Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. Host staff accommodated us despite being very late for our reservation. We had oysters on a half shell, steak frites, croque madame, profiteroles, and foie gras. All were authentic and delightfully tasty except the foie gras. Since I don't live in Las Vegas, I don't know if there are other French restaurants that would be comparable.

Food was excellent as always. Service was a little slow to start. We got bread and water immediately, but no bread plates or utensils for a few minutes. Think they were overwhelmed by the convention people. Tables were very close together. Felt a little like sardines in a can. We were celebrating our anniversary so they brought us macarons for dessert. Overall, the experience was fine but we’ve experienced better from them.

We were excited to try Bouchon, but left feeling disappointed. We were seated quickly, but our drinks took a really long time and we had to ask a many to get them. The chicken dish was very good, but the lamb was dry and lacking flavor. The pork chop was just ok. This was no what i expected from a nice French restaurant. Would go back

Nice meal. The lamb servings were quite small, but the chicken and pork chop entrees were more than enough to share, so overall we had enough between four diners. Escargot was spectacular.

This was a great restaurant. Truly enjoyed all the fresh fish and the desserts were over the top delicious. The service was outstanding and we felt so comfortable and welcomed.

We came here ten years ago for my husband’s 40th, and again this year to celebrate his 50th. Bouchon exceeded our memory of how good it is! The trout, the salad, the desserts were all amazing. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were also quite pleased w how they handled the negative person who was seated next to us - moved her swiftly and quietly to appease her, which saved us from having our experience ruined.

Everything we had from the seafood tower, chicken, steak, French fries, salted Carmel pudding was absolutely delicious! The waiter was very courteous and knowledgeable. Chef Keller is amazing 👏

Completely overrated. Ambience is excellent. Expecting nice experience.

Starts nice. Coffee and fresh warm bread with jam and butter.

From here the story only goes downhill.

Coffee refills were slow and not hot.

Lemon scone was exceptionally dry.

Special mash with lamb sausage was atrocious. I have not sent a dish back for years. This one went back. All soupy lukewarm red peppers and onions with a scarce hint of potato and some lamb sausage. Looked like an omelet filing gone bad. Additionally, no seasoning. Plain awful.

Replaced with the biscuit and gravy. Ok at best. Biscuit was nice. Gravy was average. Just plain average.

My wife had the crab Benedict. Nice look. Decent flavor. But…..the muffin bottom was so toasted she couldn’t cut it with a knife without gnawing through it. Really disappointing but we just let it go.

Too bad because the ambience sets the tone for a great experience. The menu if executed could be awesome.

Kitchen Execution was a zero in my experience.

Won’t be rushing back to this one

Loved everything we ordered. Our server was in the happiest mood, very attentive, the type of person that just puts everyone in a great mood, the guy loves his job and it showed!
We were celebrating our anniversary, the server brought us surprise glasses of champagne (very nice). For appetizers we had the Huîtres* (oysters), I highly recommend, you can see the lady behind the counter shucking them fresh, thats all she did for hours and they were delicious! We also had Ossetra caviar, Olives Marinées, salmon tartare (it was on special). For dinner we had the Laitue (bib lettuce salad) probably one the best salad dressings I’ve ever had. I ordered the Steak Frites (flat iron steak & fries) delicious, the steak was very tender. My husband ordered the salmon special. We were so stuffed, in the end our happy server brought us a surprise creme brûlée! Yes, I ate it, didn’t matter how miserable I was from all the food I at already I was not passing up that creme brûlée, I highly recommend ordering it for dessert. So there, we had a great dinner, I will definitely be going back!

So used to the food being good and the chicken and waffles were but they rest came out cold and chewy never good for steak like it had been reheated. We said something and got our meal comped which was good. But it did seem as if that annoyed them.

We had a reservation for brunch and were seated promptly upon arrival. The hostess originally seated us at the dark corner at the back of the restaurant. When I asked to be moved near the outside window, she took us to a small table closer to window in between other people on each side.
Things were just starting back to open after Covid 19 so we were not very comfortable sitting so close to other people. We saw there were 2 empty tables right next to the window so we asked to the host if we can move there but she immediately said no because both tables were already booked for larger parties. However, those tables stayed empty for almost the entire duration we were there. To be honest, it marred our dining experience celebrating my birthday and made us feel a little slighted.

The Trout was alright , needed sauce or salt! The rib eye was a small size with French Fries that took up 3/4th’s of the plate, my cousin enjoyed her scallops and mussels. The oysters were yummy!

Bouchon did not disappoint with its excellent customer service (hostesses were great and server (her name slips my mind, I should have written this review sooner, but she hails from Maui :o)) was simply the best; super knowledgeable, warm & gracious) and perfectly executed meal (roast chicken, trout amandine, profiteroles, French 75, good bread). Thank you, Bouchon, for making our 30+ anniversary dinner a sheer delight. We will be back for the next one.

It's not very often that I'm blown away by a meal, but my dinner experience at Bouchon last night was beyond incredible. Our server, Josip, was incredibly friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some fantastic recommendations for our meal. For our appetizer we shared the marinated olives and deviled eggs, both of which tasted incredible. We were also brought fresh bread and warm pistachios for the table which were both so delicious as well.
For my main course, I had the daily special which included swordfish over ratatouille. This was, by far, the best swordfish dish I've ever had! For dessert, I had a raspberry, passion fruit, and pistachio macaron each of which were so delicious.
If you're looking for great seafood, or even French food in general, I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Bouchon next time you're in Vegas!!!

Always need a meal at Bouchon when in Vegas. The weather was too hot for the outside to be open but if you are in Vegas during milder temps try for an outside table - it’s so nice.
