Not really French. Boeuf Bourguignon was not authentic. Rest of the food (steak tartare) and Poulet Roti was ok at best. Nothing special. The steak tartare even missed capers and a quail egg! Wine list was ok, but waiter did not have specific knowledge of the wine (or the food for that matter). Convenient if you are staying at the Venetian, but for some real French food and more value for your money, look elsewhere.
Bouchon was such a quaint, simple, and absolutely delicious restaurant. After the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, this lovely restaurant was everything. The croque madame was amazing!
Amazing French food and cocktails. The vibe is great: French bistro feel. Order a few dishes; especially hors d’oeuvres. The seared foie gras and escargots are out of this world.
Excellent white wine
Fabulous food with great service. Ate three 3 ti.ed and each time perfect. Escargot and Syeak Tartar perfect flavor and consistency. Steak and Poached Lobster cooked and seasoned perfectly. Breakfast just as good with Eggs Benedict and good as I have ever had. Priced like every place in Vegas but worth it.
Just not as good as last time. Great fries, bread and salad. The steak in the steak frites entree was just mediocre. Boeuf Bourguignon good. Nice dessert. Brunch the following day: good eggs benedict, so-so merguez sausage hash, great pastries.
Great food and service. Had several meals, breakfast and dinner. Great Eggs Benedict and omelette. Steak and poached lobster perfect. Great and not any different prices than most in Vegas.
I had the sticky bun, smoked salmon plate, coffee. It was perfection. I was dining solo and my waiter was wonderfully patient and allowed me time to savor every bite without rushing me! I visit bouchon every time I’m in Vegas and will continue to. It is fabulous.
Excellent food. The noise level was outrageous. This is the only reason why I would not frequent the restaurant again.
After reading some recent reviews we were skeptical. Our wait staff was excellent, and the food was delicious. Perfectly seasoned. We both has the scallops and they were great! The table next to us had the steak and both loved it. The creme brulee was fantastic. Highly Recommend. We will be back on our next trip.
I took my leadership team to dinner to celebrate a successful 2018. I selected Bouchon because it consistently delivers. This night was no different - outstanding wait staff, a kitchen that turned our meals quickly with the same high quality food and wine at an excellent value.
This is a very good restaurant. Highly recommend reservations. A little hard to find in the hotel but has exellent food and staff. Thought enjoyed our evening!
Everything we were expecting. Will return
Wonderful for brunch.
Very disappointing service. Steak didn't come with a steak knife, had to ask for bread multiple times, waiter wouldn't write anything down and repeated back our order incorrectly, steak came cold, etc. Doughnuts were great and kid-friendly, bread and butter fantastic, salmon salad and lyonnaise potatoes were delicious. They also took off our son's waffle from the bill because he only had a bite. But just felt like we were an afterthought generally and they were busy. Just not worth it unfortunately.
We loved our experience eating dinner here! The food was amazing and the service top notch. We had read a review before coming that the music was too loud but did not find that to be the case at all while we were there. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive and very sweet. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends going to Vegas in the future. Thank you!
Came here for my birthday and was given a free dessert! Food and wine was really good, highly recommend for special occasions!
We had an INCREDIBLE server from New Jersey who took so much pride in making sure we had an outstanding experience. The oyster tower was delicious as well as the bread, lamb, onion soup and veggie sides. Food is rich, but so so good.
Wine selection tasty and some parts approachable.
Much much too loud , music inappropriate for a place with such remarkable food wine and service, the music is disruptive and the ambient noise level is much too much with the place at capacity . We had a group of 6 for business and no way could people converse across the table. By the way the wait staff agreed.
Innapropiately loud for a civilized restaurant. Bouchon suddenly thinks it’s a dance club. Severs very pushy on ordering more drinks and turning the table. Chicken was too salty. This place has gone downhill!
Excellent food as always. Service was gruff and inattentive.
Fabulous French bistro with delectable bread & butter to start. Fine wine list-enjoyed a 2013 Gigondas. Shared foie gras-amazing flavor & smoothness. Loved the endive, Larson, crouton & egg salad-split between because it was huge. Also shared the leg of lamb-roasted to perfection. Comfort food!
Escarole Salad and mussels were very good. The ribeye steak was way over salted and the short rib beef bourguignon was also a bit salty and very dry in the middle. Great wine recommendation: Henri Gouges Nuits St Georges.
Really one of my Vegas favorites. Great food. Bistro vibe and attentive service. Go everytime I'm in town despite a lot of competition around.
