Created by music superstar Gloria Estefan and her producer husband Emilio, this vibrant restaurant is a mosaic of colors and flavors set against fabulous Latin music and a celebratory spirit.
Must have eaten here 100 plus times. Said to see it closing down in downtown Disney. Even though it is opening in Margaritaville. PS. How to I get one of the bingo bar stools.
Good as always. Thanks Tony for all the great meals and memories. Bongos will be missed
La comida y el servicio espectaculares
Música viva cubana.
Fun place. Good food.
Wonderful family experience. The food was tasty, the service was attentive and with a smile. Enjoyed the music and dance. Would recommend.
Great food and great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a awesome time with my family.
Tony was a fabulous host as always. We remember him from our many visits over the years and he is always welcoming and great interacting with the kids!
Excellent food and service! We came on a Tue though and were disappointed that they did not have the Cuban music playing. We love the Cuban vibe at Bongo’s but it fell a bit short without the energetic music.
We’ve been to Bongos every t
Year we come to Orlando but this time I continue to ignore the reviews, big mistake the food is not what it used to be, too greasy and the traditional gallo pinto (rice and beans), plantains, fritanga etc it wasn’t there. Go to T-REX for better grilled food at half the price
When we travel to the Orlando area we always set aside a night to eat at this establishment. It’s a little pricey but the food is good. Unfortunately (or fortunately for us) we found out while dining that the place was closing in a week after a 20yr stint at Downtown Disney/Disney Springs. They are opening up a new place over in Margaritaville. Looking forward to it
Wonderful, Pallela was spectacular, Ropa Vieja has the best cardo
Annual trip to Orlando.
The atmosphere is very nice but the food was very bland. My fiancé had the Arroz con pollo and I had the Pork with grilled onions, rice and beans. It could’ve been much better for $25/plate
The food is really amazing and the portions are generous.
Bongos will be closing within just a few weeks, but you can still get the delightful French toast and the simple and flavorful Cuban sandwich for a short time. The restaurant is quite worn, as they haven't replaced worn out chairs or things like that, and unfortunately, it looks like they don't clean very well, either. We were there right at opening and the rugs were very dirty, but the food was good and we wish we had gone sooner!
We had a cool waiter that took very good care of us despite him also having to service a very large party who appeared pretty demanding. The food was good and the music and dancing in the restaurant was a lot of fun. All in all Bongos did not disappoint!
Quiero resaltar la labor del personal en el front desk, Excelente. Mi lugar favorito para compartir en familia.
Great food and atmosphere
It was great! Awesome service!
Truly enjoyed the food and ambiance
If eating at Bongos- ask to sit in Jose’s area -beyond fabulous
Can’t wait to go back!!
We had a ball! The food was excellent. There was a fantastic band and there were great dancers. The arroz con pollo and palomilla were fantastic. Sorry to see them closing.
Bongos was a very pleasant surprise. The salmon was cooked to perfection and others dining with me also enjoyed their meal equally.
Everything was great except the place is always loud. Service and food were excellent.
Muy bien todo gracias
Everything was great!
Very good for a resort restaurant. Experiencing Cuban food for the 1st time, we enjoyed Mojo chicken, Shredded Beef, ceviche and chicken soup. We were given a table upstairs, but a 1st floor table would have been better to see the dancers perform. Overall we enjoyed dining here.
Our server was excellent! She was the perfect amount of attentive. We really enjoyed our date night and the tour of Cuba was an amazing choice (better shared, thanks to our server for noting that!).
Final day of vacation
Amazing as always
Delicious food, fun ambiance. the drinks very good and the wait was not long at all.
Excelente comida y servicio, un restaurant imperdible en tu visita a Disney Springs !!
Bongos had excellent service, performers & music. We loved all the food & the mojitos. It's an experience that makes you keep coming back for more! Thank you
Eh!! For me personally, I was disappointed in my selection. There were so many other options in Disney Springs. Food was bland (ordered the shredded beef) and small portions for the price...half cups of black beans and white rice. Second entree dish was a rice with chicken...equally bland and only half eaten. Stay away...go elsewhere.
Over priced but decent food. Shrimp on salad was a joke: 4 medium shrimp for $18?! Rest of food is pre-made.
Always a good place to go for a good cuban menu, and good latin music
Great food and entertainment
