the $100 ribeye and had to ask was it sirloin. very tough. I was really disappointed in the quality. Find another steakhouse for your money's sake.

Excellent service. My wife’s filet was great, but my ribeye was very bland and ribeye is usually one of the more flavorful cuts of meat. We really liked the white asparagus side and the complementary French fries. We were disappointed in the limited selection of wines by the glass.

Duck fries are amazing
Macaroni lobster shells delish
Steak perfectly cooked
And the Old Fashioned drinks well done
Definitely my wife and daughter enjoyed a great birthday celebration.

Service, Shelly was absolutely wonderful. However, the steak and scallops were served charred and had a burnt flavor to both entrees. We eat here on a regular basis and have never had a problem. Not sure what happened in the kitchen on the night we were there.

This is a great restaurant for very hungry foodies! Highly recommend for special occasions. The adjacent bar is very loud, which is the only detraction from my review. The service is excellent, but not intrusive.

Best Wagyu filet ever -- totally worth the expense. Rest of meal was terrific, too. Restaurant is a little loud, making conversation a bit difficult. But the food is awesome!

Can hardly wait to go again. Great food, outstanding people from parking through waiter. A bit pricey, and worth it. Would take anyone there.
