The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado’s most renowned dining experiences. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. Authentic restaurant with lots of character. Menu offered good variety and the wine list had good depth and good pricing. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere was perfect for a good dinner conversation. A great restaurant that would stand out in any city.

Lovely dinner - early bird prime rib was excellent and right portion size. Niman Ranch pork green chile dish was also excellent. The bourbon pecan pie should be a regular on the menu. It was fantastic. Lionel, as always, was a wonderful server - professional, great sense of humor, and prompt despite the busy night.

My girlfriend and I both ordered a filet mignon cooked Medium. Her steak came out a little past medium (no pink), which was fine. However, my steak came out very bloody and dark red, and with a lot of fat. I could have picked up a much higher quality cut at my neighborhood grocery store at a fraction of the price, which I will be doing next time.

A Boulder Institution. My father started dining when it was the Boulder Cork & Cleaver in the later 1960's. High quality since then.

I love the food normally, especially the prime rib but this was New Years Eve and I thought it was just okay food. My daughter had a filet that was full of fat and had to send it back.
