Bouche Bistro (Santa Fe)
Beautiful outdoor patio, weather permitting.
Service was good but slow. Waited quite a while to be acknowledged after we were seated. Tables are very close together.
Excellent as expected. Our go to restaurant in SF.
Excellent food and service. Great place. We have enjoyed dining here for years. Always lives up to expectations.
Eating at Bouche Bistro was like being back in France where I lived for 12 years not long ago. The decor evoked wonderful memories and as for the food....I haven't had such a positive dining experience for longer than I care to remember. It was so very enjoyable that I want to return as soon as I can.
Bouche is always a special treat. We love this place. Service is impeccable.
Not in love with it. Seems to be going in the wrong direction
Since owner/chef Charles Dale left it is just not the same quality and not particularly french.Small portions
Always good for every occasion
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Bouche and really enjoyed the experience. Service was excellent and food excellent. This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we will go back!
Food, excellent. Gravlax with a frisée salad was great, the vegetable lasagna fabulous. Oysters as fresh as if taken out of the waters for us. A great calf’s liver. Service impeccable. A bit noisy but a lively atmosphere. A great chocolate pot for dessert. All in all our second visit was as great as the first, even with s change in the chef. Highly recommended.
We celebrated our anniversary at our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe and appreciated the special attention we received from Antonio and the accurate discriptions of the food and drink given by John.
Food and service were outstanding. Our third experience at Bouche. We extended our trip just to dine there. Never disappoints.
Very noisy.. not as pretty as Aqua Santa was in sane space.
Food was good.
Owner operated neighborhood restaurant within walking distance of our Airbnb. Very good pate and steak tartare. Wonderful bread and lemon merangue torte baked on promises. Nice wine list.
Very friendly, professional staff. Great waiter. Cozy comfortable atmosphere. Excellent food!
The food was delicious, and it was plentiful. The only drawback was that the server took a very long time to come to the table to get our wine selection.
Enjoyed dining at this small restaurant. Service was over the top.
I love Buche Bistro, their food is very savory and satisfy, great service and good value!
Lovely dinner, we were celebrating an event. Service and food were both great. I can always count on this restaurant being a success.
Phenomenal food, very very knowledgeable service. The wine list is impressive.
This was our first visit, we had a great time with friends. the ambiance, food, wine, service were all wonderful. And the profiterole dessert was amazing. We will definitely be back.
It was our 65th wedding anniversary, nowhere can serve excellent food as Bistro for us, so we went there. As we expected we had wonderful, tasty meal to our satisfaction, so lovely. Enjoyed tremendously, thank you, Elizabeth/Russell mooney
The new spring menu has many lighter dishes than the recently departed winter menu. As always, each dish is cooked perfectly and presented smartly. Also. the best bread in town
Bouche Bistro has taken a nosedive. Although the service remains excellent, the quality has drastically plummeted with the new ownership and new spring menu. They have sadly miniaturized the classic French onion soup (previously the best I’ve ever had) to a tiny, cup-sized portion. They have also replaced the large, plump and delicious prawns in the prawn cocktail with a smaller, less tasty version. The so-called Local Lamb Stew, Navarin-Style, with Hand-cut Pappardelle is misrepresented: it is not a hearty lamb stew, but rather a pasta dish with a thin ragout sauce with tiny pieces of lamb in it. The new décor has decreased the ambiance, the walls now overly-cluttered full of tacky string-craft pictures with, in the words of another reviewer, “a cliched Parisian look”. The new owners are clearly prioritizing their profit margin of their bottom-line over maintaining the quality which had kept us coming back as loyal customers all of these years. What a terrible loss for Santa Fe foodies.
Every bite and every moment was delicious! Cozy and inviting ambiance, great service, amazing food. Fluke special served in pea emulsion with homemade gnocchi, lamb-duck-sausage cassoulet, profiterole with carafe of ganache- some of our all time favorite dishes. I have worked in restaurants (sous chef and front of house) for 30 years, and this is one of the top dining experiences I've ever had. Thank you!
Excellent service. Excellent food. A bit overpriced, especially the wine. Highly recommended.
Service from waiter was good but kitchen apparently “forgot” our dessert, so there was a sizable delay between main course and dessert. To waiters credit, he adjusted charge off of bill.
We always go Bouche on our limited opportunities to go out. Food is fantastic with a service to match.
This was my first visit at Bouche Bistro and I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.
I especially liked the intimate setting, meaning not many tables and no obvious hustle by the staff,
who went about their jobs professionally. Can't wait to try it again!
Nothing special—at all. Food was ok but for the price it needed to be fabulous. Would not recommend this restaurant!
The dining experience at Bouche is always wonderful. The service is friendly and food is delicious. I highly recommend it!
Our 13th Wedding Anniversary. Thomas was, as always, the most professional and endearing server. Our thanks to the kitchen for making our meal vegan and gluten free!
This was a great night out with friends during "Restaurant Week in Santa Fe" and we were all very happy with the evening! The food was fabulous! John (or Jon?), our waiter was awesome! No complaints! Bouche is such a great restaurant that they seriously need to (probably already are!) think about relocating to bigger digs!!!
Excellent service. We did not enjoy sitting at a raised table...the coq au vin was not up to par....good value for restaurant week.
Great night. Lovely Irish waiter. Enjoyed every moment.
Family dinner during restaurant week.
Great experience, very attentive staff. Hat’s off Tomas!
The food was delicious. I love the Bistro atmosphere. Our wait person knew the wine list intimately and picked the perfect wine for us in our price range. My friend and I agreed we need to go there more often. Did I mention they have parking!
The food was absolutely delicious. Our server John was very attentive and helpful. I ordered a
glass of wine which went perfectly well with the meal. My only complaint was the size of the
pour seemed rather small in proportion to the cost of the glass.
Elegant setting, great server, impressive wine list, mussels to die for.
