Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. Second rate service from inattentive waiter.

A friend recommended Bouchon, and she was right on! Every dish we ordered was fabulous and the service was excellent as well. Too bad this restaurant isn't in Los Angeles.

Cocktails: Chopin>blue cheese dirty martinis
Soup: Soupe à l oignon (ask server to describe) phenomenal, well balanced.
Entree: antrecôte con frite .Tender and juicy on the inside and browned and flavorful on the outside. PERFECTION

Dessert and Latte, TO GO... No problem!!!

It was a great place. The creme brûlée was outstanding. The French onion soup was to die for. The bread was glorious.

We came here for a birthday and had an overall nice experience. We will definitely come again.

The waiter was really nice but I was a little taken aback when he told me that the lemonade “sucked”. He also recommended the cassoulet and I just could not finish it - really fatty and confusing. It just did not taste good and I’m not the type of person to return a dish but would have liked the opportunity to had the waiter asked what I thought of it. Again, really nice guy but it must have just been a busy night.

The chicken looked great though!

One of our regular stops in Vegas but the menu is getting limited and a little old. Where is the great seafood entrees (Scallops, sole, etc.)? And why did you have to kill every potato in Idaho to make one serving of frites???

Probably the best meal I've had in Vegas so far. Absolutely excellent service, perfectly prepared dishes, superb cocktails, an extensive wine selection, and knowledgeable servers. We enjoyed a leisurely 3 hour meal and the restaurant was nothing more than completely accommodating ....LOVED IT! I will definitely be back.

Love this restaurant in general. This last time was slightly below expectations. They treated my son very well and comped one of our desserts when they forgot to bring it out with the rest. My steak wasn’t amazing.

Very lucky to know the right people. We were able to be seated at 10:00 for Saturday brunch at Bouchon. Mimosas to start. Good strong French coffee. We started with the escargots, really good, lots of garlic. Glad for the api, with all the garlic butter left behind. Hubby had the spinach and mushroom quiche with a side of sausage, I had the eggs Benedict, eggs perfectly poached, just delicious. Beautiful space, tables well set apart. Except for the strong cloying perfume on the woman who sat down behind me, it was perfect.

For Valentine's Day, the prefixe menu lends to a rushed, cattle call type of experience ... turn the tables over as quickly as possible, no personalized attention. Music was very LOUD, hard to talk to one another. Requested a certain table, which they wouldn't honor upon arrival. To top it off, they double charged our credit charge. Haste makes waste. We are regular Platinum guests at the Venetian and visit often, we will not dine there again.

We booked this for a nice Valentines meal. Looked at the menu to check pricing and saw $35 to $45 entries but when we arrived there was a limited menu and it was $105!per person which was quite a shock. The meal was good but not worth $250.

Oysters, ravioli, bread, and amuse Bouche where great and drinks were spot on. But we were highly disappointed with remainder of the meal/quality of food; meat being par cooked and reheated, missing poached scallops, and plating (complete throwback to the 80s).

The food and service at Le Bouchon were excellent. We had the special Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu; a salmon mousse with avocado and a shrimp cocktail for the first course. The food and presentation were terrific. Our only criticism was that the shrimp cocktail shrimps were not peeled. This was probably done for authenticity but the shrimps were huge and there was no good way to peel them without getting your hands totally messy. A little annoying as a way to start, though they would likely have done the peeling for us if we had asked. But it was a very minor annoyance as the entrees were also excellent, one halibut with scallops, the other beef Oscar. The crepe dessert was very good and the gift box macaroons were wonderful. The waiter and staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. And they were careful with observing the gluten free requests we made for one diner. We would definitely go back there.

Food was overly salty and in the case of the steaks overcooked. Our server was a bit condescending. That said the management was kind regarding the poor quality of our mains. Underwhelming experience for Bouchon overall. The truffle soup, branzino and duck confit were quite good tho.

Our food was tasty and done correctly but the table next to us had to return their steaks because they were not cooked enough. The waiter treated them as if it were the customers fault, had them place the steaks on small plates for him to take to the kitchen and then forgot to check and come back with the steaks. This was our waiter also, he was indifferent but his coworkers were very good and pleasant at their jobs.

The restaurant was super noisy. You could not carry on a conversation. Then ambiance was terrible. They rushed us through dinner so they could turn over the table. Out in 1 hour, how is this a lovely dinner experience. Also, dropping the bread on the table with no plate, or bread plates seems not classy. Butcher paper over the linen table cloths also a turn off. A fine restaurant that charges those prices should be able to wash a table cloth.
