Hands down one of the most delicious brunch I ever had. We ate from Bosk Benny's list - lifestyle and down south and it was just delicious.
Food is fantastic as is service. Still a little overpriced.
The service was great, the food was okay. The limited menu selection and the $42 price for a small piece of salmon would prevent us from coming back. The duck was good as well as the appetizer lobster. 5 star for the service.
I celebrated my birthday with the tasting menu option and also chose the wine pairing. The service was excellent and I was even surprised with a lovely glass of sparkling wine.
My only criticism was the fact that the first wine in the wine pairing was champagne to accompany the caviar dish. The champagne that was served was completely flat. It was obvious they were simply trying to impress me by providing me with an upgraded champagne selection. I quickly realized they were just needing to finish off the already opened bottle. When I advised them the champagne was flat, it was not refilled. They simply apologized and took away my half empty glass.
Very delicious meal! Appreciate Bosk for arranging a birthday dessert for me!!! Definitely one of the best brunch in Toronto!
Some of the above choices would be for Bosk others for the Lobby Lounge.
Stopped in for brunch with unlimited mimosas, food was very delicious, the mimosas were truly unlimited, the only challenge was smaller children in the restaurant, price not cheap but for the quality really reasonable, little ridiculous and chintzy paying $2.50 for still water from a jug!?!
The worst lamb I’ve ever eaten. Everything else was good. But when a main dish is awful you do not want to come back.
BOSK is one of then best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Excellent service, the Pinot Noir recommendation was DIVINE and the pre theatre menu was excellent.
The food is INCREDIBLE. The calamari and lobster eggs benny were 10/10
One word: superb. Service is attentive but unobtrusive. We enjoyed a meal of four courses each. All recommendations by our server were spot on. Definitely try the crab or caviar for the 1st course. The lobster and foie gras were immensely flavourful with a well rounded finish. Most moist yet cooked salmon main we have ever tasted. The milk and cookie dessert was both creative and balanced - the simplicity of the dessert's name does not do it justice. Just order it.
We enjoyed the calm atmosphere with the sounds of the live lobby bar music filtering in without being overpowering. Bosk definitely deserves to be on everyone's shortlist.
Celebrated my wife’s birthday at Bosk. The food was delicious and service was fantastic. They forgot to mention to our waiter that it was my wife’s birthday. When the dessert came out it didn’t come with a candle or Happy birthday written in chocolate, however, our waiter Anthony quickly rectified the issue and not only brought my wife another dessert with a candle, he also poured us complimentary champagne. Overall, I highly recommend Bosk to anyone.
Everything was amazing from ambience to food. I went with my girls for a dinner date and we were welcomed with a complimentary wine. Food was amazing with different pairings of wine. I loved every bit of it. Will be back soon
The best servers and the best food I’ve eaten so far, I’ve been to many other restaurants such as Canoe, Tundra, and Arriba. By far, this has been one of the best experiences so far.
Keep up the good work,
Staff friendly and helpful. Met Yasmin, the Manager, and she was very concerned about our experience, to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and the food was delicious, which IT WAS. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends. Thank you, BOSK
Amazing food, excellent service.. portion size almost too big and unexpected but I still see that as delivering upon expectation! Good wine and beverage choices. Beautiful hotel.
Fantastic food and service.
Portions are small and food seemed just above average given the price of the meal
Was a lovely lunch. Good service and a beautiful place.
Just a Heads up. There is a 2.50$ surcharge of water on the bill and they automatically add tip of 18% regardless of party size.
Had the winterlicious menu. Food was very good, though the tuna poke bowl was quite underseasoned. Duck confit was delicious!
Service was pretty good but the food was disappointed. Appetizer and main course are both salty, the dessert was too sweet.
Awesome food and exceptional service.
The food was great and the presentation was excellent. I ordered the Arctic char appetizer with duck as the main course and they both were done with perfection. The place did not disappoint me for my first visit. I will definitely come back another time.
Absolutely loved everything!
Went there for winterlicious and would so go back!
Food was superb, service phenomenal, ambiance perfect!
Went there for Winterlicious
It was great
Delicious food and great service as usual! Our table was also well located to have a confidential conversation.
Had a great benny brunch with bottomless mimosas. Brunch menu was straight-forward -- most of the cost seems to come from the mimosas, so I would recommend making the most of that option!
The food at brunch was very good but not spectacular. A little imagination required for healthier options that are still at a high level of presentation. Best part of brunch was the celeriac soup. Mimosas were good but could have been amazing if fruit purée used for the pineapple for example. Less options but real purée.
The cappuccino was extra, too expensive ($7), and not very good. The espresso was weak tasting or else the frothed milk was not in proportion. In any event I didn’t finish it. Had one at home afterwards on my Nespresso machine.
The service was wonderful from reception, to seating, serving all courses. Made to feel very special. Well cared for experience. Serving staff are well trained. Made the visit so pleasant.
So nice to have a cab hailedfor us by the doorman. Wonderful hotel.
On my niece's recommendation we came here for our anniversary. The restaurant is off the lobby bar which is very loud and busy. The restaurant was less busy on the night we were there and conversation was possible. The service was very attentive and friendly. My husband had the celeriac soup and the halibut, both of which he loved. I had the kale salad and the salmon. Also very good. The portions were not huge but were adequate.
We had dessert- the pudding. It was delicious. They had even written out on the plates "Happy Anniversary" in chocolate. When we received our bill, we were told that our dessert and coffee were gratis- to thank us for celebrating our anniversary there. Very special.
The sea urchin mousse that came with the salmon was mind-blowing; duck was perfect. We loved everything. Great evening with friends.
Always spectacular food and service. Pricey but worth it
great food, great services. definitely one of my favorites in toronto.
Great food, great ambiance...wonderful staff,
Thank you for a cozy evening!
This felt like having breakfast in the lobby of a utilitarian 3* hotel. The food was on point but that's about it. Coffee, mimosas were pretty bad. Tea was 'meh'. Service was extremely poor, super inexcusable considering the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. We were using up Shangri-La points but I wouldn't bother otherwise. In fact, I'll use my Shangri-La points elsewhere next time.
Awesome. Food was great. Service even better. Nice room. Creative menu. Will.go again.
Great food! Great service!!
The food was amazing and the service was attentive and wonderful thanks to our server JC!
Nice space, looks fancy, customer service is good but nothing over the top - text-book complaint (fill water, ask if everything is ok, say thank you, say have a good night, bye..)
Was expecting a little bit better in the food - for a good tasting menu usually I would finish everything on the dish, garnishes and sauces included. I left a piece of swordfish...was a little salty...also comes with asparagus (in the winter?? couldn't pick another vegetable?) ate half of my toffee dessert, was a little too sweet. Come to think of it, we were never offered tea/coffee, would've needed one for sure. Black truffle agnolotti was good.
You know bosk as a good place for dinner, and as having an outstanding wine cellar. My partner and I went for breakfast today, and were blown away. The food was stellar, service impeccable, and there was a vibrant early-morning business-meeting scene going on. I'll be back personally for future business breakfasts, and simply for the great food!
