   This was a very sad experience the food at its best was mediocre and some was in fact inedible it was an hour and a half before our first course was served and the special special dietary dining requests we made had been completely disregarded it was an $800 wasted evening

   Ended up sitting at a regular table. Every dish was wonderful, the servers were professional, the wine pairings well done. Just a lovely evening. Chef Bouley himself was in the open kitchen.

   Absolutely loved everything about the dining experience at Bouley at Home. We had selected counter seating but as this was our first visit did not know that this would put us literally across the counter from the Executive Chef of the dining room and his assistants. What a treat to be able to watch and chat with such a talented team. The service and Sommelier were also outstanding and very engaged which we as food and wine enthusiasts love. Chef Bouley’s tasting menu is inspired. Small courses included a wonderful (and colorful) langostine dish, beautiful truffled mushrooms, a delicious cod offering, and super tender lamb medallions. We enjoyed a lovely Viognier as well as a white varietal from the Savoie that we had never had before which was as mind blowingly good as the Somm had promised. Price tag is not for the faint of heart but for those who enjoy fine dining, Bouley at Home is an absolute must visit in NYC.

   We were there on Valentines Day. Food was mediocre at best and service was not good at all. Maybe I was expecting too much but this was a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend to this restaurant at all especially when there are so many other choices here.

    We were the first couple that day. I felt a little bit cold. I choose the lamb. When the lamb came, the plate was cold and the lamb was not hot enough. Maybe lunch time chief Bouley was not in the restaurant. Others were perfect and excellent. Especially the desert.

    First time at Bouley at Home, after having dined several times at Bouley. Why did we not get here sooner?! The staff is friendly and does a fantastic job being at the table at all the right times. Nice description of each dish. Perfect choreography and presentation movements. Food...amazing. The contrasting tastes and textures are surprising, creative and delicious. The two dining rooms could not be more different. On the left...essentially eating in the home's kitchen. On the right...essentially eating in the home's living room. McIntosh-component-powered sound system. So enjoyable!

    I have been going to Bouleys from His original restaurant and each time I’m so impressed Food is wonderful Ambiance is lovely Service impeccable Just celebrated our 60th Anniversary with friends and we were all happy with our orders

    The food continues to be fantastic and tasty - a wonderful tasting menu that has high quality ingredients and tasty combinations. Service is impeccable. Ambiance in the old downtown location was nicer but they are trying to mimic that.

    ランチで利用しました。時間がなくて3皿のコースにしました。お料理は複雑な味わいで、また食べたくなる。少し和のテイストも感じるお味。さすが日本に勉強しに来たブーレイさん。 3皿コースは前菜1皿、小ぶりのメイン1皿、デザート1皿が選べました。それとは別に、最初におつまみ的な軽い一皿と、デザートの前に軽いデザートが出てきます。カシスのソルベとヨーグルトでしたが、自分で選んだデザートにもソルベが入っていたため、二つもソルベは食べられず、残してしまいました。 にこやかな接客はとてもいいんだけど、ソルベかぶるなら教えてくれよ、と思いました。 ワインペアリングをつけましたが、白と赤どちらにする？と聞かれ、白にしました。しかし、グラスが空になったらまた同じワインを注ぐだけ。二杯いただきましたが、これで65ドルはないんじゃない？これならグラスで頼んだよ。ペアリングって料理に合わせて、最適なワインをグラスで出してくれることだと思ってました。これではペアリングじゃなくてただの飲み放題では？これにはがっかり。

    We had the six course menu on Christmas Day and it was extraordinary. Every course was beautiful, unusual, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! The rack of veal was the best veal dish I have ever had! The service is impeccable and friendly. We love dining at Bouley at Home and it is our favorite restaurant for celebrations!

    Bouley At Home is a true gem. The food is spectacular and the setting is unique with open seating around kitchen settings where you can interact with the chefs. The wine pairings are exceptional and the sommeliers provide great context and education.

    Good in general. It is a bit informal for the type of food. Personally I would prefer more French than Asian cuisine but it is a matter of taste.

    The worst experience ever. The food is mediocre, the size of portion is unbelievably small. For langustne appetizer they’ll give you 1/5 part of one peace. The interior is depressing. Our great regret that we did not leave immediately.

    Bouley at Home is very easy to iove for lunch. An attractive commodious spot. one dines in relaxed comfort. The menu offers a terrific number of choices, blessedly none with supplements. A diner's main problem is choosing from the bounty. Service is most agreeable. Most noteworthy, beyond the superb ingredients beautifully prepared, is the unmatched generosity of Bouley: from the moment you sit down, throughout the meal and a delicious departure gift. Wine prices at Bouley have returned from outer space, though still could use a few more bottles under $100. Can't wait to return, for both lunch and dinner.

    Loved it from the moment we walked in. Ordered 3 course lunch and had around 6 courses with all the freebies. After dessert there were chocolates and a muffin to take home.

    Fabulous food! David Bouley has definitely not lost his touch, and we've known him since his first effort at Bouley, downtown, in 1987! He is a master chef, and the menu is a carefully crafted masterpiece. Service is attentive and caring. Pastry chef is talented and willing to create special desserts, following dietary restriction. Wonderful evening!

    Extremely disappointing. The food just did not taste good. And our meals took forever. We arrived at 7:55 for an 8 PM reservation. The dining room was not full but we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We did not get our main dishes until close to 10:30 PM and we did not get out of there until 11:30 PM. Other tables that arrived later than we did were served a lot faster. The dessert was not bad. And my fish was not fresh. It was an expensive meal and a poor dining experience.

    While not quite as charming as their earlier location on Duane St. many of the touches of a French home parlor, complete with apples, books and wall hangings were brought along. It's bigger and a bit noisier, but well within acceptable limits of warm and almost intimate. The service and food were still excellent. And the value for a 3-course lunch is still one of the best in NYC. We happily recommend Bouley at Home.

    Perfect way to have a celebratory experience. The seven course tasting menu is a must. We dined in the event space which really felt as if we were dining in a private home.

    This was the fifth Bouley restaurant I have had the pleasure of the dine at. As usual, he does not disappoint either in the food or in the service. In a very casual setting (“at home”), He sets a standard that very few restaurants in the western world can match. It is expensive, but if FOOD and SERVICE are you’re goals, don’t miss this one.
