Great service, Unbelievably delicious flavors and textures! Loved the enchilada verde, butternut squash and sauce that came with the seafood a la plancha, and the vegan tamal. Shrimps were a bit overcooked, but what yummy sea scallops and delicious sauces!
Wonderful experience, food was delicious with great service! Their vegetarian options are plentiful and fantastic. If available try and sit on the covered patio.
We've loved Border Grill for years and go there every time we are in Las Vegas. If anything, it gets better every time. This trip our nephew and his wife were with us -- they are vegan and were pleased to find the Veganuary menu. We all had vegan or 80/20 choices and no-one was disappointed. Best-plate-of-the-night award went to the smoked tofu enchiladas, but the Spanish roasted veggie tamale was a close second. Can't wait to go back as soon as we're able. PS -- our server was great, too -- unfortunately I've forgotten his name.
We sat in the lounge so we could enjoy the football game. Our food took an exceptionally long time to arrive but our server kept the champagne flowing! Make sure to come hungry since there is a lot to choose from :)
Amazing brunch buffet with great service!
The food is really good! The service is ok. The service usually starts off strong, but then we always seem to lose our server. This is a bigger problem since the brunch is small plates menu. If we can't get it a server then we don't have food or the unlimited mimosas we paid for. If this place could get the service on point, it could be one of the top bunches in Vegas, but it's not there yet.
Love the food and the service is always great
Everything was mediocre. Nothing really to complain about, nothing to rave about. The Host/ manager was very kind and friendly, but aside from that not much to say about the place.
Unique all you care to eat brunch idea with a Tapas menu selection. Lots of tasty and creative dishes. Don't miss the steak and eggs and Mimosas.
Our waitress Autumn was fantastic. She had a great personality, kept our glasses full, checked on us an appropriate amount of times. However the food was just ok. The flavors were lacking and the guacamole wasn’t flavored at all. For $9 the amount and fast we’re subpar at best.
Vegan Menu for Jan is excellent - And I’m not a Vegan
Ate 2 nights in a row- It was that good
I hope the LA location dwtn has this menu too
Border Grill - Pls keep 1 or 2 items long term!!
This was exceptional. Great EVERYTHING. I got the guac, Mexican corn off the cob and the shrimp ceviche and it was all divine. Great space, fabulous service and a beautiful place. Not your typical Mexican joint (which are also great).
Muy buena atención, un poco de frío y no podían encender la estufa afuera pero fuera de eso todo muy bien
Service was very good at the beginning of our meal, but faded after the entrees were dropped. Had our server come to check on us at any point, we would have been able to tell him that the short rib enchilada was bland and tasted unfresh, along with the fish in our tacos tasting very fishy and salty. We also had trouble getting attention for our drink orders. Additionally, we were seated downstairs, which was bright and pretty, but there were birds in the dining room. Our server said they are aware of the birds, but can't control the problem. I've been to Border Grill on a few occasions prior to this and have always had great service and delicious food, so this experience was very disappointing.
Food very salty , fish was fishy tasting, staff was friendly n service was good
Delicious food, starting with perfect chips and salsa trio with guacamole. I'm not vegan, but my daughter and I ordered off the vegan menu and weren't dissapointed. My husband and son ordered a carnitas dish that they totally enjoyed. The food was all very flavorful and well done. The server was super friendly and awesome, the cocktails were well made.
Great food .
The food was awful, the kitchen was definitely off their mark. The Chile relleno is too spicy to eat so returned for the tortilla soup which arrived lukewarm. The roast chicken was so overcooked and dry as were the Peruvian potatoes like hockey pucks. Overheard adjacent tables complaining about their food as well. So disappointed. Server was very busy but attentive. Management professional and seemed to care but will not go back until they straighten their kitchen out.
Fantastic food and really friendly people. Chef’s menu is varied and everything is good.
Advertised brunch and endless mimosas on Open Table but neither were available which needs to be noted. It is Las Vegas and New Years, I would not expect brunch to be weekends only.
Also, I ordered flour tortillas instead of corn. Corn were brought out after the waitress told me I could do flour. I was then told after taking my first bite that flour were not available. That should have been discussed prior to delivering the meal as it gave me no option other than to send it back.
Food & drinks were great! Our table was downstairs & next to a window - there was quite a draft, which detracted from thoroughly enjoying our experience.
Good food and service! We went there for our anniversary and the staff served us champagne on the house!!
Skirt steak was done perfectly. The Peruvian potatoes were perfectly seasoned. Cap it off with margaritas and you have a winner.
I also found their servers highly and appropriately attentive. This level of service is greatly appreciated.
Food was interesting and delicious! Server was kind and helpful and warm tortilla chips and guac were amazing!
We had a few small plates/appetizers. They were all very good. We enjoyed sitting at the bar.
Absolutely my favorite brunch spot on the Las Vegas strip. I always think of it as a hidden gem....and I'm so grateful that I know about it. It's a must-go-to place with out of town visitors as the small plate concept and the menu selection is so unique. Also my favorite place for my birthday celebration!
Very nice restaurant. Food was very good and the dining room was comfortable. Server did a fantastic job as well. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back.
Bottomlesss mimosa brunch
Great food and excellent service. everything was delicious and the plates are creatively made. Very fresh, we went two days in a row :)
Only option given was outdoor seating. It was cold outside and the heater by our table wasn’t working. The food wasn’t good at all. The steak quesadilla was cold, some of the steak wasn’t fully cooked and the quesadilla itself was too thick. The beans and rice were cold. Had no flavor as if they came straight out of a can. Very disappointed
Went for lunch. It was busy. Tried something different and was pleasantly surprised! They start you off with chips/salsa. So good. Chicken poblano torta was amazing!
i thought the food and service here was very good. The restaurant is inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, so it is very accessible if you are staying on the premises.
The flavor of each item (apps/salsas) we had were awesome. But all three entrees where not hardly warm when delivered.
I was shocked to be seated at an outdoor table with a high temperature of 59 F. Even with the outdoor heater, I was cold, and certainly, my food got cold quickly. The service was acceptable. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired, particularly considering the price. I have eaten at the Border Grill several times in past, but this recent experience left a lot to be desired.
Our server Tiffany was fantastic. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Constantly check to see how everything was and if we needed anything.
Food was over priced, over cooked, under seasoned. Not much variety in the menu. Host made us wait at the desk for several minutes before seating us. The best service was from the gentleman who brought us water
Food was fantastic. Unlimited mimosas great too. The basic Prosecco was decent and paired well with the juices they came with as well as the food. Flavor bombs all around. Always out favorite when in town.
Greatest experience at the outside bar for brunch. Bring jacket in the fall/winter time, because there's a limited amount of heaters.
Everything was wonderful except the shrimp which was overcooked. We were not rushed and felt we could’ve stay for hours. Service was excellent. Never felt ignored or hovered over.
