El restaurante Boulevard está conectado al emblemático Gerard Lounge en el Sutton Place Hotel del centro de Vancouver, y ofrece un bar de ostras, comedor privado y un amplio patio exterior. Este restaurante es el nuevo escaparate para la legendaria y artística gastronomía del chef Alex Chen, cuya inspiración proviene de las tradiciones francesas y el respeto al pasado, sin perder el toque moderno y actual. The quality of service and food was exceptional. We had the seafood tower which was fresh and very delicious. We shared the lamb shank that melted in your mouth. It was my husband’s birthday which they brought him a small dessert on the house. Excellent experience!!

Fantastic dinner to celebrate grandpa’s milestone birthday! They have an amazing kids menu (three courses, perfect portions, and a stellar dessert). The seafood tower is spendy, but SO worth it! A true gem in downtown Vancouver.

The sablefish is to die for. Also had the scallop and striploin, both are so-so. Baked oysters were decent. Service is good.

Very nice place in Vancouver. The oysters were beautiful and well presented. Mains were very nice. We had the two fish dishes and they were superb. The dessert were very pretty and perfect.