Food was excellent, but servers were very busy. Recommended dress code was business casual; however, folks were dress in t-shirts and jeans for a Saturday night dinner, more reflective of a casual dinning experience. That's ok, but I wished I would have dressed in a more relaxed manner as well! Highly recommend the chocolate/orange cake. Wine selection was superb.
We found a live worm in the oyster....
Bouchon was our choice for our last diner before heading home from a week long vacation. I'm glad we chose Bouchon because it was everything we expected and then some. Wine and beer choices were plenty. The baguettes offered before diner were unbelievable. The Escargot and Salad appetizers were delicious. Steak choice was flatiron or ribeye and I must say it was the best Flatiron steak I ever had, cooked to perfection. Crème brûlée for desert was second to none. Thanks for a fantastic diner and overall great experience!
Pay attention as the cooking is often a little bit too salty ...
We visited Bouchon on New Year's Eve when there was only a set menu available ($125 per person). Despite booking a table for 21:30 we didn't actually sit down until 22:15 and that was after reminding the staff twice that we were still waiting. We were then shown to a table that had been empty the whole time that we were waiting.
The food was good but certainly wasn't exceptional and I have definitely eaten far better for less money both at home and abroad (our final bill came to a total of $740 for 4 people). The service was outstanding and our waiter was very attentive but this wasn't the 'special occasion' that we were hoping for on New Year's Eve. I have visited Las Vegas on numerous occasion and will no doubt be going back in the future but this definitely isn't a restaurant that I will be racing to go back to!
we were a group of four on New Year's Eve. There was a $125pp prix fixe menu. Although it was a multiple seating situation, the restaurant and staff handled everything beautifully. We had an enjoyable and relaxed time and the food was all very good.
New Year's Eve Pre-fix menu. Nice variety of choices and each dish well prepared with good flavor. We even liked the caviar and escargot! Steak was delicious and dessert too! Gary, our server, was fantastic! Great personality, recommendations and overall conversation. Definitely a great place for a nice meal and great service!!!
On New Years Eve Dec 31 2018 I took my family to have dinner at Bouchon Reststurant thier food is so nasty, very expensive not worth of eating in that place paid $621.00 for 4 and the waiter is so pushy to have my husband drink and extra henneys on the rock we did not order the last drink which is his third one he said that we ordered it he did not want to take it back. With our experience I won't recommend this to my friends and family! The food is really nasty and very expensive.
Staff was good and the restaurant has a good location. Music was not appropriate for the kind of event, too loud and not a good selection for such an elegant occasion. Food was ok during New Year’s eve dinner, the steak was tasty and tender and the ravioli were good, however, too expensive for the value.
We celebrated New Year’s Eve here. The menu was prix fix, so we didn’t get to experience much of the creativity I would have expected, but everything was expertly done. Our party had the steak, salmon and chicken and were very happy with each. Our waiter was amusing and helpful, the somolier was instructive (small nit: I was selecting wines and asking questions, but he directed his comments and tastings towards my husband - grr), and the space was lovely. Many times the Vegas version of a big-name restaurant is mediocre, but I can safely say Bouchon takes its time and care to ensure no harm is done to the Keller name. Bonus points: the bread from the bakery is truly outstanding in a way only bakers can understand - chewy but won’t tear your mouth apart, just enough fortification to make it one step better than plain flour, water, yeast and salt. Desserts were perfect - again, limited to creme brûlée, chocolate and lemon, but something for everyone. My lemon meringue was delicious. Lovely night.
Having New Years dinner was our occasion at Bouchon. The bottle of champagne we ordered was too warm and had to sit on ice, before we enjoyed it. Champagne serving temperture should be between 47 and 50 degrees. The food was good, but the entree ( salmon and steak) was not warm enough, should have been served on warm plates. Service was not very attentive, never were asked how we liked the food. Overall the ambience is very nice "French, the food overall was ok, but not exciting. The restaurant was not fully occupied and I had expected a service with more attention to customers.
lastima fue nuestra cena de año nuevo , muy mal servicio y nos gastamos mas de 1000 usd una verdadera desilusión , muy muy pésimo que les pasa en las vegas , bueno al dia siguente cenamos en spago y que diferencia ,
Event as a family for dinner last night. Had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our server was very attentive. Thomas Keller restaurant- so presentation was excellent. Foie Gras was amazing. Escargot, Truffle Gnudi, and Rainbow Trout were Outstanding.
Beautiful bistro. Excellent services. Food is delicious except my cauliflower is way too salty. We had rib eye steak, trout, and chicken. All nicely seasoned and tasty.
Food was good but not outstanding. My husband’s steak had no flavor. Escargot and muscles were great, scallops were good but not excellent. Waiter was snooty. Bartender was great. Service was slow to get our check.
