Some of the best French I've had. Ever. Service was outstanding! All plates fell on table simultaneously, servers are super attenddent to ur table, and extremely knowledgeable. Dinner was very pricey (about $600 with tip for 2 people). And we only ordered wine by the glass. However well worth it I u can afford that much on dinner. Atmosphere was my only complaint. I'm sure some would like it, but was uncomfortably quiet and "proper". A bit stale for my taste but very elegent. In conclusion, food, service, and atmosphere proper and priceless, but not a "fun" place.

Went for the second time this past valentines day. Food is always excellent and the unique decor is perfect for a romantic dinner. We felt it was stuffy and the service stiff the first time we went but this last time the crowd was lively and the atmosphere more relaxed. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. Best dinner I ever had. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. We had the tasting menu and we ordered each something different. The best ones were: sea urchin (I had tuna and it was realy good and fresh but nothing that can wow you), flan porcini (my hubby had the lobster boat but the flan was the winner), sea scallops (he had the fish and it was good but my dish was better), duck (hubby had a yummy lamb but the duck was just wow), coconut soup with yougurt sobet was yummy, the pears were delicious but the souffle was very good too. They gave us as compliments of the chef a pumpkin soup (yummy), another souffle and on the way out a lemon pound cake. The somelier chose the wine and it was spot on. GREAT

I haven't had the pleasure of dining at a Bouley establishment since the original restaurant closed. I was thrilled to find the lovely and romatic atmosphere still intact. The dinner was incredible--every course a gourmet's delight! The service was a bit spotty, surprising since it was not that busy. All and all though a fabulous dining experience! Thank you for the delicious Creme Brulee for our anniversary!

Bouley never disappoints! Stunning appetizers. Porcini flan is stunning, delicate, and unique. The shrimp scallop crab in light broth is unbeatable. The lobster entre continues to be signature while surprisingly exceptional. Fabulous wine. Oh and don't forget how good the bread is. The desserts are ooh la la, and the new digs continue to celebrate a lovely design. It is romantic, elegant, and not stuffy with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

excellent cost performance! We are too full to try to finish all the food.
the only thing for 4 point of food is, maybe, the desert volume is too big and too much.
since we got too much full, I just put 4 points.

Our experience at Bouley was wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was exteremely friendly and attentive. It was just the right atmosphere for a romantic evening. I would definitely recommend Bouley if one is looking to have one of the finer dining and romantic experiences in the city.

From the greeting to on time seating to great food and service. The table spacing also makes it feel almost like a private dining room. No complaints.

Bouley was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We had some misgivings because our last experience with a famous name restaurant in NYC was terrible, but Bouley was the antithesis in every way. Quiet romantic surroundings with roses and carnations on the tables, well thought out tasting menu that gives the diners some choices, amazing food, and utterly professional service. I can't wait for my next trip to NYC to go again.

Enjoyed a late lunch/brunch on Saturday and it was fabulous! We all had the tasting menu for $36.00 per person for a five course meal...can't rave enough!

Love the Prixe Fixe- totally worth the 36 dollars per person. It included bread, soup, two appetizers, an entree, a palette cleanser, and dessert. My boyfriend and I loved the Chatham Blue Fin Tuna, Salmon, Venison, and Duck. The Chocolate Frivolous dessert was amazing- we were surprised how much they gave us! The whole restaurant is beautiful and definitely a must visit in Tribeca.

While service was rather stiff and left a lot to be desired, the food was fab. My duck was pink and initially put me off as I thought it was undercooked, but turned out to be oh so tender and absolutely delicious. I'd given up on duck as it's usually overcooked and dry, but am so glad I gave it one more try. My friend loved her porcini flan and the venison. The desserts were yummy and large portioned, then the complimentary petit fours came out. My Boston bibb salad was so so but just about everything else was very good to excellent. I would even favorably compare the meal I had here to Guy Savoy in Paris at a much higher price! This is a place not to be missed and returned to again and again. If only the service was closer to Picholine's!

I live in the UK and had been to Bouley once before a few years back. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I returned to celebrate my sister's birthday and am so pleased to say that Bouley once again exceeded all my expectations. This is a gem of a restaurant -- without a doubt, one of the finest in the world. Bouley also added a lovely touch to the meal by providing a complimentary flan birthday cake and candle to help us celebrate the occasion.

The food, service and ambience were all superb.

We were dining for my friends Birthday lunch, and chose from the A la carte menu. We both started with the Foie and I followed with Lamb, whilst my friend chose Sea-bass.

Upon arrival and between courses the chef sent out a few tasty surprises, and at the end of our meal, we opted not to have coffee, but they still sent over a large selection of small cakes and biscuits complements of the house.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Bouley, and will certainly be returning again very soon.

I took my husband for his 41st birthday. We arrived and were made to wait over 50 minutes. No offer of a drink. When we asked for a glass of water, it took 15 mins -delivered with attitude. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine which arrived after the appetizers were served. While the food itself was good, I was VERY disappointed. The lack of service continued throughout and we poured our own wine all night. There was no acknowledgement that it was his birthday though I had requested a small cake/ candle to be served with dessert that I assumed would be on the bill. Never arrived. All in all, though a fan of the chef, I will not go back of my own accord.

Bouley's never fails to impress us. We expect the food to be excellent and the food is spectacular. We had the lunch tasting menu and did not have to eat dinner that evening! I had the Boston Bib salad, Porcini Flan with Dungess Crab, Venison, and Chocolate Frivolous. My wife had the Blue Fin Tuna, Cape Cod skate, Venison, and Chocolate Frivolous. We both enjoyed our meals. The Porcini Flan with Dungess Crab was simply out of this world! The staff is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, just wonderful.
