I would def suggest eating here if you are ever in Downtown Boston. We made a reservation for lunch, although one was not really needed by the look of the open seating and the casual attitude of the staff.
The service got off on a rocky start. They set the table after we were seated which was awkward, and then twice we were brought someone else's food which was surprising since they wrote our order down on our placemats and was posted to a computer screen that specified who in which seat got what food.
The food was very good, however I unfortunately found a piece of a blue rubber band in my ramen. They did not charge us for my meal which was appreciated.
Would I still go back? Yes, I would.
