El restaurante Boulevard está conectado al emblemático Gerard Lounge en el Sutton Place Hotel del centro de Vancouver, y ofrece un bar de ostras, comedor privado y un amplio patio exterior.     Excellent appetizers including two salads, baked oysters and Wagyu carpaccio shared between us at the table. I enjoyed the sable fish. Others enjoyed the seasonal halibut which came with paella, and the seafood linguine. I was disappointed to see only one non-alcoholic beer on the list (Heineken, which is not my favourite. These days there are many excellent local offerings.) Overall it was a good experience and we will return.

    I was expecting way better service at this restaurant. First of all, we had a group of nine people. You can imagine how big our table was. Our server was standing at one end of the corner to take orders from everyone. Combining with the background noise, I almost had to shout to order my food. I kindly asked my server if she could take our orders from that side and then come to the other side. She replied, "Don't worry, I can hear you loud and clear." The first and last entrée came in at least 25 minutes apart. It was weird that I had to sit there and watch other people eat, And of course, our server missed one of our orders. She insists we didn't order it when we asked, no surprise at all, because we can barely hear each other when we order. I think even the server in Denny's will do a way better job than our server tonight.

    Chef Roger Ma and his team are simply outstanding! The level of attention to every detail from service, wine selection, tasting menu and presentation. Michelin Stars!!! The consistency of his creations and level of depth of flavours really is unbelievable. Thank you all at BLVD!

    One of the best meals we've ever had. The atmosphere blends casual with class. Marshall was our server, very professional yet down to earth. We started with a dozen fresh oysters - half Fanny Bay and half Sweet Select from PEI. Both so completely distinct that we couldn't pick a favorite. For entrees, Hubby had the special halibut, absolutely gorgeous and he was "ooing and aahing". I ordered the sablefish and it was like butter. The accompaniments were perfect -they enhanced the entree but didn't upstage the fish. We savored every bite. The dessert menu looked amazing but we didn't have any room left. I would recommend this restaurant to even the most demanding palates. We have told everyone how fantastic this place is, and will continue to do so.
