Good friendly staff, nice atmosphere and service. Food way too overpriced for what you’re getting.
We go there every year for our anniversary dinner. We have never, never had anything less than wonderful food and stellar service by everyone.
très bel endroit petite musique de fond agréable, nous avons manger filet mignon et saumon et c'était délicieux, pas beaucoup de choix de vin en bas de 100$ sinon tout était parfait autant la nourriture que le service.
Too expensive. Need to be on an expense account to eat there...or be very Rich
Better value with same quality food in too many other nearby restaurants
Menu is limited. Very expensive
Ordered two filets one medium and one medium well. Both prepared medium well and barely warm when they arrived. I complained to server that accompanying lobster tail was tough, cold and rubbery and no butter. They offered to replace I declined.
I’ve had much better meals for a fraction of the price.
My first thought when I bit into my steak was "we should have gone elsewhere." There are plenty of really good steakhouses to choose from in our area and I'll choose one of the others next time. Bourbon Steak prices are over the top, which I wouldn't have minded had the steak been great. But it wasn't. In fact it tasted like a filet I would have purchased at a grocery store- and that's no disrespect to a grocery store. This was a $55 filet so you expect more- particularly from a "Steakhouse." My husband's $69 New York Strip was no better. The Jidori Chicken was good. Salads were tasty and fresh- pricey, but what you would expect from a higher end restaurant. We chose Bourbon Steak to celebrate my mom's birthday and it was sweet when they come out with a small desert with a candle. The kicker was that we were charged $2 for this "birthday special" desert that we didn't order. Maybe that was just a line item on the bill that came off further down the list- I only glanced at the receipt quickly before my husband paid the bill because frankly, my elderly father was already in a tizzy over the prices, had he seen a charge for a desert we didn't ask for I was afraid he'd take down our waiter!
Best meal ever!
Service was exemplary
Food surpassed the service and was delicious
We had a terrible table with another couple right on top of us ! There were lots of empty tables in the restaurant . Perhaps your hostesses aren’t seasoned in giving 2physicians or any body a decent table . Don’t think i will go back ... will
Let the tourists have it !
We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday. Our server, Logan, was so kind and went above and beyond to make our evening special.
The Boubon Steak has an impressive physical plant and the service could not have been better. But the food was, at best, pedestrian. The steak was ordinary. The wedge salad - very plain. Given the top notch price point, the value was not close to being there.
We have been prior and loved the food, steak and fish. This meal was very poor. Drinks were served in glass that smelled like fish... you had to close you nose to swallow a drink of your old fashion or even glass of water. Kids burger was raw and cold in center, when remade came out so charred you couldn’t bite it. Pork chop was extremely fatty without flavor and raw and Lobster pot pie was tough, no seasoning and not even close to worth $89. Terribly disappointed and definitely can find better for even half the cost. Beignets are not too be missed and would stick with those and steak for anyone eating here.
We decided to try a new steakhouse so we tried this one. The food was good, they had a nice selection of steak options including a variety of wagyu. The service was good. And the ambiance was amazing, we sat outside and it was nice and quiet and the atmosphere was really nice. The inside looked very nice and modern as well. The only downside was that even for a steakhouse, the pricing was on the higher side. But we would definitely return.
It was excellent!
Very disappointed about quality of my meal. Fortunately they took the pork chop cost off our bill.
Great dining experience as always. Highly recommended
Overall, great night! Awesome steaks, great cocktails, and awesome desserts! Logan was a super server, and we will request him next time. He has a great command of the menu, and makes sure everything is perfect for everyone (even for our four and nine year olds). Great night!
Food service and atmosphere was spot on
Great food and great service! I have been serval times and always have an enjoyable time with excellent food. The patio has a great atmosphere.
Logan was incredible and one of the best servers I’ve had in ages. Food was on point and the interior design was incredible. Super happy and will return again
The restaurant was very quiet due to a large religious group at the hotel who was having their meal catered so this hurt the ambiance a little. Food is always fantastic here but you certainly pay for it so be prepared.
Logan was absolutely fantastic! The service could not have been better. Mix that with two fabulous filet mignons, mouth watering mac and cheese, and house made limoncello that tasted as if it was straight from Italy and you have the most perfect date night. Thank you Fairmont for always exceeding expectations.
Food was delicious but way overpriced
this is a beautiful room the foord was first rate the wine list is bit the high I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE SOME LEESER WINes quite you can talk wonderful evening
Great service but the food was no where near what it should have been for the money.
Consistently the best in Scottsdale- will not be disappointed
Experience was excellent! Timothy was an incredible server
Highly recommend sitting outside. Enjoy the french fry trio and an amazing streak
Logan was incredible. Honestly the best server and experience we’ve had as a family in so long. Top notch service!!! We were truly blown away.
OMG. It was delicious. The steaks were outstanding. It wasn’t an inexpensive meal. For the 4 of us it was 700.00, that included wonderful cocktails and a bootle of Malbec from Argentina & great appetizers you can share(octopus & tuna tartare). We shared the bourbon steak bar for dessert. It is a restaurant you go to for special occasions & not worried about the price. The weather was warm & we sat outside. We will go there again for our birthdays. Next year we’ll spend the night @ the Fairmont. What a great night that would be.
Expensive for the quality of the food
Plan for an extended time here. The chef provided tasting which was interesting. But the food didn’t come out with all the fixings. Waiter was busy and not present for concerns for awhile. Not really the experience I was hoping for since the price paid was so high.
Just as with all the Mina resturants great locations/hotels but really about 20% over priced which I presume is his vig. We at at the Princess but think one might enjoy better value at Mastro's down the street about 2 miles or the Mission neither which are cheap but not extravagant ...
logan nulliner is the best server, so dedicated, so informed =perfection
We were served a couple of pretty poor quality of “prime” cuts. My NY Strip was also overcooked. My son commented the steaks look liked they were purchased from the local grocery store. I thought that summed it up pretty good. The Mac and cheese was average. The Prawns were pretty good
Once we were seated, It took a while for the waiter to greet us. Overall service was not up to par
A friend who lives in Scottsdale warned me not to go here, I should have listened to him.
Absolutely fantastic!! Every dish was incredible! The service was above and beyond! It was seriously the most enjoyable dining experience I can recall due to the impeccable service, incredible surroundings, and outstanding cuisine, which included many different dishes we ordered and shared! It was absolutely over the top!!
Superb from start to finish.
Food fanastic. Wait staff great. Noise terrible. Awful terrible next to use. Loud rude encouraged by the chef who made a special visit and made them louder
