About Bouchon at The Venetian

Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Crain rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, brandade, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye.

Bouchon may be past it’s prime. Eaten there many times and enjoyed but this time the attention to detail was missing. Service was slow and inattentive. Steak frites was not hot. At the prices we paid that is not acceptable. We will not go back.

As usual, Bouchon doesn't disappoint. Normally during our visit we go for Sunday Brunch and it is outstanding, but this year we went for dinner. The food was fabulous, but really the star was our waiter. He was not only helpful with the menu and answering our questions, but recommended some cocktails that were outstanding. A great visit and we look forward to returning.

Went here twice. The bread is outstanding and we ate too much of it! Dover sole and salmon were done medium and the preparations were perfect. My husband had the rib eye twice it was so good. Wine list is expensive but excellent and there are wines I wouldn't buy but loved one glass. Not cheap but on par with other Las Vegas restaurants. Better than Picasso. Wait staff attentive and friendly

Food and service is always first rate. However, the corkage fee of $35 is much too high. As a person who likes to bring his own special wine, I feel that a corkage fee above $20 is a real rip off.

Everything was amazing until I got up to leave and the chair lodged a splinter in my thumb. For such an amazing experience all the way around, food, service, the staff was incredible... and then to be taken out by a cheap chair right at the end. Ugh. Please invest in upgrading the seating.

I’ve dined at several Thomas Keller properties and am never disappointed. What this location had ~ that others have lacked with the exception of French Laundry- was an uber engaged waiter. I forget his name, but he was middle aged, bald and the BEST waiter ever. Made excellent suggestions. Talked us out of ordering too much, but made the perfect suggestions for wine and sides.

The food, of course, was AMAZING!

Fabulous food and service. This is the third time I have returned to Bouchon...always for breakfast. I'm sure the other meals are great too but the breakfast is so good I cant bring myself to go another time. Our waiter was great fun and the food exquisite. Every dish was a picture of perfection.

I’ve had brunch here before and loved it. I decided to bring any friend who idiolaizes Thomas Keller to dinner for his birthday. The service wasn’t great, and my friend had to send back his steak. My lamb was delicious and shared it with him. I asked on my reservation to have the message “happy 28th birthday Bryce” on the dessert plate, but it was brought out by a runner with a lit candle and the server showed up in a hurry a few minutes later and that’s when he said happy birthday. If I come back it will be for brunch.

Always a great experience. Dinner with a group or solo lunch at the bar, food and ambiance are consistently rewarding. Although the entre choices are varied and very good, you get the best Bouchon experience from the raw bar with a glass of recommended wine. It can get crowded but advance reservations have not been a problem. In Las Vegas, our group experiments with different places each year but we always include Bouchon.

We were in Las Vegas for 4 nights and this was my favorite restaurant for dinner. We experienced French Laundry a few months ago and figured we would try Bouchon, as well. It did not disappoint! Highly recommend. The French onion soup, mussels, steak.....were all very good. Our waiter was very personable.

Food was great, but the service and seating left a lot to be desired. We were seated at a small table outside, directly at the top of a stairway to a lower level garden. People kept walking past (closely to our table) to reach that garden level. The stairway was actually blocked off, but it didn't help. We finally had to ask to be moved to a different table. Enjoyed the meal, but restaurant was not crowded. This should not have happened.

A group of us were gathering in Las Vegas for a reunion. We'd picked Bouchon because of its reputation. Our reservation was for 9:30pm on a Friday night. Did not really need it as it was empty, but that was okay. Because it was empty (there were only 2-3 other parties dining), I thought we'd get the typical Thomas Keller restaurant, great service. Sadly this was not the case. Our waiter took a while to take our order and then did not get all of it right. Someone got coffee vs. tea, two orders of one item and none of another. It took a long while to flag down the waiter to get our bill. He was lovely, but busy chatting with a couple sitting on the other side of the dining room. We had a much better experience at Hexx at the Paris. Same type of food, great service and no mistakes.

The waiter casually tells us about his by the glass wine recommendation. Fine, ok I said. Wine was fine. The bill comes out without an itemized list. I request to see the itemized bill and lo and behold I see the wine by the glass is $120 per glass. Really? Magically the manager shows up without me having asked for him and tries poorly to appease me. Please! The waiter and manager are classless crooks. Good luck amigos

This is a very beautiful old school type of restaurant. We had a good time. We prefer brunch over dinner service. Menu prices are high here for what you get.

Sitting at the bar for drinks before our reservation was a lot of fun. The bartender was very nice and they offer a full bar with an extensive wine list.

In a word: terrible. Food was poor, but the service was acceptable. It is also very noisy.

Salad Lyonnaise is supposed to be frisée. This had romaine in it and was badly overdressed.
The foie en jar was so hard it was difficult to extract from the jar, lacked foie flavor, and was unsuitable to spread on the toasted bread it was served with.
The leg of lamb was overcooked, under-seasoned, and tough. Sent it back.

Foie gras to die for. Excellent salade Lyonnaise. Wish they had a few more lower priced wines. My husband had the Dover sole special and it was truly sublime. Not for the faint of wallet, but you get what you pay for! Lovely ambiance and very smooth waitstaff. Our party of eight enjoyed it immensely.
