A converted boiler room in the Bemis Bag building, built in 1896, The Boiler Room is an ingredient driven modern American/French restaurant. Chef Tim Nicholson's menu changes daily to reflect local farm product availability. Now open six days a week for dinner, offering hand crafted cocktails and an extensive domaine driven Old World wine list.

We will be offering a 3 course Valentines Day menu alongside our standard seasonal menu for this evening. Please contact us for any dietary restrictions! We will also need a credit card to hold a reservation. There is no up front charge, but a $25 per person canecellatiin charge under 48 hours.

My girlfriend and I are longtime veterans of the restaurant and wine business and were thoroughly impressed. She described her entree to me days later as having been one of the best and most perfectly thought out/executed dishes she's ever had in any restaurant. The bar service and wine list are excellent as well. We will definitely be going back as soon as we can.

Boiler Room you never disappoint for a great occasion! Whether a night out or a special event, your craft cocktails, scrumptious delicacies and select wines are a knock it out of the park style! Thank you to your chef and excellent staff!

Beautiful room coupled with excellent service and delicious food. New Year’s Eve food and wine pairings were thoughtful and interesting. Cocktails at the Boiler Room are always first class. We did our family tradition of a special dinner to bring in the new year and celebrate the old. We never felt rushed and the staff was friendly and added to the evening. First rate experience!!

the food was very good and the help couldn't ask for better. Maybe I'm old fashion but the portions were small for the price. Every time I go to the old market they make the plate like a piece of art. Its nice but I like eating not art work

Service and food was outstanding!!! Great wine list. Highly recommend the swordfish and the ricotta appetizer.

I was able to enjoy my Salmon without having to worry if I was dressed appropriately or not. I wore blue jeans and felt comfortable and relaxed in a layer back environment.
