We had a great dinner. Rudy was excellent and everyone very attentive.
We were celebrating my son’s birthday. We got appetizers then Filet Mignon and Halibut.
The restaurant was spaced out and comfortable.
Sat on patio, where we first met two years ago. As our first dining out after 13 months of pandemic, the evening and food and drinks and service and ambiance were perfect. We still love you, Cork!
Great menu selections, great wine menu, great ambience, great service. Wonderful night out! Highly recommend.
Love their cocktails and ambiance. Food and service were good too.
Great place, great staff, GREAT food! Will be going back
Very much enjoyed our birthday celebration!
Visited Cork for my girlfriend's birthday. We were happy with the service and food quality. The flavor of our steak was spot on and reminded us of what you would experience in a traditional, western-style steakhouse. If we had a suggestion it would be regarding our side dishes. We were under impressed with the seasoning and portion size. We don't believe in larger portions... the sides were priced as if they were large enough to share, and that was not the case.
The star of this meal was our server. He was solidly knowledgeable, attentive and polite. We were even surprised with a large portion of their "famous" Mudpie for the birthday girl... which was yummy, and a commemorative picture that was presented to us in a personalized paper frame from the staff! We plan on returning for some of their lighter fare soon. Overall a great experience.
Great server. Everyone from seaters, to clearers to servers. Food, variety, all was the usual, wonderful. House salad is my favorite although desserts were something not to miss. Split the mud pie though. No way you won’t eat the whole thing.
Great food and had an awesome time there. Costly but well worth it as the food tasted phenomenal.
Always wonderful! Our favorite place to enjoy the best food in Boulder!
We have a favorite waitress that stoped by the table to say hi, Kim ! Very welcoming!
Our waiter did a wonderful job and of course we can’t wait to go back.
The service was amazing; best we have had in years. Everything we ordered, including craft cocktails, appetizers, specials and entrees, was very good and cooked to perfection. I would prefer if they would encourage people looking for a quieter and more dressed up night to seat together in one area, allowing those looking for a more casual feeling another place in the restaurant. It certainly seems to have the space to do that.
Everything was great. Service and food, awesome!!
The service was very rushed. We were not offered bread and butter when seated, and were not told of specials of the day like other tables around us. We had to ask for a dessert menu, since it was a birthday celebration. Thought I mentioned that to the server, but he was in such a rush he probably did not hear me. I have been going to the Cork since it opened, it does not seem like it is up to the same standards (even pre-Covid.)
The food was excellent, the service was fantastic!!!
Overall very good. Had the filet and was delicious but not the most tender filet I’ve eaten. Son’s teriyaki steak was devoured. Visiting from out of town so resetting my expectations that everything in Boulder is expensive.
In approximately 30 years of going to the Boulder Cork, our family has had ZERO bad meals, and only 1 experience of less than great service. It is by far and away the most consistent restaurant we have ever gone to or currently go to.
Thanks to the entire team at the Boulder Cork.
Limited menu, but many fine choices. Everyone did their best to make it a wonderful experience.
We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the Cork. The ambiance was perfect. They sat us by the fireplace. They also surprised us with a dessert and took a picture of us, printed it, and placed it in a nice signed card. They went above and beyond to make it a special dinner. The food was very good. We loved the brie appetizer, as well as our lobster and steak dinners.
Excellent service; food was outstanding as usual!
Our server was great, very attentive and made the dining experience just that much better. Our guest is gluten free and dairy free, and it was easy for her to find a dish she could eat. We are glad they are open again.
Great place to celebrate a birthday! Food and drinks were fantastic!
Excellent food, ambience and service. Great for friends and family. Happy hour is a sweet deal.
Great service and food, as always, even with a server in training!
Wonderful evening! Delicious food! Great service! We love The Cork.
Happy hour at the Boulder Cork offers a small menu of great food, smaller portions but at a great price. Nice atmosphere and great service.
This is always a special occasion. The food is delicious and the choices many! The service is top notch and the experience memorable.
Great service as usual with terrific drinks and food!
Great food, great people!
We keep returning, because everything is predictable, consistent and perfect!
Great quality, but expensive.
Perfect for Business
We were looking forward to going to the Cork. I ordered the Filet Mignon with Bearnaise sauce. The Filet did not have much flavor. I thought the Bearnaise sauce would give it some flavor. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the Flat Iron Steak. He also thought his steak did not have much flavor. The baked potato was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Nice evening. My salad was not seasoned and by the time I had a chance to talk to the server again, I had finished it. I had the flatiron steak which was delicious. I ordered a stuffed Chili on the side and they “had an accident” with it so it finally came out later. It was really good and the timing worked out fine. It’s close to home reasonably priced and the food is good. I’ll give it another try soon enough.
Steak was delicious and one of us got the fish bowl- yummy and delightful spice! So kind with both gf and regular bread. Great staff and generous and tasteful meals as usual. Ambience allows for good conversation and a relaxed dinner. Always a favorite for us! We really appreciate everything about the Cork!
My favorite Boulder Restaurant. The service is top notch, great atmosphere, and the food is fantastic. Portions are larger than almost any other restaurant in the Boulder/Denver area, especially considering the fine dining category.
The meat quality was out of alignment with the price. This was our first visit back to the Cork since the pandemic began, and although we are impressed with their safety measures, we were disappointed with the price/performance of the meals. The prime rib, their signature dish, was tough and chewy, and the filet had a lot of fat. We can get better quality beef at other restaurants for the same or lower prices. This may be an anomaly due to their availability of suppliers at the moment, so hopefully, they can improve the meat quality in order to return to their pre-pandemic performance.
All was well except for the Cesar Salad. Lettuce was not very crisp and the cheese was on bottom and hard to mix, Other wise all was well.
Love the Cork. It is cozy and homelike. The staff are happy to see you and provide excellent service. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the happy Hour.
I love the Cork! They have amazing food and
