A great place to celebrate a birthday. Weekend brunch is the best
After calling to confirm multiple times the restaurant switched my reservation from 6 to 5 people and the table wasn’t ready when we got there. Only after a table graciously offered to move were we able to sort the issue out.
I have always had a great experience in this place, It has been nothing but fun hanging out with friends.
Excellent food! Excellent ambiance!!😀
Must recommend to all!!
We were forced to each do the $50 special platter instead of the ability for two members to order that special and the third something else. Also.. served meager portions and multiple potato dishes we did feel a bit slighted.
Went for new years eve 9:30-midnight dinner so my experience may not be typical. Energy was good and festive for nye. Idk if it’s usually packed or if they added more seats to the building for the holiday but the seating was cramped. Food was pretty good
Excellent food service and ambiance
The pan con tomate and paella reminded me of Barcelona, it was that good. I loved the ambiance and our waiter was very fun and suggested dessert even though we were stuffed. We’re so glad we tried the dessert anyway! Everything was amazing and I would gladly go back!
Completely brilliant food and place - couldn’t be better
Every dish we had was outstanding (3 vegetable dishes). Almond hazelnut dulce de leche dessert was fabulous. Will definitely go back
Great Christmas party for our team. Thanks for the great service!
The food is always good but the service was a bit off and felt very rushed
The tables are just to close together and the space is very tight and difficult to navigate both for customers and servers
Our server was exceptional and the food was amazing as always. One of my favorites in NYC. Been going here for years and always on point!
Amazing food!!! Get the lamb meatballs. And the papas bravas.
This location is smaller than the one we usually go to so space was tight. But overall delicious!
The only thing we didn’t like is the place is so overcrowded. It gets too warm and uneasy after awhile. The high chairs (too high) were not suitable especially if you have back problems.
Very good and great staff
Super loud and packed. However great customer service
Loved this spot! Great service, ambience, and food. Will definitely come back.
Great food! Nice ambiance.
The place itself is great. The servers were very slow on refilling bottomless drinks for brunch. The food was great
Loved the brunch special! Quality of food and drinks!
We ran across the place on our way to a show at the Joyce Theatre. It was a find! We ordered:
BUÑUELOS DE BACALAO 12
Salt cod and potato fritters, citrus aioli
CALABAZA CON SOBRASADA 13
Roasted Delicata squash, Mallorcan pork sausage, hazelnuts, Mahón cheese, honey
GAMBAS AL AJILLO 16
Shrimp, garlic, brandy, and Guindilla pepper in olive oil
All three were excellent but the top two were out of this world. Incredible flavors and served hot.
Our drinks were flavorful (Basque Mule) but not as good as we've had in other places. They seemed a tad weak as we enjoy the right balance of tequila amid other flavors. It seemed to be too masked by other ingredients.
We had excellent and attentive service.
We plan to go back when we are in the city!
Unlike my prior glowing review, the restaurant let me down this last visit. The food wasn’t nearly as distinctive and the acoustics were horrible. Service was average. Not sure what to make out of the inconsistency.
The tortilla is the best I’ve ever had! This is Spanish cuisine at its finest.
Service was great, food was amazing, loved their boozy brunch. Highly recommend this place.
great food and service. A bit loud on a Friday night if your date speaks quietly.
The kitchen was totally on. Every dish we had was special -- good mix of flavors, textures and colors. A lovely evening. Will definitely be going back.
We were seated promptly with a reservation. Wait staff was very polite and accommodating.
Food was fresh and delicious as was the various sangria's that were offered. We opt'd for the brunch and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.
Definitely worth a try. I thought all dishes were worth a try. My favorite dishes were the lamb meatballs and the octopus. Decent wine selection.
Service was great and the overall experience is totally worth it. Tapas were delicious, drinks and dessert (churros with dulce de leche!!!) totally recommend it
I love that our friendly waitress always remembers us and our preferences.♥️
They were behind on reservations by about 30 minutes. Otherwise, it was great
Excellent food and service! One of the best brunch options in NYC
Came at tail end of lunch and kitchen was jammed so waited a while for food, but was delicious. Recommend and will return.
You'll have good old tapas like crispy patatas bravas, octopus and so on.
Not the same you'll find in Spain yet not too far. Only cons, the sound at 80 dbs
very loud but excellent food
Loved the food and the ambiance was pleasant, they were just a little slow in serving. For lunch in NYC speed is key.
Food was ok.
Meatballs should be served with a piece of bread.
Octopus was amazing but the mash potatoes is not necessary, instead more shaved fennel would have been great.
The white sangria was awful. They should work on it or omit it all together.
