The food was very good. I ordered my steak medium rare, but half of it was very rare, so I didn't finish it. The waitress was very friendly, but we had to hunt her down for our bill.

Everything was pretty good, the service, the food, our server. The only thing was the michelada was really poor the salted rim was barely salted at all and the mixes used tasted a bit funky. I’d still go back for the food but definitely not going to get another michelada

My husband and I were looking for a place to enjoy a night out. We couldn't of found a better place. Border grill has great service and excellent food. We really liked the chimi churri rib-eye. My husband can't wait to go back!

This is a great spot for a very early dinner before an event at the Dorothy Chandler or Walt Disney Hall, a fifteen-minute walk away. The parsnip and pear soup was to die for! Peruvian ceviche was accompanied by crispy plantains and little tastes of the best guacamole I've ever had. I will be back!

I love the weekend brunch here, and now that they've added a vegan menu, it's twice as wonderful. Delicious small plates, unlimited, such fun to taste and try new delights and old favorites.

Very good cocktails, and innovative Mexican cuisine. Very welcoming, and great service. We arrive late due to traffic and told server we had theater tickets, so they ensured we got our food timely.

The food was very poor quality. The chicken in the quesadillas was fatty and very greasy. Margaritas had too much salt. Very disappointed as this is use to be a good restaurant. Prices are much too high for quality of food.

A real disappointment. I was thinking this was a truly special restaurant, great legacy and reputation, innovative food, etc. In reality, it's nothing special. OK, service was terrific but overall just an ordinary Mexican restaurant.

We had another great experience at Border Grill. Our server was fantastic, engaging and she was very attentive. This is our second time for dinner with family and friends and found excellent options for everyone with different food interest.

Historically, I love Border Grill and have introduced many people to it over the years. This visit included the Dine LA menu, from which four of us ordered. Unfortunately, some of the descriptions were incomplete and food arrived with foods containing contents to which there were allergies. Just saying....

Again, historically, this place rocks!

We had an excellent dinner at Border Grill. The food was delicious and fresh and two of the four people are vegetarians and there were plenty of great options. The cocktails were also amazing and I loved organic agave nectar was used instead of processed margarita mix. The service was also very good. We will definitely return!
