Excellent service all around and to be expected at Bourbon Steak restaurant which are usually in high end hotels.
Delightful from beginning to end. No complaints. Very expensive but a great special occasion place.
Best Filet Mignon I think I've ever had! Crowded but service was good.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our visit was not as good as it had been earlier in the year.
The food was excellent and our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. A very nice experience!
Entire order was botched. Multiple times. Many meals were unavailable. Service was poor for such an expensive and higher end restaurant. I frequently this hotel quite a bit, now I will avoid this particular restaurant. Plenty of better restaurants in the Scottsdale area.
Pros: My scallops were perfectly cooked as was my husband’s filet mignon. Our waiter was professional and provided very good service. I enjoyed the cocktails .
Cons: The tables were very crowded and spaced too close together. It was very noisy. My $48 main course consisted of only 3 scallops, a bit of broccolini and carrot shreds. I didn’t feel this was good value, given the other cons mentioned. It was a ‘nice’ dinner date, but not the best I’ve had from a Fairmont stay.
Great experience with friends. Great food and great service.
Fantastic lobster pot pie, great alternative to the usual steak.
Lobster pot pie is worth the trip
Annoying LED lighting in main dining, not soft or elegant. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Tuna tartare was very bland. Chicken dish meh, and the fries they serve complimentary were tasty but very sparse on the sauces which was no bueno. Also - not hard to hit the $75 min necessary to comp the $85 parking charge but i think it’s a nonsense policy for a restaurant wanting to attract outside guests. Keep your hotel overcharges for guests of the hotel. Regardless- Maple & Ash a few weeks before absolutely SPOILED us with exquisite service and cuisine for the same cost. If only every “upscale” restaurant truly cared the way they did.
Great service food and atmosphere. All our meals where fantastic!!
My hubs is a master griller..ordered the filet..has been raving about it since! Milano was outstanding..very helpful to a hearing- challenged old lady! We can't thank you enough for making our anniversary one to always remember!
Christmas at the Princess
The Christmas decor was beautiful
Great experience in every way!
Restaurant was extremely noisy. Level is not acceptable. Some means to reduce the noise should be made. It not possible to have an enjoyable dinner.
We enjoyed dinner and spending the evening with the Christmas light show. There were some special moments and we will be back.
My wife and I had an amazing time at Bourbon Steak... From the appetizers through the dessert, the entire experience was fantastic! Our entree's were flawless and prepared perfectly...our wine was expertly painted to each of our courses and for each of our meals. Our service was beyond extraordinary... We will definitely return upon our next visit to Phoenix!
it eas overrated
Excelent !! 💯👌🏻
While the price per meal is fairly high, the food and service were excellent. If you are looking to treat yourself to a great culinary experience, I highly recommend Bourbon Steak. And definitely try a Whisky Smash from the cocktail menu.
It was ok. We ate here while staying at the hotel for Christmas at the Princess. The pros is we did get a free meal for our 2 yr old, buy 1 regular meal get a kid one. Other than that the food was ok. We had multiple waiters attend to us during the evening which I found odd, the first one introduced himself to us and then suddenly there was another person that would come and then another. The other 2 never introduced themselves. Even at a super casual restaurant our original waiter will let us know he's leaving and someone else will attend to us. The macaroni tasted like boxed macaroni and the mashed potatoes had no flavor. The steak was alright. Nothing special. And the salad was so simple and basic. Nothing good about it. Total price was 180. For that price I expected a bit more. Steak 44 or arrowhead grill, or capital grill are another level to this place.
Very pretentious place with lousy food. The Cesar salad had no garlic, the filet mignon was flavorless and the Brussels sprouts were burnt, not carmelized. They made me feel bad because I only ordered the $108.00 bottle of wine.... Do yourself a favor and stick with appetizers in the bar.
This is an extremely pricey restaurant. While the food was excellent it by no way came close to the value of the food/drinks. The ambience was loud and the setting fairly informaI , Sort of like a cafeteria style It had no feeling of being a special place based on the prices it demands
Awesome food and service!
Came for our 20th anniversary and they treated us extremely well. Thank you to the crew for helping make it special.
My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Bourbon Steak. Appetizers, beet salad, prime rib and sea bass entrees were all fantastic. Cost was in line with what I expected (pricey). Service was also exceptional. It was a bit noisy—the only drawback. I would definitely recommend it for special dinners.
Our service was terrible and the wine list was disappointing not one bottle under $100 that is ridiculous!
Food was amazing. Great service. Best filet we ever had!
Love the restaurant and service is always exceptional.. just did not enjoy my scallops they were left very sandy. First time having a n issue with my food. Staff is awesome!
I would only recommend for a special occasion as restaurant is expensive. I also did not like sitting in a room on the side of the restaurant that we had to enter through the bar. As a result our exposure to the main dining room ambiance was limited.
Loved, Jordan, our waiter. He was phenomenal. My father love the Tomahawk steak, my friend had skirt steak which I would not have thought would have been that good but it was! My daughter had crabcakes and the macaroni with truffle oil and she thought it was terrific. My salad was fantastic and the wine selection was absolutely fabulous! Overall very impressed with the entire experience. It’s pricey, but in the end it was well worth it.
The food was very good. The service was very good. The place is small and acousticly it was very very loud that i had to shout to my wife to be able to have a conversation. Nothing like spending $500 dollars and both of us leaving with a raging headache.
Pricey steak and just ok. Salad and sides were good. Wine by the glass pricey as well
My wife and I have a special needs daughter and we don’t get a lot of time for just us as a couple. We were having a late celebration of our 26th wedding anniversary. They treated us like celebrities, we felt like we were the only couple in the restaurant. Thank you!
Bourbon Steakhouse was a pleasant dining experience. Food was excellent and the service very good. Pleasantries were the attention by the hostesses to assure your enjoying your dinner and have everything you need.
For was good but overall not very inventive. I expected more from a Michael Mina restaurant. They served fries instead of bread a5 the start; however, they were cold. Overall not worth the price.
Wonderful food starting with complimentary French fry tasting! Superb service in a lovely atmosphere. It was a memorable evening all round!
