High end eatery, perfect for a date or business meeting.
Went for our anniversary and they really made it special. Our server Dan was very attentive and recommended the special add on for the steak.
Overall good experience food wise. As usual. Could use more servers. We hardly saw ours. I was never offered a drink refill. We ended up needing to ask the busser for a dessert menu. We luckily had friends with us. If it was just the two of us, it would have been even more noticeable and I would have been more upset about it. Still around $250 is a lot to spend for the lack of service. Not blaming the server though, they really should have had more for all the people do dining at the restaurant. It's not like they didn't know how many people to expect, you can't even get in without a reservation anymore.
Really nice for dinner of Happy Hour. Gret food and drinks. Helpful, professional and friendly staff.
been going here since 1969?? always fantastic... fantastic server
Very good food, and overall experience. Best to be there for Happy Hour menu. Regular dinner prices are a bit expensive ...
Always been a favorite of ours and this dinner was no exception. Had the prime rib and must say it was the best in recent memory. Very professional wait staff. Our waitperson Teal was excellent.
Super efficient waitstaff, including Jake and Kate, who treated my husband's birthday like a big deal and provided a fabulous birthday dessert. We especially like the Happy Hour meals and drinks, as we're senior citizens who don't mind eating a bit early, and the portion sizes and prices are great for us. Despite there being MANY restaurants in Boulder, this is our go-to spot.
Stunningly good! The chef brought us a special melon salad (too many interesting things going on to describe). The two guys in our party had steak and said it was incredible; the other gal and I had halibut with some tender raviolis and a subtle cream sauce and grilled asparagus. The food was divine, and our server, Gretchen, was delightful and attentive. What a great dining experience!
Very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. DELICIOUS food!
I made a reservation for our anniversary but they tried to sir us in the bar. And they never even acknowledged the anniversary.
Food, service and setting were great.
Boulder Cork is a nice place with good food. I would not say that anything was outstanding but all our meals were good and with nice servings. I would classify our visit was reasonably priced if not, perhaps, a bit over price. None the less it is a pleasant place for a dinner with friends.
First time for us and it was perfect. Great food, great happy hour, great service!
Great date night!
The Cork is a favorite, the food is great and the service is always the best
Always delicious! A great place for happy hour or a celebration meal. Wine recommendation was right on!
Everything was excellent from the food to the wait staff. We've been to the Boulder Cork many times and we have never been disappointed. Will keep returning.
Food is overpriced for the quality they offer. Wished we picked another restaurant.
The menu looks delicious, the execution is so so .
Everything was excellent! Loved the family Jones vodka, waffle chips with arugula, breads are ALWAY wonderful. So happy that the prime rib and salmon are back on the happy hour menu. And of course, the mud pie bites are a perfect size for 2-4! And we had the best waiter. Thank you Darren!
Early bird deals are worth having an early dinner for. Portion size is just right, as are the prices.
Waitstaff is friendly and attentive.
A little noisy, but not enough to spoil the evening. We're making this a Friday habit.
A great dinner! Service was fantastic. Avery pleasant evening.
Great meal and experience.
The Boulder Cork is our favorite restaurant, especially for special occasions. The food is outstanding and prepared to your satisfaction. We love its ambiance and service is of excellence. We've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years and will definitely continue to do so!
Early dinners are a good value. Salmon on rice was delicious and perfectly done. Loved mud pie bites which were so good they’re a reason alone to return.
We had a fantastic dinner. The seared scallop dinner was absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond with a photo snd dessert for my friends birthday.
The staff was great. Very accommodating. Good and wine were both good. Prices have increased, but hey - it is Covid. We will go back again soon.
Service, food, and atmosphere was perfect! We were in town on vacation and wanted that “one special meal” this was it! My family had the Fish and Chips, Cowboy Cut Prime Rib, Flat Iron Steak, Chicken Enchiladas, Lobster Ravioli and Caprese Salad, stuffed chili, and finished by a HUGE piece of Mud Pie, compliments of the house, as we were celebrating a birthday. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection! The flavor profiles and freshness of product are on point!
I dined at several “five star” restaurants during my visit and this takes the top place!
Outstanding food & service. Great place for all
Definitely going back
For $42 for the Prime Rib, I believe it should include 2 side dishes. That is a lot of money for just a piece of meat which I could buy in the store for about $15. Yes I know you have to cook and prepare it but $42? Really? Please. 2 small sides would not deduct that much from your gross profit.
Good food although a bit overpriced. Nice ambiance.
Staff was welcoming
Great server. My wife loved the trout. I like the stuffed chiles but.,,they could have been served hotter. Room temp melted cheese is not pleasant. And too much cheese and not enough relish. Great dish but could have been better.
We come regularly for our anniversary. We will come again. They all do a nice job making it a special occasion. Thanks.
The Filet was amazing! Well, really..... it was all so good. Our server was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.
As usual, the service is top notch, the food is fantastic and the ambiance is great.
A friend’s birthday. Great food and service. Jeff, our waiter, as fabulous!!!!
Very good. Food very well prepared. Enjoyed our dinner there very much.
Filet was amazing as always. So tender and tasty! Mud Pie for dessert is a must.
As always food wonderful
Food was average for price paid. We'll try again.
