This is an extremely pricey restaurant. While the food was excellent it by no way came close to the value of the food/drinks. The ambience was loud and the setting fairly informaI , Sort of like a cafeteria style It had no feeling of being a special place based on the prices it demands
Awesome food and service!
Came for our 20th anniversary and they treated us extremely well. Thank you to the crew for helping make it special.
My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Bourbon Steak. Appetizers, beet salad, prime rib and sea bass entrees were all fantastic. Cost was in line with what I expected (pricey). Service was also exceptional. It was a bit noisy—the only drawback. I would definitely recommend it for special dinners.
Our service was terrible and the wine list was disappointing not one bottle under $100 that is ridiculous!
Food was amazing. Great service. Best filet we ever had!
Love the restaurant and service is always exceptional.. just did not enjoy my scallops they were left very sandy. First time having a n issue with my food. Staff is awesome!
I would only recommend for a special occasion as restaurant is expensive. I also did not like sitting in a room on the side of the restaurant that we had to enter through the bar. As a result our exposure to the main dining room ambiance was limited.
Loved, Jordan, our waiter. He was phenomenal. My father love the Tomahawk steak, my friend had skirt steak which I would not have thought would have been that good but it was! My daughter had crabcakes and the macaroni with truffle oil and she thought it was terrific. My salad was fantastic and the wine selection was absolutely fabulous! Overall very impressed with the entire experience. It’s pricey, but in the end it was well worth it.
The food was very good. The service was very good. The place is small and acousticly it was very very loud that i had to shout to my wife to be able to have a conversation. Nothing like spending $500 dollars and both of us leaving with a raging headache.
Pricey steak and just ok. Salad and sides were good. Wine by the glass pricey as well
My wife and I have a special needs daughter and we don’t get a lot of time for just us as a couple. We were having a late celebration of our 26th wedding anniversary. They treated us like celebrities, we felt like we were the only couple in the restaurant. Thank you!
Bourbon Steakhouse was a pleasant dining experience. Food was excellent and the service very good. Pleasantries were the attention by the hostesses to assure your enjoying your dinner and have everything you need.
For was good but overall not very inventive. I expected more from a Michael Mina restaurant. They served fries instead of bread a5 the start; however, they were cold. Overall not worth the price.
Wonderful food starting with complimentary French fry tasting! Superb service in a lovely atmosphere. It was a memorable evening all round!
My only problem was the bar tender made my GFs drink really gross. She didn't want to complain so we just left it full. And the Mac and cheese was not as good as I remembered. Everything else was good.
Amazing dinner and atmosphere!! Highly recommend. Pricey but worth every penny!!
Amazing service, incredible food and wine selection
Very expensive for the quality of meal. Wait service very slow and disorganized . Waiter brought out a desert menu to us when we had not even received our main course. After we finished our meal the plates remained on the table for 20 minutes. Obviously not worth the 600.00 we paid unexceptable.
A5 Wagyu ribeye was outstanding. Service was great too! Must try when visiting Scottsdale.
Fantastic service and food. Went to celebrate a birthday and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
Very few other diners on Saturday night so was quite. Service and food were outstanding. A little pricey but to be expected. The fries trio that are compliments of the chef are amazing!!!
Amazing and friendly service. Excellent options and quality ingredients.
We celebrated our 2nd anniversary after both spouses died. Ate at Burbon Steak 2 years ago on our honeymoon as we stayed at the Princess. Couldn't ask for any better service and food presentation was exemplary. Enjoyed the ambience and the meal.
Thank the staff for making this experience a special occasion for us.
Everything was good but the main course. Both of our dishes were cool and it seemed like they must have sat for Awhile before being taken to our table. Other than that, it was wonderful!
We arrived at a beautiful outdoor table for a Saturday night dinner. Waited 10 minutes and I had to ask for water. Appetizers took 35 minutes and 2nd glass of wine took 10 minutes. Food was good but not worth the price. It is NYC prices and that is absurd for Scottsdale. The outdoor setting was beautiful but they were clearly understaffed. Our waitress was apologetic. We will probably seek out another restaurant in the area next time we go out.
Elegant location with well prepared food and high level wine list. Wine and food attendants were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Slow paced service, which was fine (better than rushing) but perhaps a bit slow.
Best time. Wish we ordered the lobster pot pie but were blown away by the steaks. Don’t miss the Beneits at the end!!
Absolutely lovely, stunning interior, with exceptionally high quality food. They hire extremely well, as all staff were knowledgeable, kind, and forthcoming. Excellent experience - excellent meal.
Excellent service, food and ambiance. Very pricey but what you would expect for a restaurant of this caliber. We were there on our birthdays and had a delightful evening.
Food and service were excellent. Very pricey.
I enjoyed the experience here. Nicely decorated and food was great. I do have to complain about the martini glasses though. Don’t serve it in what looks like a champagne glass.
The food was ok. I ordered the mac and cheese, a rice dish, and mash potatoes for my sides and the mac and cheese tasted like velveeta mac and cheese. No flavor at all, same goes for the mash potatoes. I ask for medium rare on my steak and they over cooked it. I would’ve told them to cook another one but we were already waiting over an hour for our food and I was starving. IMO it isn’t worth the money at all!
We enjoyed a nice evening celebrating my husbands birthday. Sean was our server and was fantastic. The food was delicious as ever and we were treated very well and felt special. Maki served us an amazing wine and we were greeted by Andrew, the GM. Thank you all for a wonderful evening.
Great service, food, and wine. Thank you for making my sons 21st birthday special.
We tried Bourbon Steak due to the other great dining experiences we have had at Fairmont. We visit upscale restaurants in this category fairly often, but this did not live up to our expectations. The steak was excellent. The dining room atmosphere outside of the bar area had a cold, uninviting feel. Our server seemed frustrated that we didn’t choose to order cocktails or wine on this particular occasion. The menu is a bit eclectic and misses the mark as limited as it is. For the money, we were not impressed, which is a shame because we wanted to like it and usually enjoy other restaurants much more than this one in the same class. We were nearly seated in a booth with ants and requested to sit in another spot. We love the Fairmont, but not this restaurant. Should have been much better for the price.
Food was only excelled by the service
Amazing food and service - perfect night for celebrating my 10th anniversary!
