Delicious food, very good service. We had the mussels and croque madame. Way too many fries for our taste but they were well seasoned and crunchy.

You can’t go wrong with Bouchon! Delicious and well priced. This was my first time going for brunch and it was delicious.

I’ve been here before and this was my first time experiencing the lack of service, I totally understand because you may be short staffed. I waited a very long time to receive my breakfast and it came out incorrect. Due to the extensive wait time I didn’t opt to tell the host. He was great but I can tell there was a lot going on. I got sunny side up rather than scrambled - he even repeated “scrambled and danish” to himself. I’d be back because I do love it

Elegant and ambience. Perfect for special occasions . The attendants are fast, friendly and dressed suitably and accordingly. Food was superb.

We are local and we enjoy coming here. The bread is delicious, the truffle fries are good, and the steak is okay. I'd stay away from the steak; you can get better in lots of places. The carrot and coconut soup is good. The Winter Bison drink was delicious. The dessert offerings are not good. The location is great and the service is good.

We visited this restaurant for my husband's birthday. We decided to do a local staycation at the Venetian and wanted a restaurant that offered different items than what we were used to. We were quickly greeted by two cheerful gentleman and seated at a cute booth. Our waiter was not very social but he was attentive. We ordered the French onion soup and foie gras to start. Both were excellent choices. My husband had the scallop special for dinner and said they were the best he has ever had. We were treated to a complimentary birthday creme brûlée which was good but cold. Overall the drinks and food were great as well as the service. We already agreed we would visit again.

Eggs cooked perfectly, bacon crisp, pomme frites outstanding breakfast was PERFECT!

The food was great! We tried the foie gras, the steak frittes and the fish. Everything was delicious. The service was outstanding!

We came to this restaurant because in past years it was highly rates and has 1 Michelin Star. That must have been given years ago. The food was awful. I have the white sausage and it had absolutely NO TASTE. It was like eating mashed potatoes with no butter or salt. TERRIBLE. My husband had the Croque--Ham & Cheese sandwich--he only ordered that because there was nothing else interesting on the menu! NOT enough choices of food on the menu. Croque was nothing special--we had better on the last cruise we took.
In all serenity...this was the worst restaurant we have eaten at in Vegas by a Michelin Star chef. He should lose the 1 star. Food was overpriced for the value of the food. Nobody should go here without looking at the menu first--too few choices and very disappointing. Definitely needs a new menu and/or chef. Service and waiter were very good and when I told him how unimpressive the sausage was he was kind enough to remove it from my bill. It should NEVER be on he menu at all! This entre does not reflect the ability of the chef to design & execute a meal. It should NEVER be on the menu of Bouchon. I would like to see their own waiters eat it & get their opinions.
Before I ordered my meal I had asked my waiter if I should have the fish or the sausage...and he kept telling me to take the fish, but I really like sausages like they make in Germany. This was so awful and when I told the waiter he told me he suggested I take the fish--because he knew how awful the sausage was--but was not allowed to tell me! GET THAT SAUSAGE OFF THE MENU...or learn how to make the German ones.
Never returning...

Steak frites with truffle made a simple meal extravagant while my wife raved about the chicken. I’d give five stars just for the bread!

We came in early, so we sat at the bar top till our table was ready. Very friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. When we sat down, waiters and staff were soo friendly. I recommend coming in for a fancy dinner

Lovely environment really relaxing when trying to get away from the strip on the strip. It’s like living in luxury for a the moments while your there. The food is amazing as well highly recommend the crab Benedict.

This restaurant came highly recommended by the late Anthony Bourdain....Amazing food, personable service and nice atmosphere. I was thoroughly satisfied with everything and happy to know that there's a NY location that I can try as well. I highly recommend the Vegas location and can't wait to visit again!

New Year’s Eve

New Year’s eve was so fun!

New Year's Eve menu was very good and a very reasonable price.

Was my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. He is vegan. He loved the vegan chop! The chef even made a fantastic avocado toast appetizer! He loved it!

Excellent service and food. The sommelier, Brad, was very helpful with wine recommendations and added to the overall experience. This team has really done an exemplary job of implementing the restrictive COVID-19 measures in Las Vegas, noting we were a party of six, being forced to split up between two tables, and making sure the pacing between courses gave us time to chat. This was thanks, in large part, to our server, Angela. Bouchon has a well earned reputation of delivering excellence at every opportunity, and they did not disappoint.

The food was very tasty especially the cheese danish. Crispy and flaky crust and not too sweet. Bread with the smoked salmon was soft and fried chicken was juicy. Their prices were really reasonable. Decor was very cute. Will definitely go there again!

Lovely dining experience with impeccable service from staff. Their bread is soooo wonderful. Will definitely come back.
