We've been eating here since the late 70's, always great service and amazing food.
Great service and delicious food!
Filet was very mediocre with a good third of the steak as almost pure fat. Wouldn’t care that much but it was very spendy.
We were seated along the outer wall in the Fireplace room. It was a cold night and the cold pressed in through the wall and window area causing some discomfort for the diners. Suggest moving the table out from the wall and perhaps a curtain over the outer window(s).
We went for New Year’s Eve lunch and the service and food was excellent! The fish and chips was outstanding - the fish was firm and cooked perfectly. The Mahi Mahi bowl was flavorful beyond compare. It’s a perfect place for a nice, cozy lunch or dinner. We drive 84 miles from our house near Red Feather Lakes to have lunch or dinner at the Boulder Cork.
Great service and food.
Very nice atmosphere, quiet, properly dimmed lighting warm ambience. Service is outstanding attentive yet not rushed or intrusive. Food is thoughtfully prepared with a nice presentation at the correct temperature. The Cork is known for an excellent Prime Rib. Early dinner menu 5-6pm is just right for smaller appetites.
Food was spectacular. One of the best Cowboy rib eyes I ever had.
I had the cowboy ribeye which was a special. I didn't ask the price and was shocked that it was $78.00. It was decent but not spectacular, slightly too charred, but it was nowhere near a $78.00 meal.
I made this reservation for my Mom for her wedding anniversary. The Cork went above and beyond to make their dinner special. She came home with a photograph of her and her husband, that was signed by all the staff. So thoughtful! They also enjoyed a HUGE slice of dessert that was comped to them. Way to go Boulder Cork!
Excellent dining experience by visitors from Boston.
Compared to other restaurants, this is overly expensive for what you get. Yes, the food was good, but not only are the entries expensive, but the sides and salads are at least $8.00 each.
Had to basically do the services of our server ourself's. Get drinks ourself, missing sides, appetizers, and even silverware and bakđ napkins. A shame food can be so god yet completely ruined by awful staff, manager didnt even step up and make anything right, instead made excuses for server and himself. Was a zoo
Service was excellent. Salmon was dry; stir fried vegetables were mostly cabbage. Crab cake appetizer was outstanding. We were seated next to a large party and they were extremely loud.
We had another great Xmas Eve here with family and friends. We’ll make this an annual event.
The food was delicious, service was perfect and the place was hopping. Thanks for providing a wonderful evening.
The food was excellent, as was the service. Good wine selections. Our table was ready for is only minutes after reservation time. Only negative was price, which I felt was a bit steep for the situation. Overall, then would be a 4.8 out of 5.
Very good, as always. But noise level was very high, could hardly hear person I was sitting next to. Too many tables in the back room (south), so too many people. Ours was a family occasion/reunion.
Everything was perfect. We got the booth we wanted, our waiter, David, was fantastic and added to the fun of the evening. Food was GREAT!
Drinking glasses were dirty. Everyone at the table ordered salmon and while that came out warm all sides were ice cold.
Noisy room, slow service. Food was good but not great, which one would expect for the prices charged.
My Yukon Gold potatoes were cold, but salmon delicious.
It is our go to restaurant for every occasion.
Excellent experience, outstanding server, great bottle of wine
Great Place- Service & Food (Lunch) was outstanding!
Amazing scallops with squash and spinach. Mouth-watering. All of us ate every morsel of our meal.
Great food and service!
Outstanding filet special with crab meat. Melt in your mouth prime rib. Large side dishes are shareable. My only complaint is that the wine pours could be more generous and margaritas should come in a large glass, not cocktail size.
The early dinner from 5-6 used to be a great value and many might say it still is but the portions have gotten smaller to the point where it is not enough food. For example, I barely had any beef stew with my pile of mashed potatoes. They used to serve more than just a spoonful of beef stew with that meal.
Great food, great service, year after year. This is, and always will be, one of our go to's for special occasions!
Have been numerous times and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend Boulder Cork
As always The Cork was, superb! Will go,again soon!
Thanksgiving dinner mid-afternoon. Limited menu but nice variety of selections. Cozy nice-casual atmosphere with fireplace. Friendly service.
Everything was lovely: food, service, and reservation. Our neighboring table was loud, so it was hard to enjoy a quiet conversation. Not your fault.
Great menu with a lot of options. The dining area had a very nice ambience to it.
Excellent restaurant and wine list. The service is amazing.
We had trouble hearing each other at our table. Can you create a quieter place fir the over 65 crowd?
Food was mediocre. The shrimp cocktail tasted like shrimp had been refrozen. The smoked salmon app tasted like it came out of a can. The prime rib however was very good. Creme Brulee was tasty, chocolate moose very bitter, and cheesecake was over cooked.
Would not recommend.
The Boulder Cork offers an excellent experience that allowed us, as a group of coworkers, to relax, tell stories, laugh and have fun while the staff took great care in serving us well and delivering beautifully created and presented dishes. It was truly the perfect evening for us.
A few items of note... The scallops were fresh, tender, and seasoned just enough. The chocolate mousse was decadently, richly chocolate. If you cherish chocolate, you'll understand.
