Just as with all the Mina resturants great locations/hotels but really about 20% over priced which I presume is his vig. We at at the Princess but think one might enjoy better value at Mastro's down the street about 2 miles or the Mission neither which are cheap but not extravagant ...
logan nulliner is the best server, so dedicated, so informed =perfection
We were served a couple of pretty poor quality of “prime” cuts. My NY Strip was also overcooked. My son commented the steaks look liked they were purchased from the local grocery store. I thought that summed it up pretty good. The Mac and cheese was average. The Prawns were pretty good
Once we were seated, It took a while for the waiter to greet us. Overall service was not up to par

Absolutely fantastic!! Every dish was incredible! The service was above and beyond! It was seriously the most enjoyable dining experience I can recall due to the impeccable service, incredible surroundings, and outstanding cuisine, which included many different dishes we ordered and shared! It was absolutely over the top!!

What an Amazing Experience!! This place did not disappoint. Def. Try the Waygu & the Scallops...so delicious. Our server, Todd, was So knowledgeable about both the drink & food menu...fantastic service!!!
Hard to criticize anything - except the price!! The steaks were fine, but the prices were ridiculous. Other elements of the meal, from starters to desert, were very tasty.
And the staff was attentive and accommodating. But the sticker shock!! Not really worth it.
We had a great dining experience as we celebrated a special birthday at this special restaurant! Logan took great care of us and walked us through the menu of different cuts/different types of meats. We went with the Wagyu sampler and were not disappointed. If you have never tried these outstanding cuts of meat, give it a try!

We had a great experience. The staff is very attentive, never felt rushed. My fiance and I sat and enjoyed great food and drinks for almost 3 hours - and it was fantastic. The resort is truly one of a kind.

We met dear friends for a special meal this week at Bourbon Steak. The evening was just amazing, dinner lasting a very comfortable and intentional two and a half hours. The service was perfect, the food, exceptional and excellent. We frequently dine in New York City, and the ambience that evening felt like we were in a world class Manhattan restaurant, sans attitude!
Tuna tartare, duck confit, fresh oysters on the half shell were our starters, and they were wonderful. The duck confit was old school, with a crispy delicious skin.....oh what I would have given for a little cassoulet....maybe next time.....
Dinner entrees consisted of king salmon, absolutely devoured by our spouses, while my friend and I shared a 32 oz. dry aged Prime Porterhouse, medium rare.....IT WAS PERFECT!
White burgundy and 2005 Château Palmer complimented the meal.....it was one of those nights you share with close friends that you never forget....Kudos, Bourbon!
Bourbon Steak is located at the Fairmont Princess Hotel. . We sat outside on the patio and the setting was very nice.
Tim was our waiter. He was attentive and very friendly. We ordered oysters on the half shell, Caesar and Farmers salads, 16 oz rib eye to share, mushrooms and cauliflower as sides. The meal was delightful and as expected. We ordered the Meyer lemon meringue and beignets for desserts. They were very good.
Overall the dinner was good but what made the evening special was Tim and the wait staff!!

The food was exquisite, the atmosphere was trendy and very upbeat. Our server was amazing, used our names throughout the dinner and even walked us to the atm. She also ran back to get my valet ticket validated. She made sure to go over every option and suggesting personal favorites. The manager came out and greeted us and poured our wine. The entire team congratulated us on our anniversary, we were even greeted with a anniversary card at our table.
we had the 7 course journey and it was amazing. Each course complimented the last and was increasingly amazing. absolutely worth every cent.

Expectations were high but not met at all. The noise level inside was deafening but fortunately we were seated outside away from the loud noise. The service was good overall. The menu is very limited compared to other fine dining steak restaurants. The salad selection was very limited. My wife enjoyed the brussel sprouts. The Delmonico steak was very average (especially for the price point). The mushrooms were served warm not hot. We eat at upper end steak houses all over the country and this one was just disappointing.
Total experience was exceptional. Entire staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Meals were amazing! Went twice during last week. Will go again when back in the area.
Over priced and service was fair at best
We had a wonderful experience! Our server Logan was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu! It was hard to narrow down our decision since everything sounded amazing, but he made perfect recommendations for every course and beverage. Everyone made us feel welcome and ensured we enjoyed our evening! Thank you all!
Very mediocre food that is really OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!! $16.00 for a baked potato is unconscionable. But whole menu has sky high prices.
We actually thought of going out to In and Out Burger after dinner for some better food!!!!!!!!

We booked a 9:00pm reservation and went to Bourbon Steak solely for the Lobster Potpie. After ordering, our waiter came back to inform us they ran out of Potpie. This was a major disappointment. If it wasn't so late I would have went to a different restaurant. The shellfish appetizer was only ok. It would have been nice if they comped us in some way.
Very nice, as you would expect, being in the lobby of the Fairmont Hotel. The steak was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the brussel sprouts were delicious as well. I thought I was going to order the Tomahawk Ribeye, but after seeing the $185 price tag, I opted for the filet instead. The filet was $55, delicious, and a better value in my opinion, as I can't imagine the Tomahawk being $130 more delicious than the filet. Overall, a very nice dinning experience. Next time I go, I'm going to have to try the Lobster Pot Pie. The table next to us ordered it and it looked awesome!

Our server Todd was attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. We also had a pleasant conversation with Andrew the general manager. And the rest of the staff was good-natured, including the bartender who tweaked my wife's cocktail several times until it was exactly to her liking. Every bite of our meal (tuna tartare and wagyu were the highlights) was perfect. Even the music had a nice smooth groove but wasn't so loud that it interfered with our conversation. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.
We went for mine and my girlfriends Birthday celebration. When we arrived there was a Birthday card for each of us signed by the whole staff. What a great touch! Food was amazing, atmosphere was awesome and service was outstanding! Would recommend this place anytime for any occasion. Definitely would be back
Fabulous anniversary meal on New Yeas Day evening. We chose the patio- with the heaters on it is perfect to sit outside. It is a la carte and expensive but everything here is perfect. The food, the ambiance, the service. Relax and enjoy the experience. It feels special.
Overall it was an okay experience. It's not a very kid friendly place that's for sure. If the kids menu was more versatile and coincide with price...sure. my kids food was so little they wanted to order more, granted the place was fancy, but the price should go hand in hand with the food. Our server was fantastic and made us feel welcomed.

Due to New Year's Eve, it was a prix fixe menu. However, we were not advise of the limited menu either when the reservation was made or confirmed. As a return diner, I was looking forward to certain entrees and side dishes that were not available. The portion sizes (especially family style side dishes) were very small for the price. In fact, they were sized for a 2 person party as opposed to our party of 4. Moreover, the restaurant had pre-selected 3 sides and you had no choice. Having mashed potatoes with brown gravy did not go very well for the 2 people that ordered fish. When we arrived, we were advised that valet parking was $85 if we did not spend a minimum of $75 and get validated by the restaurant. Since the menu was $95 per head, we easily met the limit. When we went to validate, the hostess spent 10 minutes looking for our waiter to ensure we spent the requisite $75. She had to know our meal was at least $400 as that was the only option that night (we spent over $600 including drinks and wine). The parking situation was an undignified, money grab and very rude to make us wait to ensure we spent the minimum.
