About Bombay Restaurant Cuisine of India
Bombay is a classic Indian restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with brightly painted yellow walls, glass chandeliers and stark white tile flooring. During the day, Bombay offers a buffet where diners can sample a large portion of the menu and try some items they otherwise might not get a chance to. The centerpiece of the Bombay kitchen is a large clay oven called a tandoori, in which many of the signature items are baked.
Bombay's menu is divided into sections that include appetizers, soups, pasta, curried dishes, tandoori delicacies, Jain food and chef's specialties. The chef's specialties are the ones in which Bombay's kitchen staff takes the most pride and include butter chicken, fish tikka masala, Malai chicken and Bombay lobster that has been marinated in a signature spice blend.

Bombay Restaurant Cuisine of India Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant had low turnout for a weekend but the food was good, the service was good, the place was moderately quiet, and the staff was polite and accommodating us nicely. Nothing notably good as these are the things we expect from any restaurant. Good thing is, it lived up to the normal expectations which most places don't anymore.
My wife loves good Indian cuisine, so when I saw this restaurant on Vineyard in Ontario, I knew I would bring her. When we arrived at our reserved time of 6:30 PM on Friday evening, there were only one or two other parties. We were worried. We checked out the menu and it seemed reasonably priced, though most dishes were strictly a-la-carte. We ordered two soups, two entrees, Lamb Korma and Lamb Palak, with rice, naan, and iced teas. We asked for the entrees to be medium spicy. The food was tasty, but hardly spiced at all. This was disappointing for us, but not a deal breaker. Next time, we will have a little discussion before specifying the level of spiciness. And there will be a next time.
