Labeled yet acessible. I really recomend. Classic and well valued dinner.
Very good bistro food at restaurant prices, little overpriced for quality and presentation. Tables extremely packed in , making ambiance very noisy and not very intimate. Service was good and friendly waiters, but rather quick and had a slightly being processed feeling. Was an enjoyable evening overall.
Our server was Brent he was outstanding recommending wines that we loved. The food was delicious. Dining at Bouchon is an amazing experience. Thank you for making our special night over the top.
Always first class. Food was amazing. You can’t go wrong ordering anything off the menu.
We were celebrating our 12 year anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. The host greeted us with a anniversary card and our server also wished us a happy anniversary too. The only negative to this restaurant is that it’s a small place and the noise level was very loud. We didn’t mind the close proximity to your neighbors while dinning, but it could be another bad mark for some patrons. My steak Bouchon was cooked to perfection but my wife’s steak frites was only ok. We had a great time and the restaurant made our anniversary a dinning experience we won’t forget.
We have been to Bouchon a number of times, and we keep coming back because it's reliably excellent. Service is swift and warm. Food is top notch. We'll be back!
The hostess is unfriendly. I’ve been multiple times to Bouchon and it’s the same very unwelcoming woman. The food tends to come out before you even get your drinks which is very annoying and feels like a chain restaurant when it happens. The food is remarkable but they need to work out the service issues.
Simply the best food in Napa Valley. It remains consistent in quality and service.
Excellent everything - we love the caviar experience. Pretty noisy, but a small intimate experience so expected. Made our reservations about 2-3 months ago & expected a better table, but a fun & yummy night overall.
Appetizers were okay and ended up being the best part of the meal. Our waiter forgot to put in our entrees so it took forever to get out food, which ended by not being good/ Only 1 out of the 4 of us liked our food. It was disappointing.
I chose Bouchon to celebrate my 30th birthday. The food was superb and the ambience so captivating that for split seconds I forgot I was not in Paris, but in Napa Valley!
Outstanding service from start to finish — sat on the patio for a more intimate experience. Every recommendation was on point, and when we didn’t love the initial wine selection, the sommelier immediately consulted for another option that paired perfectly. Everything was perfect! Definitely opt for the steak Bouchon instead of the regular steak frites and upgrade to the truffle fries. Escargot was amazing, as were the profiteroles.
Great food as always. Wonderful escargots. Ambiance is very nice and so is the service. We highly recommend this gem.
Thank you for the glasses of champagne to help celebrate our anniversary! Very sweet and much appreciated. Food, service, ambiance are all perfect and special! Best, Linda & John Alioto
The food was excellent and the service. Which is what we expected from a Thomas Keller restaurant.
We have the same meal every time we dine at Bouchon
Oysters, Bibb salad and steak Bouchon
I love the bernaise
We enjoy the profiteroles with our post meal cappuccino
Our favorite table is in the bar area so it was reserved for us
Always a wonderful experience
I love Bouchon, never disappoints, always consistent food and service
We went to Bouchon twice in 4 days, it was that good! The. Pose levels are really high, but it’s fun and bustling. The food is amazing!
Took my wife here for Mother's Day, and the service and food were very good. My two biggest gripes are a somewhat limited menu, and the selections of wine that were not in the $300 to $500 range was pretty limited. We dine out often and I know alcohol is a big source of revenue for restaurants, but come on - there's a limit. Can't fault the food, though, as my steak was awesome.
Great food...but you’re packed into the restaurant like sardines. It was extremely loud...and where they sat us...my chair was bumped into a dozen times during our meal by wait staff...
We had an amazing meal for my moms 70th birthday.
The food is great. We really had a good time there.
Forgot to say it was my bf birthday. So no free dessert. Lol. On me
The asparagus salad was almost certainly the best salad I have had in many years and the lamb loin was melt in your mouth delicious. In short, the meal was stunning.
Couldn’t get into The French laundry, so this was an excellent back up plan. We enjoyed everything about Bouchon!
The food and the service were excellent. The sommelier helped us to pick a wine based on our taste. She was spot on! My only complaint: very loud. We could barely hear each other.
Always love our dining experience here. Our food was really good except I didn’t love the sliced lamb. E ceptionly loud diners this time. But we were happy and can’t to return!
Great dinner. Wonderful service and very accommodating to our infant son. Noise level was a little high but never less a must stop in Napa
We I made the reservation I thought I was going somewhere special. Turns out we were 2 more $$$. There was 7 inches between the tables, 7. You couldn't talk, quietly. No one was talking you had no privacy. The food was good . I think, you just couldn't enjoy it. I would Not recommend!
Food was excellent and service wonderful. The trout melted in my mouth. The mussels were delicious.
We had an amazing experience at Bouchon! Our server José delivered impeccable service. We had an appetizer of oysters. For dinner I ordered the trout; my husband ordered the Bouchon steak. We loved our food! José’s recommendation to order half bottles of wine worked out wonderfully. Sancerre and Modicum (Keller’s special blend) were our choices. Delightful!
Our dessert was mango and blackberry sorbets and cappuccinos. Can’t wait to return!
We had the perfect outdoor dining experience. Having the option to walk after dinner and then get dessert at the Bouchon Bakery was a real plus.
Samantha who served us was very
informative and helpful
Had a wonderful outgoing personality
We have been here several times while visiting from NYC and
always come here
The waffles I had for lunch were not the best as they were cold and should be hot
My husband thoroughly enjoyed his fish
Will come back and order something else
This is the first time for brunch usually we come for lunch on Sunday
A wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary!
We went for an early dinner and overall had a nice time. Service was good, nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about. The food was good, we ordered from the specials: duck breast and the crispy sea bass. Both were delicious. We didn't have any room for dessert but we did swing by the bakery for some sweets to go!
Excellent food, excellent food. Pricey but absolutely worth it!
Excellent dining experience. We received fantastic, attentive service with a relaxed ambience.
It serves wonderful food without fuss. Highly recommend.
Bouchon’s brunch was an exquisite start to my day in Napa. Was seated promptly for my reservation time. (Recommendation: get a good seat in the dining room to capture the ambiance of old-world dining.) The kitchen and waitstaff’s attention to detail was top notch from start to finish. Props to my friendly and attentive server, Rocio! The food was excellent; the bread & butter alone (!!) transported me back to memories of traveling across northern France. 🇫🇷 Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful brunch. Very special place to celebrate an event.
My guest's steak frites we're good but my moules safran was not great. The mussels were gritty, and they were large and mealy too. I ate maybe 10% of them before I had to stop. Servers never once asked me how my meal was otherwise I would have told them. Also, no bread brought out at start of meal.
