   A bad night for them, I guess. Arrived for a 6:30 reservation on a Friday and found the place virtually empty. No one at the "maître d" desk. No tables occupied. A few hardy souls at a bar and a few staff huddled at the end of the bar talking to each other. We finally walked up to the bar and asked if the restaurant was open. A server said yes and shooed us off to select "any table you want." Menu is now a lot shorter and less interesting than on prior (better!) visits. Despite the empty room, service was remarkably inattentive. Food was just OK.

   We had Sunday brunch. The buffet was @$21, with typical breakfast selection.....nothing special or beyond breakfast fair. Based on the quantity of food you took, you could get your money worth. Food was good, not great. The ambiance is very dark and it is noisy due to background music playing. No table cloths. The service was excellent and very friendly. Overall, it was OK.

   You would think that such a nice place would have a better menu and service! No one greeted us when we walked in. We finally had to ask where to sit. They sit us at a cocktail table because half of the dining area was closed. We then moved to a booth when it became available. The menu is limited and was okay for what we ordered. I think if this restaurant added more things to their menu they wouldn’t have to close half of the dining area which is such a shame for such a cute place! I wouldn’t go back because there wasn’t anything to be wowed about when there’s so much to chose from in the area that give a better experience.

   Family got together after my son’s Confirmation and Ruthie, our server was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu. She was accommodating and efficient. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time.

   Went for Valentines Dinner. Had the calamari, two flat breads and the porterhouse for dinner. Got so sick for 36 hours after. Couldn’t leave the toilet. It was terrible. Overall an excellent place though.

   They still have one of the best breakfasts in the area. Our dinner was good, but surprised you had to pay for bread at the restaurant. The service was excellent. Nice renovated bar and dining area. Pricing was slighty above average.

    WAY overpriced. Food was ok at best, but prices were NYC levels.
