Excellent for breakfast/ brunch. The waffles were awesome
It was a great dinner as always!!!
I ate here six times in one week, all business meals. Three breakfast meals and three dinners. First, the food is really good and the drinks are fabulous. The waiters were always friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the morning staff, particularly the hostesses where nothing short of rude. No smiles, no thank yous, very little communication. This is completely opposite from the evening staff. The morning crew is the reason that they don't get five stars. I highly recommend Bouchon for a great dinner.
Great Las Vegas Strip dining that's not in a casino. Authentic French, fabulous dining experience!
One of the best meals I've had in my life. Lovely ambiance, exceptional service, everything was cooked perfectly. Even the bread and butter was amazing.
I never eat a steak so bad like this One.The meat wasnt good and souce very poor taste.to much fat the sauce my wife throw away when she GOT In THE hotel.and finally the smell OF The restaurant was discasting smell like omelet! I have been In Paris many times and i know how the butter souce and bernaise sauce are.I eaten in mon ami Gabi it was much better by far!!
Friendly, expert service. Exquisite food, good wine at a price point suitable to the group’s pocketbook. My favorite restaurant in the Venetian.
The Bouchon remains one of the best restaurants and venues in Vegas. It is truly a treat to dine there!
We were disappointed that they had run out of the duck confit, but then ordered the mussels, which we later found out there were also out of. They graciously comp’d us our drinks for the inconvenience but it was somewhat surprising they would be out of these selections at 730p on a Saturday night. We did enjoy our meal and the service was top notch. Our server Juan was so pleasant and professional.
Amazing as usual. Breakfast is unbeatable but the dinner may just have matched it! Definitely our favorite restaurant in Vegas.
Excellent food and even better service. For Las Vegas, it is a good value.
Phenomenal experience, worthy of Thomas Keller! Impeccable service from Cody. Will certainly return next trip.
As you enter, magnidicent aromas awake the senses, the elegant decor and friendly wait staff add to the ambiance. The menu has a variety of choices. The sole de-boned tableside was absolutely amazing. An outstanding dining experience.
Seating hostesses are the face of your restaurant. They need to be more pleasant and welcoming and greet guests appropriately. There is no need to act pretentious. Other than that initial experience, wait staff and food was excellent.
Great food. Close eating quarters. And loud from all the guest talking. Waiter was awesome.
Food is excellent, moderate sizes and all with good details.
Had the 95$ prix fix me menu for Valentine’s Day and it was super delicious and worth every dollar.
lobster and oysters are good. The choice of dishes is less.
Amazing service and food. Bartender was friendly and very knowledgeable
Wonderful dining experience... staff was great, food was excellent, most pleasurable evening
My friends and I enjoyed a lovely early dinner.
This was our first visit but it wont be our last. We had a pre-fix 3 course meal and it was really good! Very beautiful presentation and super yummy. Our waiter was a fun and attentive server. Interesting but not intrusive. Loved our pre Valentines date at Bouchon!
Always wonderful food!! Eat here every time I come to town.
We were looking for a place in Vegas that had good escargot AND we were looking for a bar that had an Absinthe fountain...lucky us, we found both in the same place! While waiting at the bar for our table, we noticed absinthe was on the drink menu so we asked an sure enough, they had a fountain and 7 diff types of absinthe! It was awesome and the bartender was super friendly and offered us water to help the experience...if you've done a STRONG absinthe with a fountain, you'd appreciate this! Dinner was equally superb. Large, delicious shrimp with fresh homemade cocktail sauce. Fresh begets and pistachios were brought to the table. The escargot...so tender and delicious, my husband just rolled his eyes in delight and was in heaven! Little tiny puff pastry on top of an escargot sitting in warm garlic butter! Dinner...I highly recommend the chicken and brusselsprouts. Very crispy roasted skin and super juicy! My husband had the rainbow trout, cooked excellent and we shared potato puree. Dessert was apple tarte with vanilla bean ice cream, super yummy! Excellent, friendly service. It is pricey but we'll worth it all! Our meal, not counting the absinthe, was $165 with tip.
My second time to Bouchon, and it did not disappoint. The service from the entire front-of-house staff was top-notch; friendly, attentive and professional, but not annoying. The food was well paced (incredibly, considering how many covers they turn out), and was absolutely delicious.
We started by sharing the charcuterie, which was very good. The country pate, especially, was a real treat. My wife had the french onion soup, which was very tasty, although she found the cheese a bit tough to manage. I had a salad with apples, walnuts and Gorgonzola, which was very well composed and beautifully presented (I almost felt bad cutting it up). She then had the ribeye which was perfectly cooked and very flavorful, accompanied by frites with truffle oil. The fries were delicious and abundant. I had the roasted chicken with brussel sprouts. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy with crisp skin, and was very flavorful (the pan jus was delicious). The brussel sprouts were a bit overcooked for my taste, but still not bad. We finished by splitting a lemon custard tart in a pine-nut crust. This was spectacular, with fresh, tart lemon flavors coming through, accented by the taste of toasted pine nuts.
Bouchon is a can't miss experience, and is a good value (for high-end Las Vegas dining) to boot. I'd highly recommend going.
Food was excellent! We started with shrimp and mussels and wished we ordered more. We had a great meal!
Waiter very attentive , food was good but not every plate
Hands down the best bistro/bar in Las Vegas , it is always my and my wife’s go to place when we are there.
