Thomas Keller's Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Crain rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye

This place is always amazing. Delicious food and equally thoughtful and attentive service. Enjoy the Foie Gras terrine as not many places including the original Napa outlet serve it. That is the best along with the simple roast chicken. THANKS!

We discovered Bouchon years ago, and it's on our must-do list whenever we're in Las Vegas. Having lived in Paris and worked in a small restaurant, Bouchon has the kind of menu that makes me want to order one of everything. Great service and authentic decor for a French Brasserie.

Great seafood, bread and desserts. Super service.

My only complaint this visit. We both ordered cassoulet, which is a long-time favorite that takes days to prepare. You have to make a big batch for a restaurant menu. Problem is, it was dried out by the time we ate it. Add more duck fat and broth, and it'll be perfect!

Really disappointing experience, table booked for 9pm, young children still in restaurant if they weren’t crying it wouldn’t have been a problem. Wine completely overpriced. Starters and desserts were fantastic, we all opted for the signature chicken for main really disappointed nothing special at all and several undercooked with the blood running into the jus. Service and our waiter We’re absolutely 5 star. Very overpriced experience

Extraordinary food and service. The only suggestion I would make would be to slow down the service a bit. We hadn’t finished our salad course when the entrees arrived. A small point in a fabulous evening.

This is our second time at Bouchon and it was possibly better than the first, and the first was outstanding. This is what fine dining is meant to be. What sets this restaurant apart is that they nail everything. The ambiance, the food, the service are all five star. It is not inexpensive, but compared to many other high end restaurants in Vegas, Bouchon offers a great deal more for your money. We will go to Bouchon every time we are in Las Vegas, I cannot imagine a better dining experience.

Our tenth visit to Bouchon. We were disappointed this time. Service is always outstanding but the food was pretty much pedestrian and pricey. My wife likes it but me not so much. Just two of us and the small seafood tower is just too large for two. We wish they offered an alternative.

This used to be our go to restaurant in Vegas. Loved the appetizers but NOT the entrees. Cassoullet was super day and the veggies on top of my Trout tasted like scooped up scrapes thrown on top there were old and dry. Loved our waiter and the wine. I'd pass on cocktails next time. Definitely not worth the $17 which I'm used to, but they need to be really good. I think its time to move on...

Breakfast - this is The Place. We can’t think of breakfast in Vegas not at the Bouchon (at least once over a visit)
Lunch - if you like to try best salad in Vegas - this is the place!
Oysters - absolutely best, freshest, tastiest oysters. We love oysters from WA. Amazingly, oysters tasted fresher and were cheaper than in Seattle, WA. Go figure...
Dinner was great, but not Michelin star great. 1/2 the price of Michelin star restaurant though.

Quite decent, but phenomenally expensive for the quality. $300 for a pretty good dinner, a drink, and a glass of wine each for two is more than I would hope for. But that’s Vegas.

Food was cold and not good. I’m guessing prepared- reheated dishes for Thanksgiving. Worst $400 I’ve ever spent. I’ve had great luck with Keller’s restaurants in Napa but the Vegas spot is not good. Service and atmosphere is good but they simply serve BAD food.

This was a sublime meal!
It is difficult to find anything to criticize about the care that is obvious in the choice of ingredients and the preparation...even if you are a bitter person and really want to.
The only thing I can come up with after this experience is: maybe the bread could be warm as it reaches the table. There I said it. I might as well have said Michelangelo could have used a little more burnt umber on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. The bread, shaped like a sheaf of wheat, has wonderful flavor and the textural differences between crust and crumb were beyond reproach, but, yes, if it was 10 degrees C warmer...
Started with Escargot a la Bourguignon with traditional parsley, garlic and butter drenching snails with just the right amount of chew. Then, add a petite Bouchon house-made puff pastry cap on each that obviates the awkward Julia-Roberts-Pretty-Woman-snail-extraction moment, then adds that light crunchy texture and another vehicle for the garlic butter and Chef Keller has thus elevated a dish that many do well.
Then, the roast chicken..."You went to Bouchon and ordered the chicken?!" Yes, do you have a problem with that? Well, you shouldn't. The Chef, himself, selects this dish when he dines at his own restaurants. Take carefully selected small farm quality poultry, carefully brine it and then dry it over 2-3 days. Then, brush it with clarified butter, salt again and roast until skin is light and crispy, but flesh is juicy and flavorful.
Definitely consult with sommelier, Chris, who belies his apparent age with an encyclopedic knowledge as well as a clear passion for the craft.
Finish with either the chocolate cake which is chocolate on chocolate, yet not over sweet. Or maybe the lemon tarte, light with the sabayon base and balancing sweet and tart masterfully.
From start to finish and every point in between, a wonderful culinary experience!

Bland food, poorly prepared. We had high expectations for a special occasion that was intended to be the highlight of our trip to Vegas. Instead we had a meal where each course was far below quality and flavor standards we would expect from a Thomas Keller restaurant. To be specific, we started with the French Onion soup; it was watery, bland, and lacked any depth of flavor. I had the pumpkin soup, which tasted like it had no broth in the soup base, and what should have been a toasty pumpkin flavor fell flat. We followed this with the duck confit cassoulet and roast lamb. The cassoulet again was under seasoned and there was very little flavour. I've had this dish at Bistro Jeaunty in Napa, and it is a culinary delight. I've had this dish at bistro 29 in santa rosa and it was also amazing. Bouchon should not have put this on the menu if they are unable to prepare it properly. My wife's lamb lacked all seasoning, save a small dash of salt on one slice. There was some tough, inedible skin on the outside of each slice that evidenced the lamb had been sitting a long time. The onions were almost raw and flavorless, the chestnuts were chalky. There was really no sauce worth mentioning. The wine recommended was ok, but we have had much better from St. Francis in Sonoma county that would have been amazing with a well prepared lamb and duck. The pureed potatoes were bland and boring, tasting only of heavy cream. We did not finish any of it and we ended up being comped for the cassoulet because I complained. We also had a creme brulee that had an old, soft caramel top, as if it had been made days ago. It was very loose and varied in temperature like it had sat next to something hot on one side. We feared eating it.
To conclude, I spent $200 for our 25th anniversary meal that tarnished the occasion. I am severely disappointed.

Our last night we ate at Bouchon. I had high expectations and they were all met. We started with steak tartare and the french bread with provide with butter that must be from heaven - it was all delicious! We also had the croque madame which was rich and indulgent, the steak frites and the gnocchi. A highlight was the profiteroles where they pour warm chocolate sauce atop the dessert in front of you so that your mouth is watering as you dig in!

We loved our dinner at Bouchon! We were seated promptly upon arrival and served DELICIOUS fresh bread and pistachios. The menu had tons of options–we wanted to try everything. The wait staff was friendly and the somm was knowledgeable and approachable. They had some decently priced bottles of wine ($55) which was a pleasant surprise for someone not trying to spend too much money. Everything we ordered was exceptional, the chicken and mussels were particularly good.
