Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Mediterranean Sea Bass was amazing. Skin was crispy and fish was moist and flaky. Service was perfection. Restaurant was crowded but noise was not a bother. Best meal in Vegas!

With world-famous chef Thomas Keller's name attached, expectations of Bouchon were high, and it did not disappoint. Bouchon is Keller's version of the authentic Parisian bistro, and all I can say is that the typical bistro in Paris doesn't hold a candle to the perfection on display here.

You can eat light here, but it would be very difficult, starting with the baguettes served hot from the oven. Starters like country pate' and rillettes of salmon are hard to resist. Even a bright, crisp salad might have a poached egg on top.

But it's worth it. Indulge.

The food was fantastic and the service was impecable. The waitress timed everything perfectly which allowed for a relaxing expierience, there were 5 of us at the table and the noise in the restaurant did not interfere with our conversation. After each course every setting was cleared at the same time, a sign of a truly professional wait staff.

My wife and I had our honeymoon dinner here. Coby, our server knew it was a special dinner ahead of time and brought us complimentary champagne. The food and service were equally amazing. We had oysters and fois gras and the pork chop and sea bass. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. They made every moment of our dinner memorable. We will definitely be back!

We were so excited to return to Bouchon after an awesome first time dining there in 2016. Unfortunately, both the service and the food have gone downhill since then. After we checked in for our reservation, the hostess forgot about our party (even though we were waiting right behind the desk) and didn't seat us until we asked about the hold up 30 minutes later. Our server did not bring us bread after we asked three or four times, though we watched the tables around us get fresh bread not once but twice while we waited for some. I made the mistake of asking for a side of Nutella (a treat I enjoyed with the fresh bread during our last visit), but was told very harshly that "Chef Keller not longer permits that item in his restaurant." We ordered a quiche to share but was told by our server they were having problems with that item. He recommended the crepe instead. I don't know what was wrong with the quiche, but it couldn't have been half as bad as the crepe, which was cold and tasteless. We then tried a chocolate croissant and this item was just as disappointing. (Maybe Chef Keller has a vendetta against chocolate because there was hardly any in the pastry.)

If you're looking for a good brunch/lunch restaurant at the Venetian, try Yardbird. The food and service are far better than at Bouchon!

We have dined at Bouchon before, both in Las Vegas and in Yountville, Ca. The food is outstanding, well worth the trip. Needless to say, in Las Vegas the food is pricier because of the rents they pay and the fact that those of us who don't gamble are paying for the meals of the people who get comped.

The wine list is on the pricey side. Good selection, but good luck finding anything under $50 a bottle. In fact, good luck finding too much under $70. Our food was outstanding. The only slip up was the timing from the kitchen. My wife's Dover Sole came out and it was at least 5 minutes, and maybe more till my entree was brought to me. That having been said, the mussels were among the best I ever had.

Except for the minor glitch in the timing, the meal was excellent, the wait staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Convergence of flavor and value on the Strip. Bouchon could bump every menu item by $20, and it would still be a steal. Went with a large group this time, turns out they can only split a check 3 ways. Not a big problem, just difficult when expensing for business.

While I LOVE this restaurant, I may have to reserve it for occasions where there are only two of us. It just won't work for business parties or large groups. It is simply too loud to make an evening enjoyable. I wish there was a way to solve this problem.

A great evening as we were served by Angela, our favorite waitress. The oysters were very fresh and the main course was really good. The evening was complete with Angela's professional and friendly service. We shall visit the restaurant again.

It starts with the people. On our two morning breakfasts we were associated with Morgan who made us feel like we have been dining there every day for years. The service was well orchestrated. The atmosphere is so French Bistro, you might forget that you are not in France. Chef Keller was in the place on his annual tour, taking notes perhaps. The Chicken and Waffles are perfect and should not be missed. Arrive early in the Morning to secure a coveted patio table off the exquisite pool- garden.

Good food, beautiful space — however, we were sat separately from the main dining area which felt like a convention center, completely with folding tables with white tablecloths. Really took away from the overall experience.

The meal started with beignets which were NOT beignets - they were cinnamon and sugar dusted cake donuts! What a fake! Also, my quiche was not a quiche it was custard. I don't get it. This is suppose to be top notch. What a disappointment...

Spectacular food with impeccable service. Not inexpensive but so worth it. I loved the caviar and foie gras! Had the lamb which was delicious. One of my finest meals in a long time. We ate outside which was magical and more quiet than outside.

this was the second my time my family ate here. this time we had a group of 7. last year, we had a group of 8. both times, the food was phenomenal and the staff was just as great. as las vegas locals, we often eat off the strip. however, this is one restaurant we believe we get amazing food that is worth the bill.

We went there for Easter brunch - which on Easter they actually took reservations which was great. All five of our family had the Lobster Eggs Benedict. Definitely one of the best meals of my life!! They were very busy, but every egg was perfectly poached, perfectly poached lobster tails and delish hollandaise sauce. I can't wait to go back! Also, service was exceptional!

The food is fabulous and a must every time we visit Vegas. The waiters are always attentive . The only complaint consistently has been having to deal with the hostess/ front desk people both in person and on the phone that have a negative attitude that is not welcoming or a reflection of the good food that awaits. So if you can ignore their attitude the food is well worth experiencing.
