View Private Dining DetailsAll the food is great, fresh, clean and innovative. I brought a friend - a Las Vegas local - who didn't know of the spot. She agreed that their tortilla chips are the best. Home made, crunchy and pleasing. We ordered the guacamole, octopus and a grilled fish. We were stuffed and immensely satisfied. The broth the fish was in makes me want to go back and order it again. The service is as good as the food. Whoever trains their staff knows what they are doing. The people there are real professionals who make it look so easy, but they are sensitive, gracious and attentive. This is a somewhat casual and relaxed place that is friendly to dressing down or dressing up. This is one of my Vegas favorites.
We had meetings back to back and our waiter was amazing and never rushed us. He was extremely patience and friendly. Thank you!
The food was delicious as were the cocktails. Prices were reasonable and portions were hefty. I did find the service a bit too fast which made us feel rushed. We took our time though and enjoyed the yummy meal.
This Border Grill is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. The ingredients are high quality, the dishes are fabulous, and the service is excellent. My favorite is the Kurobuta pork cheeks and the sweet tomalleys.
This restaurant exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure!! I booked it after looking at some dining options before the Michael Jackson show. The food was delicious and service excellent. It seemed like every time we took a sip of water our glasses were topped it. I would recommend the pork entree which is a house specialty, it was incredible. I had the Shrimp and scallops which were also delicious.
My daughter, husband, and I all loved our meals.
I have eaten here several times and I have never been disappointed. I am impressed with the server's ability to provide spot on recommendations. The food has consistently been exceptional and interesting. The chicken enchiladas and Tacos Al Pastor continue to be my favorites! My only very small criticism is that sometimes the food comes to fast, when really would just enjoy sitting and enjoying the meal more.
Very pretty outdoor patio, good food, great chips and salsa and solid margheritas.
We sat in the patio area overlooking the pool area; great view. Food was great and the service was excellent
We went to Border Grill for their brunch and we were very pleased. Of course we were STUFFED, as it's all the small plates you can eat. I really enjoyed getting to try so many of their menu choices and they were all delicious. The different mimosa flavors were also very enjoyable. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone looking for a brunch in Vegas.
Food was just ok. Over priced and portions not very big. Hostess needs to be trained, she tried to seat the people behind us first. She was rude and inconsiderate, luckily the people behind us recognize it and told her we were there first. A lot better places in Vegas to eat.
Food was not good, ordered the cadillac margaritas and they were okay, to expensive 14.00 per drink. We ordered a kid burrito bean and cheese and it came with no cheese...way below average for the price...id skip it.
Poor food and not great service. Very disappointed had better Mexican food in almost every other restaurant.
Great food and service. Get a table on the patio!
Our server was amazing. I can't say enough. The food as always was amazing as well! We will be back soon! Thanks Border Grill! You never disappoint.
Sunday Easter Brunch! Absolutely delicious and amy first small plate experience to boot. This was also my first holiday brunch and I loved it. A bit pricey but I did add the bottomless mimosa option. Really enjoyed that each mimosa was a different flavor. The waiter did a great job in suggesting this option. Pomegranate was the best tasting one, unfortunately I didn’t make it through all the mimosa options, I was hammered by the 4th round. Favorite dishes were the Yucatán eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, green corn tamales, and cinnamon pancakes. My significant other enjoyed the oyster bar. We will definitely be back! Thank you Border Grill for the fantastic experience.
I love eating at Border Grille and make sure I stop here for dinner at least once on any trip to Vegas. The food is fresh, great tasting, and importantly ethically sourced. A large menu variety is sure to allow everyone to find something they will love.
We were seated on the patio, there was a private party below with DJ music that was blasting. The noise level was uncomfortable, I was unable to carry a conversation with my family. After 3 requests and 20 minutes we received a kid's menu. My experience was not very enjoyable.
Overall our experience was good. The food decent and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance was good but our table was small for a party of six. We appreciated the server offering to split our shared dishes and the check. Great job!
The food was not better than any other Mexican Food available in any other generic Mexican restaurant. Waiter got drink orders wrong. Courses were rushed as entree came out right after appetizer. On the table next to us, the waiter moved a diner's salad aside while she was eating it to put an entree in front of her. When I ordered enchildadas, the waiter asked if I wanted broccoli or rice and beans with it, so I though it was an accompaniment. I didn't really want either but said rice and beans and then there was a $6 charge added. This was both deceptive and overpriced. While we were eating our entree, we were asked about desert. The overall experience was rushed, food was below average.
Really enjoyed our dining experience at the Border Grill. Our waiter was outstanding and helped us select the right dishes. The flank steak is excellent and so flavourful. Definitely will go back the next time I'm in Vegas.
The food was excellent as was the service. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered the beef taquitos. They were a little too spicy for my liking so I only tried one of them. The server brought us some sour cream to help but it really didn't. Our server took almost 20 minutes to take our order but when she arrived she was very willing to accommodate. The restaurant was nice but not worth the price of food. We saw Michael Jackson show and the theater was far from where we were eating. Next time, I would reserve at a place closer to the show.
Family trip to LV! Border Grill was outstanding in all respects
The food was fantastic!!!!!!!
The food was overall delicious. The only bummer was that we purposely asked our waiter if certain things were spicy and he said no. But when our food came, it was spicy with jalapenos. We had to both pick them out of our food.
Service was outstanding, very upbeat vibe and great food! Highly recommend, can't wait to go back.
Two people got sick from the food that was served. They both ordered the same dish.
Was amazing! Loved the food!
Border Grill, not to be confused with the similarly named On The Border Grill chain, nevertheless serves up higher end Mexican for reasonable prices, which is quite unique for a restaurant located in a casino.
Hostess was very rude! It started raining and she put us outside with no covering. We asked if she could move us inside and she said she’d check. She never came back. We had drinks and guacamole while we were outside until we were moved inside after asking the manager. We had half our guac left over outside and they didn’t give it to us/offer us a new one/remove it from the check. Not the best service!
Great gluten free options
Even with a large conference in the hotel, Border Grill's service, food, and ambiance were great. Their take on classic chile rellenos was light and delicious as was their take on tres leches. I'm not sure how they were getting orders out of the kitchen that fast, but it was perfect timing, since I had tickets to a show after dinner.
There were large parties as well as private parties in some of the rooms off the main seating area, but I didn't see anyone waiting for water, drinks, food, or their check. These people have the conference trade down pat.
You charge $1.00 for two glasses of water. Wow been all over the world and that's a first. Its only a buck but wow.. it's not the water it's the fact you did it.
Our server Tiffany was awesome! She was polite and attentive when needed. Thank you!
Awesome, gluten-free TexMex, with wonderful drinks. It's a great place.
Always fabulous food here!!
Took 40 minutes to get our food....was super loud mainly due to the guy at the 8 person table 2 feet from ours. Bad experience with my wife and 2 daughters. Manager offered desert for free but we were full from 3 baskets of chips while waiting and watching people eat who arrived 15-20 minutes after us. Food was good. Our meal should have been comped or greatly reduced-50 off. They took 1 drink off our tab. Not going back.
Great. First time and we loved it. We had the flank steak. Excellent
Wait staff was great many gluten free choices
Autumn our server was AWESOME!!!
Food was good
