My husband and I were staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites down the street from Boom Noodle. It was a typical rainy Seattle evening. A work colleague suggested we meet there. It was a wonderful bohemian walk up Pike with vibrant Friday night activities. Reminded me of the resurgence in Downtown Los Angeles. We noticed several patrons trying to use the wrong door to get into the restaurant. Us included. We were seated immediately in a cozy booth in the bar. We were served in an appropriate amount of time and the server was friendly and knowledgable. I had the curry noodle soup with chicken. The best Ive ever had. My husband enjoyed his dish as well, although I don't remember what it was. We had mochi for dessert. It was a wonderful evening. I will definitely go back and would recommend this restaurant to friends and colleagues.
