Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. Great food and the waitstaff was very polite and attentive when they were dealing with us. However, we would go for some time without being visited or checked on making it a 2.5hr dinner. I realize this may be normal for French culture, but we are still in Vegas with things to go do/see afterwards!

From roast chicken to french onion soup to Sauteed Spinach, everything we had was very salty. It completely spoiled the taste of these french dishes. Apart from good dressing, leg of lamb was tasteless resulted from poor quality meat used for cooking.

We had a lovely dinner at Bouchon on our last night in Vegas. Our best meal on this trip to Vegas. The sautéed foie gras was outstanding and so was the bread. Every thing else was very, very good. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Always a great dining experience in one of TKs restaurant. Our waiter Russ was outstanding and really engaged our boys to ensure they had a great experience too. Jose was also fabulous! Our meals were so delicious from the appetizers right thru dessert.
Can’t wait to come back.

A great place for a special dinner! Our server, Gary, was the best! Took great care of us and shared some interesting info on the restaurant, the menu and the city! The food was amazing. Loved the knot bread that was placed directly on the table with a small crock of butter and warmed pistachios. Hubby had the swordfish and ratatouille and I opted for the steak and frites. The whole experience lived up to the reputation!

I really liked the atmosphere, it’s one of those restaurants for the appetizers and desserts are way better than the entrée. We paid pretty high dollar for a steak but I didn’t necessarily enjoy. It has been pointed out it may have just not been the right thing to order at a French restaurant. The lobster appetizer and escargot was amazing! My husband had lamb, and it actually felt more Greek than French. I think in Vegas it’s fun to find more of a steakhouse, where you can order like an entire lobster and fillet mignon…

Fantastic service by Gian Carlo.....I think he is a new server to the team. Friendly, polite and navigated us Thru the menu. The food was amazing and is a must stop when we visit the area. Thank you.....again for making the evening a delight.

The service was very good. The menu offered a nice variety without being too complicated. The portions were reasonable and the quality of the food was excellent. During our trip to Vegas, we thought this was one of the more reasonably priced restaurants and would definitely return.

Hello,
The food was overall excellent. The exception was the escargot which was salty. We mentioned this to our waiter who corrected me but informing me that butter has salt in it and that is why they tasted salty. This server has no business at such a high end restaurant. He doesn't know food, he argues with customers, he tries to act pompous and he most decidedly did not seem interested in my wife and I. Granted, my wife and I are in our 70's, and some younger people discount people our age. But I did not expect that at your restaurant.

Very disappointing. Despite having a near empty restaurant, our table was awkwardly placed against pillar, which separated two of our party. We were a large group but there was an alternative much better positioned table that we had to point out to the staff. Sadly the whole experience in terms of service, staff attitudes & ambiance was poor, which was surprising as there were many staff and few customers. We had to ask repeatedly for salt, water, wine to be poured etc. 3 of our party ordered the moules as a main & were encouraged to order fries. This really was simple check loading as we were overwhelmed by fries and 2 portions between 3 would have been plenty. Despite that the food was good, though perhaps not as hot as we would like.

Excellent food. Very friendly hosts. Back-waiter was excellent.

The server was awful. My husband manages a high end corporate steakhouse. We know the job and do not have unreasonable expectations. The waitress did not meet the minimum expectations.

She dropped our cocktails, took our order, and disappeared for the rest of the evening.

We typically order 3-4 courses and multiple drinks/wine per person, but for this experience, we just wanted to leave and go somewhere else for dessert and after dinner drinks.

On our way out of the restaurant, we discovered 3 other neglected tables seated behind us and saw the waitress serving a large private party.

So the fail was not just hers but management’s as well.

Hey. We came for breakfast with a group of 4 people. I ordered an orange juice and I specifically asked if it's freshes squeezed and the waiter said yes, and it wasn't. We ordered fruit Danish and got almond instead. All the food were served cold. Cold eggs. Cold waffles. This restaurant is overrated. We definitely ate not coming back.

Can't say I'll ever make it to the French Laundry, so this is the next best thing! It was not disappointing - I had the prefixed menu of the night, honoring Thomas Keller's mentor Chef Roger Verge. I wish it was something more exotic than prime rib, but the starter baked mussels were to die for! The rib was perfectly prepared and the other entree, the trout amandine was beautiful and delicious!

Absolutely Outstanding! I recommend NOT having a deadline like a show that you need to run off to or if you do, give yourself plenty of time because you won't want to leave. We spent over two hours enjoying this fine dining experience. Perfect cocktails to start with along with some oysters. Then our wait staff helped us pick an outstanding bottle of wine based on my description of what I like. Next we had a great appetizer and shared two entrees because we wanted to taste more of this fine food. Finally, a sinful dessert to finish it all off. I totally trusted the waitress and went with all of her recommendations. I basically put away the menu and let her describe these wonderful dishes. I consider myself a bit of a "foodie" and this place did not disappoint. Treat yourself, maybe spend a few of those blackjack bets on upgrading to a beautiful bottle of wine when you check this place out and please, take your time and enjoy it.

This beautiful little restaurant was a wonderful reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. The food was amazing, the service impeccable, and overall I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was a little surprised by the $7 charge for a carafe of tap water, but otherwise I was completely satisfied!

Disappointed in the breakfast. The Pan Perdue was cold and not flavorful. The Hashes were not great either. The only thing cooked well was the side of bacon. I will keep my visits to lunch.

While in Las Vegas for a work trip, my husband and I decided to have dinner at Bouchon. To start, the menu is very well thought out. We had a hard time choosing our meal! While we mulled it over our waiter brought us wine and bread with butter. Typically I'm not one to note bread and butter but this was the best bread and butter I can remember having in years. The texture... the flavor... sooooo good! Ultimately we narrowed it down to the deviled eggs appetizer, then the mussels and lamb for our entrees. The eggs were unlike any that we've had and were amazingly delicious. Our entrees were also leaps and bounds above any other meals we had in Vegas. The ambiance of the restaurant was also incredible. It felt as if we were actually I'm a little French restaurant, and having walked through the Venetian to get there only added to the European feel. Our waiter was perfectly well-timed and careful to be present just the right amount as to meet our wants without disrupting our dinner. The price point was a little higher than other places we went, but still it seemed reasonable considering what a great experience it was. I highly recommend that anyone in Vegas should try out this marvelous restaurant.

I have been to the Bouchon In Yountville so I was hoping that the quality of food will be just as good. However, some of the dishes were just a bit too salty (i.e. Escargots and Steaks)

Service is good and the environment is nice. Overall, it’s still a good restaurant.

We enjoyed brunch on a Saturday, which needless to say, was very busy. As a result, the noise level was super loud. The brunch menu was a good value with something for everyone. Our server was outstanding. The only criticism was the condition of the small waiting area near the hostess station. It was messy, with dirty dishes on the side tables. Small issue but not okay for a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, great experience!

Some of the best breakfast you will find anywhere. The pastries are top notch, and the special we had which was the prime rib has was one of the best I have ever had.
