For 9 years Bouchon has been my favorite restaurant in Beverly Hills. It compares well with the best Bistros and Brasseries in Paris. It has offered all the fine food items such as the great raw bar fares, escargot, and various pates and steak fritte that one expects to see in a first rate brasserie, and as special has offered imaginative and daring new dishes that one goes to the highly recommended bistros in France.

Unfortunately Bouchon will close its doors at the end of December, so my recent visit there was to say good bye to this wonderful establishment and it’s remaining great management and staff. Even though the menus had been paired down, from exotic items such as Caviar and truffles, the quality of what was offered was superb, and the service was as professional as ever. I am going to miss Bouchon!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Food was mediocre at best. Such a disappointing experience overall.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s birthday. Fabulous food and excellent service from Noah. We were visiting from the Bay Area and are very sad to hear the restaurant is closing at the end of Dec. We would certainly return.

Bouchon is great. We had a very enjoyable dinner outside on the patio. The wine list offered us some very nice choices. The food was interesting and flavorful. The service was great. We will definitely return again in the future.

Sad that Bouchon is closing at the end of December 2017. Really enjoyed the Fried Chicken offered only on Mondays;...the sides are yummy and you just can't beat the refreshing bib salad as a starter. Shame on the City of BH for not finding a parking solution to keep this fantastic, world class restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Food has really gone downhill. I wanted it to be a great French bistro, it wasn’t. Fries were great. Otherwise... meh. I was so looking forward to Gigot d’Agneau and I had to send it back. Any medium bistro in Paris is much better.

This is a fabulous authentic French bistro beautifully transplanted to Beverly Hills. Authentic in every respect with a keen attention to detail and quality. The staff is exceptional. The decor is lovely. The dishes are extraordinary. The quiche is amazing. The creme brûlée platonic. Just examples. Why in the world would The Imperial City of Beverly Hills allow this restaurant to close over a rent dispute. SHAME.

We had a waiter with an attitude that resulted in poor service, not getting what we ordered and causing everyone in our party to comment that we shouldn't have wasted our time and money at this restaurant, especially with so many other fine restaurants within a block or two walking distance.

We are sad, to put it mildly, that the Beverly Hills location is closing and can only hope that it will reopen soon in the same general area. But the pleasures and informality of Bar Bouchon probably can't be duplicated in another location

The restaurant is good; unfortunately they have created this weird maze, complex and getting to your table is not easy (two receptions, poor signage). But service was good and our waitress knowledgeable and attentive. Worth eating there after the initial hassle. But hurry - I think they close soon. (one wonders If they fix the layout/over expansion (three different "Bouchons" in the same location), could they save themselves?)...

Bouchon is one of my "go to" restaurants. The food is delicious and a cut above many of its competitors. Service is highly professional and friendly. The atmosphere is energetic, but the space is beautiful. On the whole, it is always a highly satisfactory experience.

On the first leg of a trip to Australia and staying in Beverly Hills for 2 days, on the plane was reading about restaurants and found Bouchin. Made a reservation while flying and find this to be a great place. We enjoyed the food, great outdoor dining upstairs and really well priced for the area. Would definitely go again if in town

Service is just poor. Cocktails arrive way over due.
Main courses came too soon. First course plates still on table.
French fries cold.
Any comparison to Northern location is ridiculous.

I love Bouchon in the Sonoma, it is well managed, the food is delicious, the ingredients are selected rigorously, the atmosphere is reminding of a Parisian bistro...
In Beverly Hills, this is another story: The quality of my salmon was below average and I could smell fish - this was a tartar, it should be extremely fresh! It was prepared in advance, I could tell as the eggs crumble decoration was oxyded on the edges. The air conditioning system was down that day, the staff was exhausted and we could not sit inside as previously thought, perhaps that was a factor? The salmon rillettes had the exact same taste, same low quality fish, exposed to heat most likely... The salad and oignon soup were made with low quality ingredient sand had no taste on their own. We had to wait a long time for our first dish, we thought they forgot us. We did not really mind but that could indicate an issue in the kitchen organization... That was a disastrous meal. The staff however was very helpful and attentive. They gave us a mini chocolate cake for taking back with us, that was quiet good. The building is wonderful, the venue is pleasant and this could be a great place if Thomas Keller gave it a serious look and raised the bar like he does for all his restaurants. Last, the noice level is very hard to handle. Many restaurants use acoustic enhancement to reduce the pressure pain and assure privacy between tables.

The best food we've had in Beverly Hills so far. My pork loin was perfect, the Syrah wine delicious, our waitress a joy. I adored the vases of fresh sunflowers arranged to resemble the famous Van Gogh painting. We'll be back.

We were not all served at the same time and the three of us that ordered the flat iron steak received food that was lukewarm. For the price, I expect better. We had six people in our group.

I would just like to preface this with how excited we were to dine here for Ad Hoc Night. Little did we know how disappointed we would be. Quick advice, call ahead and ask what the sides will be.

So we order the fried chicken, the celery viktor - underwhelming and bland, the black eyed peas - bland, and last a slice of white bread cut in half with pimento cheese - bland, unappealing. The old fashioned - waste of money, go to Honor Bar beforehand and get drinks there. Even the table next to us commented how underwhelming the food looked. The chicken was fine, but did not compare to any expectation. Our server took our order and never came back until I had a manager touch the table. Perhaps it was an off night.
