My wife and sister-in-law took me to dinner to celebrate my birthday. We have been to Bourbon Blue several times in the past, and the food and service have been generally good. This time was no exception - except for the fact that my wife who loves bread asked for bread for the table at the time our salad was being served. We were given one piece of cornbread with the approximate measurements of 2 inches by 4 inches for the entire table. This left a bad taste in her and her sister's mouth. My recommendation to the management is to offer a reasonable amount of bread (and charge extra for it, if you must!)

Mediocre at best. Not a destination for good food. If you're stopping for drinks and apps your fine but if you are craving a cajun creole experience this place is not it. The soup and entree were lukewarm, lacking flavors we both craved. Since Crawdaddy s in west chester closed it created a void which has not been filled

Terrible all around. Our server must have been high because he was slow, unorganized and couldn't have cared less about his tables. Our food came out at different times so while half the table had their food the other half was still waiting. I can't speak for the others good but my eggs were simultaneously undercooked and old. Also, we had the make your own Bloody Mary variety or choices, also weak alcohol pours. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with taste buds or eyes.

Will never go back. Food is at best mediocre
Whole place smells musty and moldy. Server was nice and did her best. Sitting outside on the deck was also a bad idea. Smells from the canal is unappetizing . But dark and you can't see the food.. thank goodness.

Been here before for happy hour and had a good experience. Came back with friends for brunch - not the same experience. All of our food was oddly cold except the pancakes: jambalaya, breakfast sausages, potatoes and bacon - all cold. Drinks were fantastic though! Will try again; would like to think it was an off day for the restaurant.

Went to dinner with a friend. Sat at the bar first and had a very friendly bartender. Then, we sat in the dining room to have dinner. Food, service, and atmosphere were all great.
