Steak was cooked to perfection; melted in your mouth. Great Service!!
Everything was excellent! Our server Sarah was great. The food was great. The drinks were great. Will be back!
Staff is fantastic. Professional and savvy. The food is a real treat.
Our entries were delicious and creative. Portions very small, very expensive with all extras/ sides a la carte. Not a good value. Music too loud for conversation. Tables very close together. Would not be good for an intimate dinner.
Beautiful venue, nice service, the food (especially the steak) should be much better at a top tier restaurant like this one.
Food and service were superb. Prime NY Strip and a Filet were our choices. Both were perfectly prepared and delicious. Sides of roasted carrots and horseradish mashed potatoes were just as good. Service staffers were outgoing and skilled, and the sommelier was the same. With that said, it is expensive. 12 oz strip sreak was $69, and even the least expensive red wines approach the $100 mark. Total for two was nearly $400, and the wine was less than $100. But ... if you don’t mind spending the money, you will have a fine meal in a very nice setting.
Felt rushed on a night that wasn’t busy. Lobster pot pie was good, my wife’s steak was fine. Service was ok, expected more from a flagship restaurant on resort.
Upscale Scottsdale restaurant at the Fairmont Princess Resort had the BEST fillet I've ever eaten. Perfect ambience and tasteful decor. Expensive but worth it.
Great meal and great service!
We have always had great experiences at Bourbon Steak... the Service (Michael Ortiz) is just exceptional.
Although the food is good I do not think it is worth the price
Sadly this steakhouse is overpriced compared to their competitors. The ambiance is closely akin to a cafeteria.
Saved the best for last. Beautiful space, the most delicious food from start to finish with very attentive servers. A must when in Scottsdale
Good friendly staff, nice atmosphere and service. Food way too overpriced for what you’re getting.
We go there every year for our anniversary dinner. We have never, never had anything less than wonderful food and stellar service by everyone.
très bel endroit petite musique de fond agréable, nous avons manger filet mignon et saumon et c'était délicieux, pas beaucoup de choix de vin en bas de 100$ sinon tout était parfait autant la nourriture que le service.
Too expensive. Need to be on an expense account to eat there...or be very Rich
Better value with same quality food in too many other nearby restaurants
Menu is limited. Very expensive
Ordered two filets one medium and one medium well. Both prepared medium well and barely warm when they arrived. I complained to server that accompanying lobster tail was tough, cold and rubbery and no butter. They offered to replace I declined.
I’ve had much better meals for a fraction of the price.
My first thought when I bit into my steak was "we should have gone elsewhere." There are plenty of really good steakhouses to choose from in our area and I'll choose one of the others next time. Bourbon Steak prices are over the top, which I wouldn't have minded had the steak been great. But it wasn't. In fact it tasted like a filet I would have purchased at a grocery store- and that's no disrespect to a grocery store. This was a $55 filet so you expect more- particularly from a "Steakhouse." My husband's $69 New York Strip was no better. The Jidori Chicken was good. Salads were tasty and fresh- pricey, but what you would expect from a higher end restaurant. We chose Bourbon Steak to celebrate my mom's birthday and it was sweet when they come out with a small desert with a candle. The kicker was that we were charged $2 for this "birthday special" desert that we didn't order. Maybe that was just a line item on the bill that came off further down the list- I only glanced at the receipt quickly before my husband paid the bill because frankly, my elderly father was already in a tizzy over the prices, had he seen a charge for a desert we didn't ask for I was afraid he'd take down our waiter!
This is about the fourth or fifth time we have dined at Bourbon Steak. This is our go-to restaurant for special occasions when we are in Scottsdale. This time it was the prodigal sons ASU graduation. The food, drink and service was excellent as always. Order anything from the menu and I'm fairly certain you will not be disappointed. None of this is inexpensive but for that special occasion or just a treat for yourself this is the place to go.
Best meal ever!
Service was exemplary
Food surpassed the service and was delicious
We had a terrible table with another couple right on top of us ! There were lots of empty tables in the restaurant . Perhaps your hostesses aren’t seasoned in giving 2physicians or any body a decent table . Don’t think i will go back ... will
Let the tourists have it !
We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday. Our server, Logan, was so kind and went above and beyond to make our evening special.
The Boubon Steak has an impressive physical plant and the service could not have been better. But the food was, at best, pedestrian. The steak was ordinary. The wedge salad - very plain. Given the top notch price point, the value was not close to being there.
We have been prior and loved the food, steak and fish. This meal was very poor. Drinks were served in glass that smelled like fish... you had to close you nose to swallow a drink of your old fashion or even glass of water. Kids burger was raw and cold in center, when remade came out so charred you couldn’t bite it. Pork chop was extremely fatty without flavor and raw and Lobster pot pie was tough, no seasoning and not even close to worth $89. Terribly disappointed and definitely can find better for even half the cost. Beignets are not too be missed and would stick with those and steak for anyone eating here.
We decided to try a new steakhouse so we tried this one. The food was good, they had a nice selection of steak options including a variety of wagyu. The service was good. And the ambiance was amazing, we sat outside and it was nice and quiet and the atmosphere was really nice. The inside looked very nice and modern as well. The only downside was that even for a steakhouse, the pricing was on the higher side. But we would definitely return.
It was excellent!
Very disappointed about quality of my meal. Fortunately they took the pork chop cost off our bill.
Great dining experience as always. Highly recommended
Overall, great night! Awesome steaks, great cocktails, and awesome desserts! Logan was a super server, and we will request him next time. He has a great command of the menu, and makes sure everything is perfect for everyone (even for our four and nine year olds). Great night!
Food service and atmosphere was spot on
Great food and great service! I have been serval times and always have an enjoyable time with excellent food. The patio has a great atmosphere.
Logan was incredible and one of the best servers I’ve had in ages. Food was on point and the interior design was incredible. Super happy and will return again
The restaurant was very quiet due to a large religious group at the hotel who was having their meal catered so this hurt the ambiance a little. Food is always fantastic here but you certainly pay for it so be prepared.
Logan was absolutely fantastic! The service could not have been better. Mix that with two fabulous filet mignons, mouth watering mac and cheese, and house made limoncello that tasted as if it was straight from Italy and you have the most perfect date night. Thank you Fairmont for always exceeding expectations.
Food was delicious but way overpriced
Great service but the food was no where near what it should have been for the money.
